I ordered a back cover for my oneplus 5 after getting it delivered i found that the colour delivered was red diffrent from which i ordered was brown and the case was not as expected as shown in website.

I will return this device i ordered for approx ₹899 I expect to have a refund i have delicately packed the device and enclosed the recipt the case itself is cheap quaility and failed my expectation at last i will request screen guard to refund my money as soon as possible.

The company is a cheater. They are charging rs600 for a product and sending rs.80 chinese product.
All that was mentioned and promised in the website is all fake.
All the pictures uploaded in the website is all fake.

Product was mentioned - as dr. Vaku's eye-fi series 5d curved edge (Anti glare glass that offers eye protection)

Product that was delivered - is normal glass (Edge to edge).

They don't even respond to calls or e-mails.

I ordered it on last friday and since friday night i have been updating on support ticket that i would like to cancel this order...
I wrote multiple times but there is no acknowledgment the services are so much pathetic.. Finally i have to write here...

And if i don't any response today... I going to write is all over twitter quora and every social media platform...!

I have ordered for screenguard for iphone 11 pro with order id [protected] on 24 th may 2020 and received product on 27th may and on the same day i placed return request. The product is for 1785.06 inr and is smaller for iph 11 pro.

The order id [protected] placed on 03rd may for an iphone 11 screenguard worth rs. 469 (After discount) has been cancelled by the system. The amount has been debited from my account. By when can i expect the same to be credited to my account?
Have dropped several emails but no reply. Called multiple times but unanswered.
Have filed a complaint with consumer forum and grahak seva kendra.

I have ordered ferari case for iphone xs max from screen guard india of rs 2999 via order number [protected] dated 19.12.2019.
Initially they said this product is out of order than i asked why you have taken order and amount. Than in demanded refund for the same but from december 19 to march 20. They didn't back my money neither product. I have made almost 10 calls to customer care and every time they just tell a new story.

It seems its fraud company and will not return any money to the customer.

I got damaged mobile phone cover. Customer support is also too slow. Even after dropping the email, i got a response after 10 days. They denied refunding the amount. They asked me to receive the same quality product again. Why would i use the same quality product which is already the worst?
I don't need a replacement or exchange. I need a refund.

I placed an order for a case for i phone 8. The product i received is old and damaged and not the one i ordered. I have trying to contact the customer support from the moment i received i product, there is no response from the company. All my mail are going unanswered and i am also not able to connect with them through call.

I placed a complain here last week following which i did receive a call from the company, their staff was quite rude. They said that the money can be refunded only in a government bank account. I said that i don't have any government bank account, without even me completing my sentence, they said that arrange/open a government account, and then they disconnected the call. I have an account in hdfc and hsbc, i am not sure if it is rule that the money can only be transferred to a government bank account.

I have raised tickets return back but no response from them.

I got some comments from them it’s not satisfied. Again i did reply but no repossess from them. They are doing fraud marketing. Please take necessary action. I want my money.
Otherwise i will raise complaints in court directly.

I ordered a one plus 6 phone cover; order id : [protected] on 23 january 2020. The product was delivered to me on 24th january 2020, but the product had air bubbles in the back panel. I immediately raised the concern via ticket number : [#88345605] but to this date there's no response. I called there customer care number : [protected] on 27 january 2020 and i was asked to what's app them the picture of the faulty product, which i did immediately.
The site promises a 10 day money back with no question asked, when i asked for my money back they simply refused! They said we can only provide exchange!

Yesterday i. E., 28 january i agreed for an exchange but they're not responding now! I checked their social media page on facebook and found two more customers who were duped with a fake promise just like me.

I'd request you to make people aware about this scam website and beware people not to order anything from them!

I have ordered and paid for a product worth close the Rs.2000/- they have dispatched a different product which is worth 500/-

No one is calling despite repeated mail and what’s app reminder and presenting all facts and pics to them

Please help in resolving the matter.

I have even offered to pay 500 for the wrongly delivered product but there is no response.

They mention in their website they are number 1 in India also the rating in google as well as just dial is also reasonable.

I am a first time buyer from this website and have faced this sad experience

I have purchased the back cover which is totally bad product. The scratches on the back is too much kindly refund my money otherwise i will take serious action on it. I want my money refund with in 2 days. This company is selling fake product. They have kept representative image on website good and when i have purchased from there. Totally fake and different item they have sent.

I purchased 3d designer back case of samsung galaxy s9 but this cover is fake and local.
On the rapper of packing also mentioned that in 10 days money back guarantee and not ask any questions., but i complaint on gmail but there are no response.
I tried to call this site helpline number but call not pick up.
This company fraud with their customers.
I want refund my money.

I purchased vaku oneplus 5 radium glow light illuminated 3d designer case back cover for rs.1199/- what i received was low quality product hence i requested screen guard customer support to arrange the pickup and to refund the amount to my bank account, the pickup was arranged last week. When i am trying to reach them over the calls and emails there's no response at all.

I have ordered smart flip cover for vivo z1 pro. I am trying to talk on the no but unable to get connected after waiting for so many time.

Now i have received the cover which i am unable to use the mirror effect/ so wondering is that works on this or not.

If some one can help me. If its wrong one and need a replacement with new other model also let me know. So as i can take action accordingly.

I am not happy with this one since it is not smart and dumb
