please refund money it already 1 month, collect your product and give money on sameday hand in hand . your mobile correspondent doesnot respond even once. waste calling her/him. so see if you can send somebodyas early as possible to refund money and to take your product back. we wanted to post this on FB BUT WAITING FOR YOUR SATISFACTORY REPLY.

I have sent more than 10 mails since the day i have recieved. No reply to my calls. I dont want your productr i am fed up. Please refund my money. You just say, written complaint registered.

88368712, 88367103, 88367766, 88368360.88368364, 88368712etc since julysaturday 11.07.2020. Order no is [protected] worth rs 899.00. I had ordered screen guard for for i-phone8, they have supplied unsized. They dont recieve calls, they are very irresponsible n customer non friendly. I have very bad experience with your staff

Updated by Pulse oximeter I think screen guards india is a high-tech fraud company. A reputed company can not do such activities where they are totally silent after getting the money. They do not bother to talk with customer before cancelling the order.

Inspite of repeated email, no reply.

On website, in the status it is showing cancelled. But i have not cancelled, even i have confirmation mail of placing order.

Phone no. is never received by them.

I ordered dr vaku swadesi pulse oximeter with order id [protected] on 27 jun. When i checked the order status today, i found that it has been cancelled, however i was not notified about it on email or sms.
I sent mail to their customer care, but did not get any response.
Today i have tried to call them multiple times, but their number is coming busy every time.
I have a feeling that this company is a fraud which collects the money and do not deliver anything. If i did not get response in this week i am going to launch fir on this.

Https://screenguards.co.in/ is a fraud company. People are not responding after taking payment, they provided a courier tracking number which is false and doesn't show any details on courier website. Either you deliver my product at the earliest or else I am going to reach your office with police soon.

I have ordered mobile cover for my device on 16 July 2020 with advanced payment via UPI. I got confirmation mail regarding the same. But from that day till today i.e 28 July I have not got any mail regarding my order. I tried reaching them.through whatsapp or call or via email. There was no reply in any of the mode. Either they contact me regarding my order or cancle my order and refund my money. It's more than the time they mentioned on delivery time period on site. I waited for that time also but they are just... Don't know what to say about this.

I placed an order for Pulse Oximeter and paid using the online mode which as successful.

I also got email regarding payment success and order confirmation (screenshot attached).

However, on the website it shows that the Order Cancelled.

I have been trying to contact them since morning but no one is picking the call. I tried on [protected] and [protected].

Please look into the matter and resolve the issue. Needless to say, I will put a Cyber Fraud complaint against the website if satisfactory response and solution is not provided.

Hi. I bought a xioami k20pro 6d tempered glass. I got very late delivery and quality of the product is very low not even 6d tempered glass. This is waste of time and money. Product quality is very worst and not worth. No response from then website even though in whatsapp. Don't buy tempered glass here....

I ordered an iphone converter from this company. It was around 2000 rupee. The product that came was defected. I ordered for a return. First the company started making excuses about not refunding my money then after a huge argument they sent there colleague for picking up the product.. The product was picked but didn't got my refund till take. Have been calling continuously but the company refuses to answer my any call. Neither have been informed about anything neither have i got my refund back. The company is rattling all people's money as i can see.
There customer service is worst. And i think an action must be taken against them for rattling out there customers.
