I have complained in month of feb and march about refund of non delivered gift. i have got reply as 'will refund money in 2 to 10 bank working days'. i have asked them couple of times by care number, got the same reply.

When i reached them recently through mail, they are saying that 'they don't have order details'

Please help me about refund of the money i paid 'inr 1221.00' for it.

I have placed one order#[protected] for Palatable Cake & Personalized Mug Combo on 28th Oct of cost 449, and selected the delivery date as 30th Oct. But the order has not yet been delivered yet. Multiple times I sent mails to [protected]@sendmygift.com but not received any reply yet. Tried calling [protected], [protected] given in the site but no one was answering the call. And now both the numbers are switched off. Not sure how else can i track my order. Please heme to get my money back.

I have place an order on 28 October 2016. My order ID is[protected] and i have paid Rs 2105.70. This is ridiculous. I have asked for mid night delivery. No one has delivered and there is no cantact support. Please government should look into these kind of spam, they are really fraud people and they don't deserve to live freely. I did got an email once the order was booked as a confirmation that the item will be delivered the same day but since then the website of these people is not opening. i lost my money and a bad reputation as well among my family members.

Due to some personal problems i was from three days before delivery trying to contact them to either change my adress of delivery or date of delivery due to some urgent problem, i was not asing for refund.. I tried online help onsite but no one ever come online i have sent multiple messages but no reply.. From last three days i am trying to contact with continuous mails and request but no rply. Plz help its urgent my delivery date is 31st october midnight delivery my order was of rupee 948 from past three days im trying to contact them by mails and messages but no help and by seeing reviews now i m sure the package wont be delivered also in every messages i mentioned the new adrees to be delivered.".. Plz change my delivery address to 15/a, golam jillani khan road kolkata 700039 4th floor nearmoonstar restaurant, indian leather complex, eden house".

I have order on 27th october 2016. I have done payment as well but order not yet received. I tried calling several times to customer care department but no one is responding also i have sent a lot of to them but no one response from. This is really a bad serices and worst service from them. It's not about money which i lost but it's fake promise and fake compay send my gift. After onwards nobody will trust you. We lost of trust and really feel bad about this you have to pay for them. This is not acceptable at all. All fake contact numbers are updated on website.

I had ordered combo of flower bouquet and chocolate on 26-oct-16 and i had selected mid night delivery between 11:30pm to 12:30am but i didnt get the products delivered and its been already 11 hours delay and also no response from the warehouse team and delivery person. Also i have done the online payment.

I have ordered flower basket with fruits to deliver to one of my friends 25th wedding anniversary. This was in bangalore and the order has been placed the previous day and the delivery time selected was 9 am to 12 noon.
First thing, they haven't delivered at the promised time, they have delivered the item at 10:45pm which is totally unacceptable. The item delivered was totally shabby, worst packaging and the flowers and fruits have gone bad. They have conveniently spoilt the occasion with their hopeless service and the product.
I have asked them to cancel the order in the evening but rudely they have confirmed that they cannot cancel the order. This is the worst online purchase one can make and they will happily spoil the good occasion for you.
My advise is stay away from this site.

I ordered a cake and flowers on 18th oct and it was supposed to be delivered by 9pm on 19th oct. At 9pm on 19th these people called me to tell that they can deliver only the cake n nt the flowers. I cancelled the order immediately and asked for refund. Today its been 4days and nt a single email from these.. Every time i have to call and waste my money to tlk to them. Specially an names nisha doesn't have any information abt her company policy and have been wasting my time since 20th. Worse customer support on phone and chat as well. Seeing other ppl complain feels these are not gonna give my money back. I urge ppl not to place order with these cheaters.

It's been more than 8 days and still the order placed in sendmygift.com is not delivered. There is no proper response when tried contacting through chat support and this chat support concept it a total crap as we don't get instant responses for the queries raised.
Also the telephone numbers provided in there website is not a valid one.
Please do not order anything from this site, as it may be a fraudulent company.

I have ordered cake yesterday for same day delivery (worth rs. 632) and they have mentioned the time early morning 9 am to 21:00 hrs but delivered my cake at 10:45 pm (which is seriously disappointing) with a very bad condition and smelling/unhygienic way. attached order detail herewith photo of invoice. this website should be closed as they are preparing & sending rotten cakes. please return the money. even the phone numbers are not in use...

My first cheque has been bounced you can find the attachment because of this only i came from up via flight and 13th i had visited sendmygift office which is located in hsr layout there i meet with usha hr and meera and from account department samath
But these three employee not giving proper information and even not telling that when i will get my money they are telling that they do not have fund means why they are running these many big firm sendmygift, dailypooja, momandbaby, tgs, dreamz gk, they really making a fool to employees and i was asking a date on which date i should come to collect the money, that also they are not telling.
Please help me.
And my two months salary is pending

I ordered a gift on 5th oct. It was supposed to get delivered by 9:30pm but those guy were making me fool and till 11:30 they didn't deliver my order at all. Throughout the duration they were making me fool, i was totally unrest and mentally tensed because of their false statements.
I sent a complain cum cancellation email on their email address: [protected]@sendmygift.com but still its not cancelled and money is not refunded.
They are cheater and should not be allowed to be in market.
They took money in advance and not delivering, the item after that in place of apologies they eat customer money.
Don't trust this site. It's a fraud site.

I ordered a combo of 449/- which include cake+personalized mug. They delivered the cake on the defined date but the mug is not delivered yet and it has been 6 days. Also the cake they provided is of very poor quality and not up to the mark. i have uploaded a personal photo to be printed on the mug but the mug is not delivered. Kindly look into this matter.

I ordered a cake combo 15 days ago.I paid 150 extra charges for mid night delivery. BT cake combo is not delivered yet. Nd the costumer care assured that cake will b delivered again and again.they just want to grab money.please ban this site and this company.they are making fool.they are not delivering emotions. Send my gift order id[protected] and[protected]. Cheap vendor they have and cheap quality product they delivered to the customers. No sales/support person make calls to you to resolve the problem. Even they don't have stock of already billed products. This kind of sites should shut down.
Sales person are not friendly nor they can understand hindi and every time says "sorry for inconvenience" instead of resolving the problem or strict action.
They charge high and deliver super cheap products. This type of cheap product we can buy from road side hawkers in minimum of rs. 5/- to 10/-. If they are providing the products from local retailers then they should to check the quality of the products. Take strict action against this. They are making fools to customers.

And complained then after some time got a call that they would be able to deliver on 11 sep morning i told to cancel the order.. I again called customer care they told they are looking into after calling again and again i mailed them to cancel my order and after some time they called that they r trying to deliver they will call me in half an hour bt ni calle received until 2 hr after that i called them again bt they didn't receive i celebrated my event and after my event was over they came at 9:30 pm with cake and forced me to receive cake i told them i have already told that i want refund again i have mailed them. I called in customer care and then they took it back... And the next morning i called them again asking for my refund bt then they r telling that we denied to receive cake now we won't get cake or refund what a cheating is this u guys made my brother bday a mess and now u r cheating and tell g that i won't get my refund also... Really pathetic service... I trusted u guys...

When i tracked it through fedex the tracking id showed that it is being sent back to the shipper. Now i have sent several mails to send my gift not to receive a single reply. The customer care also could not provide any help. I want my package to be delivered to another address. How am i supposed to do it?
