Worst service from dailypooja.com.

I have ordered for 3 months subscription and delivery is not proper. Especially on festival days and important days, they won't deliver Flowers and every time I need to call them to ask for status and their standard answer is wait for 20 mts and will deliver. The preference will be for new customers and as demand will be there on festival days, they won't remember old customers and start making fool of new customers as well.

This is not once, this happened 4 times to me, no proper answer, no proper process, no proper customer service.

I request higher authorities to resolve this issue asap and take action on this daily pooja. They spoiled my time, my mood and we have to call them 20 times that too a landline number which is again waste for us.

This site is really fraud some they neither deliver the product nor gives my money back and on chatting to customer care online they didnt respond at all. Its really disgusting never ever buy things from this site its really a fake site which plays with persons emotion as it happened to my

        Hi sir,
        I order a online gift for which invoice no is[protected]. And for which i paid in advance and it has to be delivered on 7/8/2016. But they failed to do it so till today with out any information regarding it (Not even a single mail and message), while i contact about it before and after booking my order and payment they will deliver but after that date they make improper reason behind it and stop even picking the call and disconnect the phone without providing responce. I am in a field of dilemma as my relationship ends as i promised someone which i failed due to lack of response of this services company. They did not provide any type of compensation and cashback or such any thing (Not even my order payment which i paid prepaid with my card). When i check about it, it still show this in process. I also mailed them but result is same, it makes me to suffer a lot mentally and also my relationship get worse after it and ended finally. Please provide me guidance regarding its necessary to teach a lesson for such types of companies from which we suffer all this problems... Please take necessary action regading it i hope i can get the proper justice for such trouble without any fault.

          I placed an order for a birthday cake today bearing order no[protected]. And i have enclosed the pictures of the cake in the condition it was found post opening of the pack. I immediately sent an e-mail with these pics to their customer support team and i receive a canned response from them asking me to allow them 24 hours to 48 hours time to investigate this. Someone's birthday got spoilt, you have seen the images... A quick way to resolve this case would have been to take this up immediately with the vendor extend their apology, resend the gift but these people have so poor customer care that they do not even listen to you and keep you moving around in circles... I asked for a senior manager i can talk to and some senior agent calls me only to put me into more disappointment. I strongly recommend that such companies should be investigated by the ciber crime cell and asked to shut business.

            Send my gift is not refunding money. When ever i called they said it will take time to refund they past 6 months after that they said because this order is old that's why we are unable to refund the money. I don't no why government allow this type of cheater in the market. They took money in advance and not delivering the item after that in place of apologies they eat customer money.
            Don't trust on sendmygift one of the fraud site.

              Dear sir/ madam

              I have booked one bunch of flower from you site on 6th february 2016 for 7 february 2016 at 9:30. Order no.[protected]
              Your executive committed me to delivery on time but that was not happened again i called up on 7 february 2016 at 10:30, your customer executive told me there was some technical issue we will deliver it till 9:00 pm surely. He assured me but again my package was not delivered again i called up at 8:45 pm then your customer executive told me it was not in process tomorrow we will process and it will delivered then i cancel the order and ask my reference no. He told me take your order no andwe will send cancellation mail with in 24 hours. I was waiting silently for your mail but till 9th feb i havenot received any mail again i called up your customer service number i had word with mr sharad, on 9th feb2016at 12:30 (Approx) he was committed me that i have received cancellation mail till evening.
              Now till not receive any mail any refund& any msg from your side. This is my last intimation to you guys
              This is not a matter of money, this is all about your concerned toward customer. Waiting for your response. Please do needful and refund my money.

                Dear team

                I ordered one gift for valentine. (order no.:[protected]. as it is not delivered, i mailed and called and even chat on live support for so many times to cancel and process for refund. still no support received from your customer support team after 5 months.

                Every time i received same answer, we have raised issue to concern department and they call back to you / i will call you back after 10 min / we will resolve issue within one business day/ we are sorry for inconvenience caused to you. but no one has helped for refund process.

                Still i am trying and no response.

                It is suggested to close this website.

                  I Have booked a gift in send my gift.com on 5th June 16 which was supposed to get delivered on 22nd June 16 . They told the delivery will be made on the scheduled day. They did not deliver.
                  When I called next day to enquire they don't have track of the order number and not responding correctly about Refund of money which they received during order placement.

                    I Have ordered a cake on 29th june 2016, order id[protected], I have opted for the fixed time slot and opted for 100 Rs extra and time slot was 3-4 pm.Before taking I have talked in there live chat system, whether they will be able to deliver in the given pin code. There was an event in office, and forget about the 4pm slot, at 4:40 after repeatedly calling them, I got to know it will be delayed even more 1 hr. My office event was completely spoiled because of it. Then when I called them to cancel the order, they were just forcing me to receive the product . Finally they reached 5:30pm, to deliver my product, when everything was over and then they were calling me to pick the order and forcing me to receive the same . I am really disappointed and more disappointed for their approach to forcefully make me take the cake when already event was over.
                    We have escalated your issue to the concern team. One of our executive will call you regarding this and will be resolved.

                      I had ordered a cake n flowers on 14/06/2016. It had to be delivered on 20/06/2016. I had paid it online. Order was confirmed and the order #[protected]. I had paid it through online banking transaction ref no of payment ig0cebmvu1. But its not delivered at all. They are not replying even for mails. They say they are facing technical problem and not able track my order. I am also unable to login to my account to track the order.

                        I have placed order on 17th june 2016 order#[protected] and specified delivery between 21st and 22nd june.

                        As it was a birthday gift, i tried to track everyday but i couldn't do that with improper application of sendmygift which only throws error message saying "check your orderid or email" where i tried giving right inputs for more than 25 times. (Dear sendmygift, learn throwing specific error messages not single message for all cases).

                        Next option is to communicate with chat option, i keep on communicating with them, they were complaining "we have technical problem so we will get back to you soon, we can not pull data right now", since from 18th june they have technical problems.

                        Chat support team were assuring me that, the technical problem is not going to affect delivery and it will be delivered as per the scheduled date, it is surely going to be delivered on or before 22nd (Birth day). To my surprise it didn't delivered on that day. As i again asked for chat team for status, they said "it will take next 4 to 7 business days to deliver".

                        I am very much disappointed because,
                        1. I failed giving surprise for dear once (I have chosen sendmygift because they will take care of gifts with high priority because of name "sendmygift", but very poor compare to other guys)

                        2. Very low, no response from them, tried calling them for hell lot of times not even connecting my call (Waste of money in waiting listening there stupid fake stuffs)

                        3. Mailed them, no response even after 3 days.

                        Who should i ask??? I am frustrated with trying to reach them.

                        (Dear send my gift please have meaning to your name, or else keep it as "send my product" tag line "we deliver your product whenever we want"

                          My brother's wife ordered a gift combo for my brother in january, 2016. Instead of 24 roses, they delivered only 12 roses. Even after contacting many times, nothing was done from there side (Order number[protected]. After so many days i thought i can try sending again and they will not do any mistake this time. I order a combo to be delivered today (Order number[protected], ccavenueref#[protected], date-23/06/2016 11:26:10) however it was not delivered today and they are not reachable. Before payment, i confirmed several times (Cs spoc name was archana) if it will get delivered today afternoon and she confirmed it will be done. However after payment she replied, we will try our best to do it earliest. After that i tried contacting them whole day and nothing. They have still not cancelled the order after i asked them to do so.

                            I would like to raise a complaint against the company "sendmygift.com" for fraud practises.
                            They offer flowers, fruits, cakes and other goodies in their website "sendmygift.com". The promise to deliver these gifts on the same day.

                            I ordered a gift for my parents on 17th june, 2016 and it was supposed to be delivered the same day around 12:00hrs to 15:00 hrs as per their false promises.
                            This item has not yet delivered even after 5 days. I am making calls to them on daily basis but didn't receive any satisfactory response. I am also writing emails/reminders every day but no response has been received till date.

                            There is no response from the customer support despite sending mails.

                            I want my money back.

                            I am not the only one being cheated by these people. There are lots of similar complaints.

                            I would request you to take strict action against these people.

                              On june 21st - i was booking for orders online through this site under the login of [protected]@yahoo.com.

                              I completed an online order for flowers for rs 898
                              The amount got paid online. However, the site is not acknowledging receipt of the money nor about booking of the order.
                              No one is picking up calls in its 24x7 call center. When called at +[protected] it keeps on saying all the agents are busy hence cant take the call.

                              The amount has been debited to my credit card account. But no email or acknowledgement of failed payment has come from the website.

                              This looks to be a fake website. Got only attached failure notice on the website on payment and nothing else.

                                We are lodging a complaint as a vendor of sendmygift.com
                                We have delivered 13 orders spanning from april to may.
                                Outstanding is 8850.

                                After several followups and several calls nobody is repying to emails and when someone picks up call, they say sendmygift is in loss and they pay you outstnading in sometime.

                                But even after 2 months we are yet to recieve our money. they make false promises, like payment will be done on 10-june-16.

                                i asked for contact no. of md but they say md is out of town and thats the reply we got everytime.

                                i warned them that we will file a complaint and will fly to banglore if needed.

                                I request consumer court to highlight the issue and aware other vendors like me to not work with this fraud company.

                                I am not the only one with this complaint, we have contacted other vendors like us, tgey are also tired with follow up with smg.

                                  Hello Team,
                                  I had ordered the crystal gift called Sweet memories in which they said the crystal will be delivered with a wooden stand. 9th June when i had received the item the wooden stand was missing. I had a chat with online customer support for which they didn't have an idea. Mailed to their customer support and they haven't replied back.
                                  Neither i got the missing item or any response from the customer support.
                                  Its being a Week now and no response.

                                    I have worked with Sendmygift from September 2015 to February 2016. I have not been paid for the month of November, when I checked with them they informed that there were few issues due to which it will be paid in the month of December which never happened. I quit in the month of February, hence I have never been paid from the month of January to February in my final settlement also. The salary issue is with all the employees in the company

                                      My order number is[protected] and the cake was delivered to me after the party. The helpdesk person told me that my money will be refunded but still there is no clue of my money or my refund status. The helpdesk is fooling me that our team will give you a call back. The helpdesk team is totally useless as they dont even know the status of the ticket. This site seems to be another example of spam sites used to fool people and steal their money.

                                        Order number[protected], this order was made on 31st of March and the delivery date was 2nd June.
                                        After making atleast 10 calls to their customer care number, nobody is able to give a status of the delivery. Once the payment is done, they sent a mail mentioning the order number and said another mail will come for online checking of the status of delivery. No such mails has come and when i contacted the customer care, they told they dont have such system. All bogus service and very pathetic. Dont want to recommend to anybody. purely cheating company.
