On 8th of january i ordered some gift for my nephew on his birthday, when the items were not delivered, i followed up and came to know that there is a little delay but the items will be delivered in 3-4 days (That was in january). Since i did not get any intimation of delivery from send my gift, i checked with my nephew and came to know that he did not receive anything. From february till now i have lodged complaint through their web site through, feedback and enquiry, but no response till now. There is a live chat on the web site, have chatted with many of the people on line but for the past four months, they just write that they have escalated the matter, but unfortunately no status they were able to convey. I have done the payment in advance if the items are not available then atleast they should refund the amount. Why no communication on the order from this web site, i am unable to understand. Really fed up, but will keep on following up till this matter is sorted out.

    Hi,
    This is to inform that i had made an order from company sendmygift(http://www.sendmygift.com/) which i later cancelled before delivery.
    I was suppose to get my order amount back.Inspite of repeated request through mail and customer care the company has still not refunded amount.
    The order was done on 1/28/2016 and oredr amount was of amount 2073 indian rupee.

    Request to kindly hep me in this regard and get my hard earned money back to me.

          The company didn't delivered my gift on time and after cancellation of order they are not refunding the amount. Many users reported same issue but no action has been taken. I have been told that I will get my amount within 7 days but it's been more than a month and I haven't got it back. The customer care people don't even transfer the call to senior level nor they arrange a call back. I have been calling them every week and I get same response but no action.

            These guys are worst in this business, please no body trust these guys.

            Once i got cheated by them earlier, so they sent me coupons so that if i order next time they will certainly provide me best possible service,

            Forget about the service, the product (Sony head phones) that i ordered on 16th march 2016 has not been dispatched yet.
            The send my gift guys have provided me a fake tracking id of fedex, on tracking the id it says shipping label has been created since 16th, on asking the fedex people they say that they have not received that product from send my gift yet.

            On doing various followups also the send my gift people say that i will receive the product within 2 days(and those 2 days never passed).

            They are not even cancelling my order and saying that it has been processed.

                Order number[protected]. Four items ere there out of which three were delivered. A customized coffee mug has not been delivered yet. Its already more than one and half months. Made more than 12 calls. They keep on hold for more than 30 minutes and then cut the call. Sometimes some lady picks up and assures that the item will be delivered in next two to three business days but I still cant understand how many days they take to ship a product. Its clearly cheating from their side.

                  Hi,
                  We had ordered for gift to be delivered the same day, I think it was special delivery on the same day to be made at 12 mid night.. We hadn't received the gift thus had called up the people to cancel the order after two days ... The order was for 19th Jan 2016 and we had cancelled it on 21st Jan.. They assured us to refund the amount within 10 business days.. It was a month after again we called them they assured the same and had sent us the email for the same ... It's end of March now and even after reapeted calling these people aren't responding.. The next thing I notice is that when we call them from one number to complaint this company seems to block the number of the callers thus when we call again the number doesn't connect at all... So kindly help us to get the refund and please see to this that this company doesn't function this way and cheat innocent people with their money.. My order number is[protected]

                    It's been 46 days of my order, still there is no response from this company sendmygift.com. I tried contacting them twice for refund, both times they assured they processed the refund, but it never came back to me.

                    So now I finally thought to drag the matter to consumer court, as they are of no help to me.

                      It's been two months but yet i didnt get my money back. I have ordered my gift on 14th feb 2016 but they did not deliver it neither sent my money back. it is second time i am writing you guys. So, i request you to take strict action against them so that i can get my money back. on 1st march they called me and told me that they will return my money withing 10 days but i didnt get it yet. So please take strict action against this website owner.

                        Had spent time considerable time in selecting the desired cake, but was surprised to find that the cake delivered was not the one which was ordered.

                        Though the company claims that it takes care of its patrons and deliver their emotions, to be frank, they are least bothered.

                        I feel cheated and disappointed. have attached the snapshot of the order placed and received.

                          I am order for cake and 5 other gift items. Apart from cake i dint recive any thing from you and made me wait for 1 complete day.

                          Today they called me for interview and told there is a job opening.
                          Interview is even more worst than product delivery. They me us wait for 7 hours to conduct a small round of interview.

                          So we can easily imagine why they are so with customer's.

                            I ordered flower bunch for valentine day 14 Feb 2016.Order ID num is[protected]. Didn't receive the bunch also ... they playing with emotions.
                            I keep sending out mail for refund my money. They said you will get in another 3 to 7 days still not yet received. I followed up by sending an email they didn't trust us and asked for the bank statement. I sent that also after that they gave reference Id and they asked me to check with bank people. This is highly nonsense .

                                I had ordered (Order Id is[protected] for 4 items which were supposed to be delivered on 14th Feb, and it's been more than a month now, they have not delivered 2 of those items.
                                I have called them like infinite times, most of the time they don't answer and whenever I chat with the customer support team, they say it will be delivered today, that this and all...but all fake promises...so finally I got frustrated and cancelled the order. Now its been more than 10 days they have not yet refunded my amount.

                                For all these unprofessional things they did, they give me E-vouchers as a token of apology. But that was also fake..if you try to use those EGV's it says invalid. And those EGV's cannot be used.

                                This one of the worst experience I have ever had...I request everyone please don't even think of opening this website...For sure you will encounter only fraud and cheating.

                                  Ordered for birthday gift on 17th February 2016, when they didn't delivered the same as per their specified time I cancelled the order next day and they mentioned that amount will be refunded, till 17th March 2016 no refund of money. So many times called them for the clarification, but nothing has happened.

                                    I had placed an order on january 25th, 2016 with order id[protected] for which i called you on jan 28th, 2016 for not getting it delivered when i got to know that you can't deliver it at the mentioned address and you have initiated the refund for the same of rs 573/-. Since i didn't get the refund even after 15 days, i again called you on feb 15th, 2016 to which none of your executives picked the call. I called again on mar 2nd, 2016 to which i got to know that now you have initiated the refund and it will come in 72 hours. Since i didn't get the refund i called once again on mar 6th, 2016 to which i got to know that now on mar 6th you have initiated the refund and i will get it in 3-10 days. Today is mar 17th, 2016 and i still didn't get the refund, i tried to call you few minutes back and none of you is picking the call. Are you really running a company with this kind of service and false promises to customers? I think i can't suggest anyone to place an order on sendmygift in near future. Would you mind replying me with your all time excuses?

                                      Order#[protected] was placed on 19th feb 2016 for delivery on 20th feb 2016. Called them on 20th to confirm if its being delivered, confirmed it is. Called again at 9pm as it wasn't delivered still, rep told "we deliver till late night, it will definitely be delivered." it wasn't...
                                      Called the next day about the same. I was told they had some technical problems and that it will be delivered that day. Again it wasn't...
                                      Called on 22nd, asking to cancel the order. They said the order has been shipped (No idea what that means as the order was for flowers and cake).. Still nothing delivered... Called again to cancel.. Talked to shubhankar.. Was given a cancellation number s065945 (Which turned out to be fake) and i was asked to send an email to [protected]@sendmygift.com requesting refund. I sent the email.
                                      2-3 days later, still didn't get any response and called again... They said the order is still under processing (Still not cancelled).. I asked to cancel again and process refund. This time i was asked to send email to [protected]@sendmygift.com.. Again i sent the email..
                                      Called again on 2nd march.. The rep asked me for bank details to initiate the refund.. I gave all the details.. Still nothing..
                                      Since that day, i have called them atleast 15 times and everytime i hear the same response.. That they will cancel the order and that refund will take 3-5 business day from the day it is initiated..
                                      On 10th march, after complaining again through online chat, i got a call supposedly from the "escalation team" who promised that she would make sure this is resolved and that i will get a call from refunds team within half hour.. When i told her that i have been hearing the same thing being told to me by several reps, she said she is from escalation and to trust her... 5 days later, i still have not received any call from "refunds dept"..
                                      Again on 15th march morning i called and talked to varun singh, who promised that escalation manager will call me within half hour.. 14 hours went by i got nothing... I called again and talked to raghavendra, i asked him to put me through to manager, he put me on hold for 15 mins and then hung up.. I called again, this time navin picked up.. He told me the manager, arshia bano, is only in office from 10-7 in the morning.. Talked to his supervisor, abdul, who after listening to everything could say nothing apart from what i have been hearing throughout... That i will get a call back in the morning from escalation and that he will ensure this is resolved...

                                      Result: the order was never delivered.. The money was paid up front.. I would have spent a quarter of the order amount on this phone calls and haven't yet got the refund.. This company wants the customers to literally beg them to get their own money back.. Highly unscrupulous, fraudulent company...

                                        Guys never prefer this website for gifting.you never received gift at time and plus company staff thinking that every person is fool.Giving foolish statements about order.
                                        Still not received one single reply from the side of company. Fraud website.
                                        Person call me at Wednesday night and said that we send you gift card in exchange of your product. But still not received any gift voucher.
