    We have booked an order on 14th Feb 2016via sendmygift and its already 10th day we dont have any news of order.
    We tried reaching customer care number which doesn't seem to work.
    We tried reaching via chat but the only answer we get that it will be delivered today or tomorrow.
    We have send feedback mail via their portal.
    Finally we have decided to take legal help.
    Could you help us if there is any other alternative? Or we should go ahead?

      Hello, sir I have ordered gift (order no #[protected] on[protected] to my loved ones for valintines day... Even I had paid amount through paytm .. Even after receiving the amount still they haven't delivered. I had contacted to customer no[protected] regarding this but number was always busy and unable to connect. Even I contacted them on their online chat forum- www.sendmygift.com for 3 times to customer support ... still they are not responding.their company's slogan is that " delivering emotions..." instead they are delivering frustrations so I request the refund of full amount with interest.

      Hi..Everyone b aware of www.sendmygift.com, a online gift solution company. I made 02 orders (My order No[protected] &[protected] with them & both were not delivered..all my follow up has fallen on deaf ears & the company has not even acknowledged my mail, I waited 10 days. They jus take money & do not deliver the gifts to your loved ones. You will keep waiting to give a surprise to your dear ones but the biggest surprise will b when after paying in advance ur job is not done. Their online chat support jus don respond & their helpline is always busy. Big cheats unprofessional people. don fool urself from the fancy website. BEWARE OF THE ONLINE CHEATS..

        The flowers combo were not delivered Feb 19. I called on Feb 20 but I have not received the money yet.

          I have booked two orders from this website and they were supposed to be delivered by 7th feb, 2016 and 14th Feb, 2016 respectively.
          But they did not fulfill their commitment at all and were not responding on the status update.
          When I asked to cancel those orders on mail, the company is neither responding on mail nor on Chat Support.
          Customer care Helpline is actually giving an Auto message for not picking up a call. This is one of the unprofessional behaviors of any company.
          I need my refund as early as possible as this company is a fraud.

          Refund is not processed till now. I have shared the account details on 23-Feb-2016, I have not received any reply or acknowledgement or even my amount.
          Refund the amount associated with both these orders as early as possible.
          No replies on mail/calls/chats. Highly unprofessional behavior.
          Now without any delay refund my amount and make me free from this headache.

            I have ordered a cake combo order no[protected] on 21st at around 6-6:30pm & was scheduled to deliver on 22nd night & i paid Rs 150 extra for that as it was my sister marriage anniversary & i wanted to surprise her but the services & customer handling you people have offered ruined my whole plan & excitement of surprising her got wasted & just to add to the misery i have been keeping trace from 22nd just to make sure it gets delivered on time but it wasn't & i have spoken to two customer executive Miss Roja & Mr. Akram, they all promised me that i will get a call back within 30mins from the concerned department but i think they meant 30hours.. to my utter surprise when i called third time the guy is saying that they have received the payment late despite getting a confirmation from my bank about the deduction & payment received confirmation from sendmygift ends.. They agreed they messed up & will return my Rs 150 as a part of apology but are still not sure when even they don't have any idea where my product is & when it will be delivered... i used to recommend & send gifts to my loved ones using sendmygift but due to the mental stress & incompetent services you people have provided i won't use your site again & even bad mouth about it everywhere... Please take strict actions against such companies who just play with the emotions of the customer & they commit that they are delivering emotions... ihave all the recordings just to ensure if nothing is done & will see it through judiciary.

            i need my full refund i.e. 700 + 150 plus a written apology seeking explanation why this happened because the shame your incompetency brought plus ruining my surprise & things i have to hear because of your bad services & please first deliver products on time then talk about delivering emotions because sometimes it more than a product.

              I ordered flowers for delivery on Feb 14 2016. This delivery and payment was confirmed by PayTm and HDFC bank. Order number[protected].

              The flowers were not delivered Feb 14. I called on Feb 15 and was assured the delivery would happen that day by 10pm. Again failure to deliver the flowers. On Feb 16 I was once again assured delivery. On Feb 18 I requested refund because of failure to deliver the flowers. I was told the refund was processed, but I have not received the refund and on Feb 22 was sent an SMS that the delivery was shipped. The flowers were not delivered and the refund was not processed.

              I sent several emails requesting contact and SendMyGift.com has failed to respond to my queries.

              It has been 10 days since promised delivery and they have not delivered nor processed a refund.

                I placed a order on 14th of Feb with the delivery date of 15th feb and till now i haven't received any update regarding my order. Its been 10 days now and these people are so shameless that they don't even reply on chat neither on mail. I just got a confirmation message on 17th feb, after that no update. This is strange that they don't even bothered to reply over chat, executive just leaves the chat when ask about the delivery status. Pathetic these people are. My all surprise just got spoiled. First time i have ordered from this website n had the worst experience. Sorry to mention but Ferns & petals are way better than you guys. Always had a good experience with them.                   I had ordered a bouquet. It was suppose to reach yesterday at 9 PM, but it has not reached till now. The useless CSE promised me that he will check and call me back but I never got a call. Now i have Cancelled my order and requested for a refund of my money ASAP.

You guys are disgusting. I called around 5-6 times today to speak to the customer care, but there is no response, without even talking some was keeping me on hold.

                  Now coming to the point. I recieved a text msg saying sendmygift has sent an email with apology token of Rs 1000. But when i cgecked the inbox there is no mail at all. Again you guys are fooling.

                  These sendmygift guys are just fooling around people. They are just screwng everyone's happiness.

                  I would request consumer court to take some action against this organization.

                  First thing is change the tag line delivering emotions, it does not suit you guys at all.

                    I have placed an order[protected] on 9th feb 2016 to be delivered on the same day but that never happened even after calling a number of times.
                    Then I cancelled the order on 10th feb 2016 which was assured of refund in 3-10 working days but that also never happened.
                    I again called on the helpline number to know the status on 21st feb 2016, representative said it is in transit and will be delivered on monday(the same order[protected].

                    This is a cheap site. Don't order from this site.

                    The live chat is useless. They keep disconnecting the chat. Same is the case with the customer care.

                      While placing order the asked for delivery date I gave as 22 nd feb, but the order is not delivered and customer care is telling it will take 3-4 days . Then why the hell they are asking for delivery date . Even before placing order I confirmed with representative as I placed order on 21 and she told ya it would be delivered on delivery date .

                        I ordered a gift almost a month back (2nd Feb 2016 )to be delivered on Feb 14. It's not been delivered even 10 days after the promised delivery date. I paid the money through online and confirmed with the customer service about its delivery. They assured me that it will be delivered on Feb 14 by 5 PM. But it didn't get delivered and whenever I am trying to call the customer service, nobody is picking the call. I tried over phone almost 30 times. I tried to contact them through email, still no response. In their site there is no option to cancel the order. I want to cancel this order . At least show the decency to refund the money for undelivered gift.

                            I complained about my order for chocolate day whuch i havent received till date...its been 15 days i am folloeing up with them...but no response...after i submitted comolaibt here i got this no as hrlpline[protected]...but this phone is switched off after one ring... Such a pathetic site it is...how r these people roaming freely after cheating soo many people and playing with their money and emotions...                               When contacted the Helpline number it never works and chat people dissconnect chat as soon as they join the chat.

                              One of the worst ever, and These guys are simply doing a fraud with People and running away with people`s hard earned money.

                              Need some one to report this to any legal authority to Curb these people and put them behind the bars

                                Call received from send my gift and they told me to refund my money because of not capable to provide my gift. I purchased it on based of cash on delivery. After listening it they put down the receiver but there were my emotions attached with that gift towards my love one. They assured to provide me this gift with in 3 days but till now i m not getting my gift. I uploaded photo and details for that gift and they can misuse of it. What will be refund of my emotions..?
                                Its priceless.. So please try to provide my gift as soon as possible

                                  My order no. is[protected]. They delivered defective gift. I had ordered a cushion but got just the cover that too a defective one. With that I was supposed to get a teddy of worth rs149 but they gave a teddy worth rs49. I had paid the full amount online. I even went to the store, they asked me to register a complaint online for which there was no response at all. Nobody picks up their customer care number. The support chat people don't understand the issue and leave the chat immediately. I even have their chat transcript. I have not even received a callback from these people. I am attaching the images for reference. Need to take severe action such company . Such company should not be operational which are fraud.

                                  I don't think that customer care number of Sendmygift works. I have tried calling them like 100 times but nobody picks it up. I think I have spent more money by calling customer care number since customer care service charges even when it does not get connected to any of the representatives. Also when I have lodged a complaint it means I have tried all the possibilities to resolve my problem but was left with no other option than to register a complaint at this portal and this also means it is the responsibility of the Sendmygift people to contact me not the other way round which is a basic knowledge known to everyone.

                                      I posted my original complaint here after which i got a call from sendmygift but these people are frauds and shameless too..Making false promises with a straight face and lying to our faces.. I got a call from them on 17th and they said they will be refunding my money and i will get a confirmation mail on 18th but guess wat..Nothing happened!!! They again sent a message that call us on [protected] for complaints and refunds related issue but no one answers the phone!!! I am highly frustrated now and do not understand why police not taking any action and what is the use of complaining here on this forum if no action is to be taken by any one??? I want you guys to take a strict action asap so we can trust at least this forum, order id is[protected] and the the attached chat which shows their pathetic customer service..No one is updating you on the status of your order..And how will they update when they know they are cheats but it is high time some one take them down and provide us justice!!!

                                      These people are beyond shameless..why is no one taking any action..they have not refunded my money yet and they have sent a stupid 200-300 Rs single rose and I think they do not want to refund my money and want me to keep shut but they looted me of 700 Rs!
                                      I have sent these details 100 times u FRAUDS, I gave these details TWICE over phone call but NO RESPONSE...what are you guyz up to???I am sending a mail again to this mail ID RIGHT NOW and I want a refund by TOMORROW!

                                        Order never got delivered and there is no update.There are so called 'TECHNICAL ISSUES' and the entire purpose of the order is lost. Refund has not been done

                                        The so called 24x7 customer care never picks calls. even if it does, it is once in 1000 times and them they put your call on hold and walk away.

                                        For chat window, people keep on joining and leaving and no one is interested to reply

                                        Same thing happened today.. On enquiring they said some one will contact me which they said 5 days ago also and walked away.. After that there was no response at all.

                                        This Send My Gift.com is a bogus and fraud business enterprise.

                                        I have registered a complain on this portal "Send My Gift.com — Mugs 2 nos not delivered by send my gift.com: order #[protected] on 23.12.2015". but no resolution.
