I have ordered a product dated 29th December 2015, however; till date i.e. 7 Jan 2016 I haven't received the product. Order I'd:[protected]. They told me that the product would be deliver in maximum 3-4 days but it hasn't. One of the customer care executive offered me & later the team member -Ms. Aratrika & manager - Ms. Kiran refused to give me that offer. They confirmed to me that they will getvthe is order delivery by 30-31 December 2015 on high priority, but failed in all the commitments.

    I really feel sorry...and it was my mistake that I have Ordered a product from sendmygift. Product which was delivered was of such an poor Quality. This is really disappointing to have such service from gift site...even after having ample follow ups. Customer is placing an order with having such a faith...and it really gives me a sad feeling after listening from brother the cake and bouque which was delivered of such an poor quality.Kindly stop be fooling customer.

      I had Place an order for gift of dairy milk chocolates on sendmygift.com. I had placed the order on 14th Dec which has to be delivered on 2-3 working days. But till the date 5th Jan I had not getting any delivery from website. When I call to customer care they have continuously replying the same "We will concern your order as soon as possible". I had email them for reason to late in my order delivery but they reply the same. When I force them to deliver my order as soon as possible they reply me that your order has been successfully delivered. I had also ask them to give me proof for delivery then they had block my account on their website & also reject my email from their complain email. I had also tell them to cancel the order & refund. They reply me that "we can cancel your order but you will not getting refund in your bank, you will get balance on wallet which can be used for another order". If I am not satisfied with service then why I should buy any product from them..?? So you will not getting your money back once you placed an order. Don't trust on website, they have no value of your emotion. Totally fraud website, worst customer support.

        My Order number[protected] I have cancelled my order as they are not able to deliver as promised while order, i even confirmed from their representative about delivery.they said, we will be.and they failed saying we have technical problem.So i cancelled my order and they we will process refund in 2 to 3 days.its been almost 15 days and my refund is still not processed.when ever i call their rep they say we will sovle issue but end of the day it is same.No responsibility in providing service.Very very very poor service..

          I don't understand why the company is not yet closed as not a single person has received the order. Is it a fraud site, they just make you pay and dont take the order at all. Does anyone know how to raise a FIR against the company ?
          I Think it is a fraud site..I want to register a FIR on that company..they are playing with the emotions of people..

              The worst service I ever I faced till now... They just know to take the order(#[protected] ordered on 31st December and still not delivered) rather than getting It fulfilled.. Don't know what made them to put the tag line as delivering emotions rather it should have been plying with emotions... Really ****ing service and then you need to wait for their concerned team to get back to you. Don't know who is that concerned team who is responsible to play with your all emotions.. Definitely I am going to sue them for all the favours it has done to me by receiving my calls and apologising for n number of times.. 😡😡😡And I don't understand how it will compensate the feelings behind the gifts.                 I have booked a gift from send my gift on 09-12-15 as the gift was cake for birthday occasion.at the time of delivery one person asked for another flavour of cake at 8:20 pm approx other than i booked that flavour so i had cancelled the order.but send my gift company delayed on cancellation of order and now they are delaying in refund of money.when i call the customer care every time other person say u will shortly receive a mail and in 3-10 working days u will get the refund.i really depressed about it .kindy do the need for me and take the action against the company.

                  I placed 2 orders[protected] and[protected] both on 24 Dec’15 with additional charge of Rs. 149/- on each order for midnight delivery (11.30 pm to 12.30 am) on13 Dec'15. Order no.[protected] was delivered at 2.30 PM IST on 31 Dec’15 whereas Order No.[protected] was not delivered at all. I tried contacting chat support, a team, who doesn’t have any clue on what's happening. It is so pathetic and all they can tell you is to send a mail to customer care! Yes I did and waiting for the response. The tracking system in this site won’t give you any idea what's happening with your order either. DO NOT ORDER ANYTHING IN THIS SITE.

                  After several failed attempts, I could connect with SMG customer care on +[protected], yesterday (02 Jan'16) around 3.30 PM IST. There for 2 promises:

                  1) Order no.[protected] is all set to deliver and will be delivered before 9.00 PM, 02 Jan'16.
                  2) SMG will refund the Rs.298 (149 * 2) charged for midnight delivery. This will take up to 10 working days.

                  The First promise of course didn't happen! I have to wait and see for the second one.

                  SMG team saw the mail which I send 2 days back only during the telephonic. Its quiet interesting..but they have now send an acknowledgement.

                    Yesterday I have ordered a cake in evening and nex day ttill now 10 PM it is not delivered..and its order status showing complete and customer care dont have any answer.

                    I was getting my order at 10.30 pm . Before that i called your customer care so many times. I follow up with you guys 7 pm on that day and your customer care executive said that i got my cake in 3-4 days and even i was not getting my cake your team change my order status completed. you all are spoil my day.

                    After that i was getting my cake and that cake was not good in shape, my message was not wrote on that cake, knife was broken, candles were not provided. I order only red rose bunch and delivered mix color roses . on that day everything was bad.

                      This is a phishing website with no option for initiating refund. Never believe on this website or you will be cheated. This website spoiled my friend's birthday. It was my mistake that i used this website and placed an order on 12/12/15 and paid immediately using net banking to deliver a birthday cake with flowers on 22/12/15 at my friend's address on his birthday as a surprise gift. My order id was[protected]. I was eagerly waiting for my friend's response. As per this website's commitment the cake should had been delivered on 22/12/15 before 08:59 pm but they did not deliver the same even till next day i. E. On 23/12/15 at 10 pm and spoiled my friend's birthday. Cheaters. Scam, fraud. Played with my emotions. Now there is no option to initiate refund. I am going to file a case against this website before consumer forum. Beware and dont place any order using this website.

                        Would like to share my pathetic experience with Send My Gift. Had ordered a personalized calendar (Order No.[protected] on 12th Dec 2015 as a Gift on my brother's birthday which was supposed to be delivered in 3-4 working days . First of all there is no way to keep a track of the order, after multiple calls to their Call center it was finally confirmed to me the order would be delivered by 17th Dec. However to my utter shock on 17th Dec evening I got a call saying the Gift was out of stock and it will take another 4 days for it to be delivered and as a compensation they will offer me a chocolate box which I plain refused as this is pure "Deficiency Of Service" and asked for refund. I haven't heard from them since. Today I decided to call them again and check the status of my order - they said it would be delivered by 28th Dec... which was really shocking... On further escalation and speaking to some manager I was told, its a startup and some delays are likely, so keep patience :-) I do not see this startup surviving the race with Flipkarts / Amazons who are exceeding the expectation by delivering early

                        one of the worst online retailers ever seen its very true they cheat customers no doubt about that. i ordered a gift mug order id[protected] its been 24 days still item is not delivered and the most pathetic part is they dont refund or even have option of refund.and the customer service does not reply at all they do only on the chat option which is worst they are trained to mislead and cheat customers. i'm tired of their antics they are not giving me refund either. twice i got a call telling my order will be delivered by next day with priority which still has never happened. in my whole online experience they are one of the worst. they must change their logo to playing with emotions. these sites teach us a lesson it always better to stick to online giants rather than new who intends to cheat. i will never recommend anyone to order gifts because they need a year to deliver the same.
                        This is experience I had yest and I wrote back to them and they as usual they havent responded.

                          I have placed an order from sendmygift.com first time on 16th Dec. I have selected standard delivery and time 5 pm and though it will be delivered by that time. But after calling to them I get to know that they can't promise that it will get deliver by that time and standard delivery means before 9 pm. Then why they allow user to select time if they have their own terms and condition. In this case they are just fooling people. Site is too slow and taking too much time to just place single order. Even though I go ahead and placed an order and at end of the day wasted my money, time, phone balance :( . I have order first time and surely after getting this pathetic service, it is last time as well. We are sending gift for someone and it is not reaching to them on time and even you are not have clear instruction on the site. So there is no point of choosing sendmygift.

                            I had placed an order for flowers and cake to be delivered before 7AM on Dec 11 in Bangalore. You can see below at least one email I sent (sent multiple emails), and made multiple calls categorically asking them, and as per their advice- booking the early AM slot for an extra cost. Clearly informed them that the relevant people will not be available after 9am. They guaranteed that my booking for the earlier, expensive slot would ensure that it is delivered before 7AM. When it wasnt delivered till 8, I called and was told its in transit! When it still wasnt delivered till 9am, I sent in writing and multiple calls, saying no point delivering as relevant people had left, and wouldnt be there. I asked for a refund as the booked service was not delivered on time. They said they wont give a refund? So they dont provide the service and keep the money as well? And then, I get a response hours later saying it is delivered at 1.30pm??? They took advantage of the domestic help in the house who did not understand and accepted the delivery-This, after I had called repeatedly and said no point in delivering any more. What are they-thieves? Or need charity? This is absolutely ridiculous! They refuse to give a refund!!                               I had placed an order in SENDMYGIFT.COM, on 6th of December, 2015 for a ferrero rocher bouquet with the booking ID being[protected] worth Rs. 1099. I was earlier promised by the team in their live chat window that the product will be delivered the very next day. Later that evening after making the payment, I received a call from their Dept. saying that the product will be taking least 4 working days. Upon receiving this information I asked them to cancel my order and to initiate a refund of the same amount to the bank account, on which I was promised a call from the senior Dept. which was never made. Ever since I have had to take the trouble of repetitively asking their people in the live chat stream available in their site, and even in their customer care, having to narrate the story again and again, with a promise that the senior Dept. will be giving me call very soon and a confirmatory mail would be sent to me about the same matter. I have not received even a single call from their Dept., and their senior Dept. team is always unavailable. I am sick and tired of narrating the story again and again and having to devote so much of my time to mail and call them each time. No resolution has been provided by the company other than harassment. I have the copy of the chats I have had with them on their live chat stream, in my e-mail ID, which I am being unable to upload here. Facing this trouble since 4 days, I request you to look into the matter and take strict actions against this company, for which I have had to waste so much of my time and I could not even successfully get a gift delivered to my Brother and Sister-in-Law on their 3rd marriage anniversary, no doubt our sentiments were hurt as we did not have enough time to place a new order elsewhere.                                 I called on customer care no and had discussion with Mr, Sachin. I have asked simple question he took more than 20 mints and replied I cant help u. how disgusting it is. being a customer care team your portal is useless for helping the customer. then close the portal

                                  Want to give no star but that option was not there. Booked gift for my sister's birthday. On her birthday:
                                  They called me in the morning to reconfirm delivery timing.
                                  I kept calling to their call center but they kept giving me some excuses.
                                  At 10:00 PM they called me back and told me because of some technical glitch, it can't be delivered.
                                  I chased these people for my refund. Its been a one week. It hasn't refunded yet.

                                  Please please don't use their services otherwise you'll regret like I did. Its a company of crap people.
                                  SendMyGift.com customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.

                                    I had ordered a gift item from the sendmygift.com website and paid extra for fixed time delivery. However, I did not receive the item as ordered, also it was not delivered on time. So on talking to their customer care, they initially assured me of refunding the gift amount and fix time delivery charges on returning the item. However, I did not receive the refund even after returning the item. It is a fraud website, never buy anything from sendmygift.com.

                                      I would like to raise a complaint against the company "Sendmygift.com" for fraud practises and cheating the public.
                                      They offer flowers, fruits, cakes and other goodies in their website "Sendmygift.com". The promise to deliver these gifts once ordered.
                                      Recently I ordered a flower Bookie & Cake to be delivered on 30-May-2014 at specific time. The flower bookie and cake was first of all delivered by 2hours late even though they had taken additional Rs 150/- for delivering at specified time.
                                      The gifts delivered were not at all matching as per the order. The cake delivered was pathetic and we had to throw away the cake. It looked like a cake from a local shop.

                                      I would bring to your notice that this company is a fraudulent company who is cheating the public for money. I would request you to take action these people and close the company and website.

                                      I would like to raise a complaint against their fraud activity. I have ordered a cake and Flowers on 21st April for 22nd April Delivery. They charged extra for fixed time delivery. They have not delivered till now(24th April) and there is no response from them in mail or in the call . Their number 91 - [protected] is switched off all the time. I have sent multiple mails, no response for anything .They haven't repaid my RS.1698. As they are not ready to repay this or respond this in any way. Please take a action on them and make others should not be prey for this company.

                                      My order[protected] was not delivered and yet the customer care rep dont answer the call or chat.

                                      How are companies like this are still surviving after fooling so many customers.

                                      Why is no action taken towards this company.

                                        Friends, By mistake i have place the online gift order on sendmygift.com.. Which is a duplicate site and they ppl are not a genuine, they are just making people full.. Later on come across the original site which is sendmygift.CO.IN which is the old and original site.. After talking with their customer care I have come to t=know about that .com is fake site and they are not spoiling name of .CO.IN pplz. So friends.. BE SURE AND EXTRA CAREFULL while placing your order.. DO NOT PLACE your order on .COM .. Do shopping with .CO.IN only... guys from sendmygift.co.in should put such important notice on their website so customer will be aware .
