My order no:[protected]/02/2016) has not been delivered yet despite several communications. Last time I was informed that it will take another 3 days. For a startup company, the proliferation of these complaints is a sign that it is bordering on fraudulence. Hope my concern is addressed without further delay.

    My order ID is[protected]

    This company doesnt know how to deal with the customers and provide services. I have ordered an order on8th Feb 2016, which was supposed to be delivered on 09th Feb 2016. I have been calling everyday to get the order status, however only false commitments. Poor response from the supervisor and managers. Dont believe in their delivery process. Not at all satisfactory. There is no point of escalation details. My entire money is at risk now.

      I had placed an order with the order number[protected] and had to be delivered today I.e 12 Feb itself. It never turned up on checking with them they advised that it will be delivered by 9:00pm it is 10;30 now and the order has not come. They are cheaters. Trying to get the refund. If any help can be provided it would be great.

        had to be delivered by 28/01/2016 but the same was never delivered.
        Despite my repeated request over phone till date neither the item has

          My order id is[protected]. I order an combo of flowers and chocolates on 7th feb and delivery date was 7th Feb at night but they dint delivered. I called them several times but these people were simply saying we will deliver today/ tomorrow ...I called them again on 11th Feb and asked them to cancel my order and refund but they haven't processed it.

          got refund from sendmygift people after so many calls . they have called and took my details anf credited amount in my account but still no mail notification. they never notify about anything u have to check by yourself

          After so many calls to them they called and took account no and every details but i dint not received refund yet...
          The person haven't received any order and i cancelled that order after 3 days .. so no order has been delivered i just want you guys to refund the amount.. i don't know to whom u guys have delivered or may be not.

            When i call customer care they say they will deliver by 9 pm
            But it was not delivered . They simply said sorry and told there is no escalation contact
            Its completely fake website.
            Please don't order through sendmygift.

            People are sending gifts for timely surprise and you guys are delivering gift late night when my parents are already out . and when they asked to deliver in the location they are your people refused .. this is worst .. You should mention in your site that your standard delivery is late night . This is not the proper way to understand the emotions of the person who is sending gift .

            Many times I called customer care to atleast give the number of delivery guy so that I can ask him to deliver on time .. But customer care told they are not responsible for this . They cant help in this

            I will never never choose send my gift for gift and would never recommend any one .. Cheaters .

              The issue is resolved after contacting sendmygift customer care people hundred of times. I suggest not to order through sendmygift.

              1) Smiling Charm with Stars: - 600 Rs
              2) Celebration Chocolate Blue Box(141.9g). - 100 Rs

              And they delivered only "Celebration Chocolate Blue Box" which is of 100Rs.
              They are a CHEAT. Delivered which is of low cost. FAKE website.

              As well as, the complimentary gift that they promise to give is just fake.

                I Ordered (Id[protected] on Feb 3rd and delivery day was 8th Feb. And the payment was through Paytm - 1000Rs.But the product is not yet delivered. Customer care people tell that it will be delivered today with in 9 PM, each time I call them.But nothing happened. It Is a big fraud website.Waste of money and time. And no response for mail also.They will not call back us.

                  I got my money refunded due to this complaint. They gave me worst support still I got my money back. This is trustable organisation but not upto the mark. think twice before choosing this website.

                    I have ordered three gifts on January 31st 2016 for our anniversary and is suppose to deliver to us by Feb 1st 2016 between 11:30pm to 12:30 AM, we waited it was not delivered.they have completely failed to deliver the products and on top of that there customer service is very poor. call will never connect and no one will respond to the emails or in the chat. after lot of struggle i could able to contact one the person who works there and he told refund is initiated and will get credited in 3 working days. till now money is not credited and there is no response from on this.

                      Trail email describes that I have ordered a gift and paid (order id and payment reference no in trail email) for the same but your website is showing that amount is still pending.


                      I have certain question:-

                      1. Will I get the gift tomorrow?
                      2. From which company cake belongs from?
                      3. Will I get free teddy (6 inch) also because your agent in chatting session mentioned gift worth Rs 199 or more is offering a free teddy. How will I get? If it is by courier then provide tracking no.
                      4. Your agent changes in session very frequently and they do not give answer properly.
                      5. If it happens then I will not suggest anybody.

                          I have not received the order yet this is another week for followup..! on my earlier post as attached the team had assure the order will be delivered within 3-4 days, once the order is placed. But still there is no progress about the order status.

                          Kindly deliver the order by tomorrow else refund the amount paid.

                            I have paid against the Order #[protected], while the customer care executive was full online and forcing me to pay promising their support. After many attempts to track my order, many of the CC exe. left the chat making me wait for minutes, this number[protected] is not at all working, no response from this email "[protected]@sendmygift.com" and i totally feel this is a fraud website. Please let me know how can i file a legal case against this if I didnt get my delivery within the time mentioned during my order.

                                The worst experience i had for my Order #[protected] from SendMyGift.

                                Who gifts or wishes once celebration is over. SMG delivered gift on the next day of anniversary(does it really mean anything to gift flowers after next day).
                                Worst delivery or service i have ever seen till date.

                                I called the executive thrice and he assured that flowers will be delivered by 11 PM but, it was delivered next day around 10 AM

                                Would it be the case they have informed that they wont be able to deliver the gift that day, i would have made some other arrangement.

                                No-one shall order from this site ever else you will be disappointed with their services.

                                    This was my order number:[protected] which I ordered on 8th feb but they did not deliver it on time and even making me fool on calls and chat that the order is out for delivery. One of call supporter told me they will send extra chocolate buffet in compensate but on next day other guy is asking me for the name who told this. And i m still waiting for their response. They ruined the whole plan. completely BS service.
