I had tried to order(order id[protected] half kg cake with flowers, but your site wsnt working so your customer support asked to order on my behalf.I gave him my details explaining him that the order has to reach pune.but on the day the order came to my place (ahmedabad) which was the billing address NOT the shipping address.So i talked to your customer service 4times a day.And every day a different reprentatives promised for refund of money.But it has been 5 days now..and i have yet not received any kind of email and intiative towards my refund.
I expect my problem to be solve as soon as possible Otherwise i will be forced to take strict actions against your site.

    I have ordered a cake as gift on 24.12.2015 to be delivered at coimbatore on 25.12.2015. Sendmygift.com promised the delivery but couldn't deliver the product. I received a call from their customer care on 25.12.2015 that they will not be able to deliver since the product which ordered is not available hence i cancelled the order and asked for a refund. From 25.12.2015 till today they have not refunded the money whenever i contact them they will say it will refunded in two day.

        I dint get any email. and before placing the orders i clarified with their email support that I need the order delivered the same day but its been 3 days and still they are yet to deliver the order and they are not connecting on telephone support and I've send them a mail for which they are you to reply its been 2 days I've sent the mail.

        It is a total fraudulent company, cheating people for money. People who are in online chat are responding very well until placing the order, after that no response. Customer service number and the email everything is fake. I didn't receive any confirmation to mail and also mobile number. Please don't order any products through this website.

          I have ordered a gift for my daughter whose brithday was on 4th Feb 2016.The gift they send evening on 4th February 2016 after they agreed that they will deliver in the morning and I have paid extra payment of Rs.149 for that.They didnt even delivered the product in time or not retuned the extra payment I have given.A lot of people are complaining about them.They are big cheaters in the world.And if you call them for follow up you will be really fed up.They will ignore you always except until ordering and paying for the product.After they get the money they will not talk to you.So do not order anything from them.

          At last I have decided one thing...My daughters birthday has been changed from next year onwards.What else we will do if we believe such fraud companies.These BS should be banned for ever.

            Hi i am Gaurav and i order a gift for my friend so i ordered a gift having product name as "Rose Celebrations: Purchase Valentine Flowers Online Deliver" with SKU - FINUPD651. it has been delivered by TGS RETAIL.

            the delivery date is 9th feb 2016 but today is 10th Feb 2016 but its not delivered yet . My ORDER ID IS[protected].

            the girl name FATIMA replied me via chat that it will be delivered by 9 pm but still not delivered

            i am even trying the customer care number from tomorrow but no one is picking up the phone.

            the payment is also done by PAYTM.

            this is very ridiculous hos company like PAYTM can support such a fake website

            please help me to sole such a big issue because its causing such a problem to customers.

            @sendmygift ... you guys are really fake even after your comment no one is taking it serious i asked for a bill of my purchase even you guys are not providing me the bill and for your kind information what's the use of that gift now i send chocolates for chocolate day not for teddy day ...and even u guys are not giving me email confirmation, second and even my order id is not track-able it shows me pending order status and still you customer care guys is not picking up the, even you guys don't provide us the detail of the retailer who is going to manage to send my gift after all such issues how can i say that that you guys are trustworthy. and at last i wrote a mail to your customer support the mail id you guys provided at the website i don't get any reply of that in my mail then why you guys are saying sorry here because its a complaining website tell me..

              Hi!!!

              I ordered a bouquet from send my gift, for my parent's anniversary, these guys charged me Rs 849 for the bouquet and they delivered a bouquet ehich might be aroungd Rs300-350. I am trying thier customer care number, asking these guys about the SAME ( ON CHAT) they are not providing me even a complaint number.
              My order number is :[protected] . i ordered the bouquet on 9th feb. As the bouquet is already delivered i want the rest of the amount to be refunded.here with this mail i am attaching the pictures.

                1.Order ID[protected] wasn't delivrd in time.Supposed to get dlvrd by 4pm as promised by fathima, but got delivrd at 8pm
                2.Three different chocolates were in order but same got delivrd, Bouquet also wasn't the same order pic.
                3karthik promised on call that delivery address will be changed aftr 4pm but vendor refused to do so

                  On the eve of rose day i ordered flowers but they didn't deliver it on that day. They called me and said sorry sir we will deliver it on next day. So they ruined my rose day for sure. Then on 9th feb i ordered chocolates they told me that it will be delivered before9pm but wait wait no surprise that item was also not delivered so they ruined that day for me also. I haven't receive any mail regarding delay or cash back. They have taken my money and didn't deliver my items. worst live support ever. When i ask about my order they leave chat without answering my query. From tomorrow i have tried more than 100 times literally but still i haven't heard from them.

                      Hi Team,

                      I booked a cake combo & chocolate box for someone's birthday, and i called up thrice to ask when the same will get delivered. The order was booked on 8th Feb 2016 at 1:25pm for 9th of Feb 2016.

                      I kept on confirming from the Customer care and they did a fake promise all the three times, that it will get delivered by 5pm which became 7pm & 9pm afterwards. And at 9pm when I called up they said we will deliver it on 10th Feb, 2016. That is ridiculous. Whats the use of sending cake the next day? I have asked them to cancel my order now, but I have not recieved any mail or message regarding cancellation till yet.

                      Please do the same & return my money back. Such poor services & irresponsible behaviour you people have (Ridiculous). Find below my order no. & revert back right away on the process of reimbursement.

                          I had heard some good reviews about sendmygift and regarding their same day delivery. But after my experience with them I would never ever again use sendmygift and will also advice my friends never to make any order via them. So I had ordered some chocolates for my wife on Chocolate day (Order No:[protected] to be delivered on the same day till 9pm.
                          I called the customer care at 6 pm and 8 pm and they assured me that my order will be delivered till 9 pm. Post 9 pm I called the customer care and he assured me my order will be delivered by 10pm.
                          Then I get a call from warehouse manager saying that my order will be delivered by 10 30 pm
                          So wait till 11 30 pm and then I called the manager to know my order status and he said my order could not be delivered.

                          My only point is if you cannot stand on your same day delivery then why do you put your customer on hold.
                          It was really a horrific experience with sendmygift . Just a piece of advice, just stand by your words and please pay due importance to customer.

                            I placed 7 orders on 7th Feb with a person coordinating on LIVE CHAT of the website.

                            First of all, there is no email confirmation for any of the order. When I wrote an email to confirm the same. Even after 3 days I dont have a reply from them.

                            I tried to check from LIVE CHAT time several times but as soon as you ask your question, the person attending the LIVE CHAT changes and the next person starts all over again. Finally instead of giving an answer they simply say "Sir, please write an email to our support team". How many times I told you my emails are not being answered. For that you want a new email. Pathetic. I have all the snapshots of the chats and orders I placed.

                            Product which is delivered on 8th Feb is not as shown on the website. Product delivered has different flowers and arrangement was different as well. This is still OK but the next order which was supposed to be delivered on 9th Feb is not being delivered at all. One must understand that these sort of gifts need to be delivered on time. If not, your are ruining someones experiences and screwing the moments which is exactly opposite to what you claim on your website.

                            I need an answer from you guys. If not, I am not going to stop here. I will take further steps. I cant let you ruin beautiful moments of life which people think you can deliver and make it happen.

                            There is no fixture to this as you cannot turn back time and do what you promised. But with this you dont have right to exist if you cannot keep your promises.

                            Hi,

                            I placed the orders on 7th Feb (its not the same day).
                            I checked with Harsha M from your team before placing all the orders whether they can be delivered or not. For 8th also, I was willing to order something which he told is not possible so I changed it to flowers. You can check with him if you want. Infact, the next day he told me that he is personally following up on all the orders with logistics. I asked him to send me a confirmation e-mail but I never received any email, nor my e-mails are being answered.

                            The worst thing is you communication:
                            1. LIVE CHAT - while you are ordering, everything good. While you are following up, people on the other side keep changing every 5 minutes. If not, you will not get a response. The only response you get is "Sir please write an e-mail at [protected]@sendmygift.com or call at the number mentioned on the website"
                            2. e-mail: I dropped 4 e-mails since 7th. Did not get reply for any one of them. Can you explain why?
                            3. Telephonic Support: On calling the number, there is a message saying ..."Please drop an e-mail at [protected]@sendmygift.com".

                            Everything is looped to fool customer around.
                            Do you know the cost of the orders is above USD 100 and you should be dealing such customer with utmost care to make them loyal but WHO CARES, we got the money, now get lost. This is the attitude I see in you guys.

                            I would suggest you to check with Harsha M from your team and let me know what you can do. There are still deliveries pending which you need to deliver. Either you can make efforts to correct what has been screwed by you and make timely deliveries with correct products for upcoming orders or you can keep explaining here that because of blah blah reasons we missed the timelines. I am telling you giving reasons for mistake you have made is not going to help. I am keeping screenshots of Live Chats since Monday because I came to know that you guys are not professionals.. So, no point of giving excuses. Better check with your team member and let me know how you are going to cover up.
                            Regarding the order id[protected]the order placed on 7th) was supposed to be delivered by 9th Feb as committed by Harsha M from your team. In your above comment, you said it takes 3-4 Business Days according to which it should be 11th Feb which is today and your escalation team says - "Due to many orders, we couldn't deliver, it will take 2-3 days and no time commitments". (Screenshot for reference attached).

                            Also for order id[protected] which was supposed to be delivered today, your escalation team says, it will take 2-3 days.
                            This order was also placed on 7th Feb. Is this a kind of joke?

                            Why do you guys take orders when you cannot deliver?

                            I am still waiting for an answer. Hope you guys understand that what you are getting into.

                            And one more thing...You customer care support number doesn't work at all. It only instructs you to drop an e-mail to which nobody cares to reply.

                            Guys, for your kind information...Order ids =[protected],[protected],[protected],[protected] are not yet delivered.[protected] has 2 items - a mug and chocolates..only chocolates are delivered today..not the mug.

                            There is no resolution to the problem yet. You were talking about 3-4 business days and now its 6 already.

                            Do you guys have courtesy to even reply and put some efforts in resolving the issues? What is the point in having a team for customer care just for name sake?

                                In age of amazing start ups, did not even think once that i should do background check on this company.

                                I ordered and they have not delivered, they say they will but dont, Indian post office serves quicker than them.

                                Hard earned money is wasted because of this. The company should be forced to shut down.

                                Their office delivery time on website says 7pm and in their reply they say 9PM.
                                How can earth will office of my friend be open till 9. Dumbest people on earth. Customer is always right and here they dont give a damn. I dont know any flower or cake shop who cannot deliver till 7pm. Whole day they killl mosquitos or what.

                                  The prizes are too high than the actual, still I want to send a cake for birthday so I ordered from the website www.sendmygift.com But due to some reason I cancelled my order by chatting with the support team. As per their communication I immediately sent an Email to customer support team for the cancellation.
                                  This was happen in 23 Nov, 2015, after that I tried to contact them through chat at the website. always it was told me that there is some problem in website we will get back to you once we overcome it. Still didn't get any update from them and also didn't received my money. Even the they didn't updated the order status.

                                      I ordered flowers from this website, first they don't let you apply any offer code,
                                      After struggling of placing an order, they don't deliver and if you try to contact customer care, they never respond properly.
                                      If you are lucky you might get connected with them but these guys will make false promises like money will be refunded or delivery will be made.
                                      But on ground nothing got materialized, It's just fake website for looting money from customers in name of delivering item.

                                      my order[protected] was never delivered and neither I got refund.

                                        They do false promises regarding delivery date and time. Their customer care is even morer pathetic. It seems like everything is outsourced so they have no sense of responsibility.
