I have order 14505037 on 10/feb/2016, still there is no response from support team, they gave fake promise .

I thought this site will not disappoint me as I have ordered other things using this site earlier and I was quite happy.But this experience for the above 14505037 order id was horrible.very very bad experience for ever.

Yesterday One lady called me and suggested after 2 days that delivery was not possible for the mentioned address though earlier in 10th feb I have placed an order for the same location which was delivered successfully.But for this 14505037 order id she was laying to me with a wrong information.Till now they don't take any action.

So pls kindly ask the site to refund the amount to me as early possible.

    Order Id[protected]. I would like to tell you that i placed my order on 11th feb which is to be delivered on 12th feb. I contacted them 3 times through chat, they told me that it will be delivered before 9 Pm but my order was delivered on 13th feb. I called on their number 10 times but they don't pick up your phone. This is my first experience with their site and i am deeply disappointed with such a poor service.
    Also the order was incomplete. One product was missing in the order. I don't know what to do now, they don't respond you,

            I made my order 2 weeks earlier. I was being double charged. After charging double, the mentioned payment not successful. When i provided all the payment prove, they dont reply. The dont want to provide me the tracking details. Each time I communicate with the CS, I dont get a solution. Most of them just kept on leaving the chat. From 1st of Feb i had been reminding them, all they say is dont worry! What is the solution right now? Seriously this is a fraud company!!
            It’s really disgusting till I order CS behind me keep calling me to do payment after payment no one is ready to respond the chat & even I can’t track order no.

            i orderd gift on 11th feb, still my gift has not reached destination.(My tracking id is[protected]
            If i try to track my order it says Order Un-available.
            Neither CS People are responding Nor that Number is correct.
            If we call with[protected] number, its says all customer service people are busy so try sending mail through [protected]@sendmygift.com.
            This mail also fake because its reverting back to me.

            For god's sake Please dont cheat people.
            What to say you more Nonsense people, If you cant deliver, Send back the money.

            delivered and the same went cancelled who was rude enough to inform the same. It spoiled our birthday

            celebration and bloody customer care(like Hari Prasad) are rude enough to response properly. Till date i

            haven't received my money. Guys if you want your money to not get wasted please don't order from

            make it shutdown by default..

                This is my second complaint which i am writing. The first one is not resolved yet and sendmygift.com is not even looking at it.

                I ordered 7 products from the website on 7th feb'16 with support of harsha m on live chat (Acted as a very supportive person during sales but later turned out to be ignorant)
                Following are the order ids with status till date -

                First column is the target date to deliver committed by harsha m on live chat.

                10th feb[protected]Delivered ok)
                11th feb[protected]Not delivered yet)
                12th feb[protected]Delivered on 13th but only chocolates while a mug was also ordered)

                14th feb[protected]Waiting for tomorrow to see if this will be delivered or not)

                In my previous complaint i got the information that things are delivered with in 3-4 business days. Its been 6 days since my order.

                They don't reply to my e-mails, live chat support is basically crap, support contact numbers are not working. I believe this is a fraud and some strict action should be taken against the company.

                  I have ordered an order on 11th Feb 2016, which was supposed to be delivered on 13th Feb 2016. I have been calling everyday to get the order status, however only false commitments. Poor response from the supervisor and managers. I have pinged online customer care so many times and they never respond. MY PLANNING FOR MY VALENTINE HAS BEEN SPOILED BECAUSE OF THESE GUYS.                             Very bad service, I have not received my order[protected] on time, My valentine spoiled due to this BS website!!here I am calling since 2 days, no body is responding, and very [censored]ed service on chat, 1000 of ppl are sitting over the chat service and everybody left back to back, no one is responsible in your organisation.
                            I want my 100% refund via cheque of Account Holder's name - Aishwarya Khare.
                            And I will never repeat this mistake to place any order this worst website.
                            Now I have seen feedback which I had should seen earlier.

                                  I had placed an order on sendmygift.com on the 31st of Jan'16 for Jaguar Classic Black EDT - 100ml costing Rs. 1087.15. As per the screenshots provided, I have not received the order despite several calls and have been at the receiving end of very poor customer service. The company refuses to provide a status of my order and when asked for a cancellation or refund they refuse to provide any mails or refernce no. for the same and keep passing the calls and chats onto the next person and the same drama continues day in and day out. Requesting your help in getting my money refunded back to my credit card.

                                  Sendmygift refunded the amt back to my credit card and i have received it. Along with that, they have sent a a gift and 2 vouches worth Rs.1000 to be redeemed for the inconvenience caused.

                                  Hi...i received a call on monday from sendmygift requesting my bank details and stating they will refund my money within 2 days as they lost all data on 13th Feb'16. After i sent my details i have not received any confirmation even after sending a reminder mail. Kindly help get my refund processed ASAP.

                                    I am writing this with lot of disappointment and pain, issue is I have placed an order on 11/02/2016 for delivery of gifts on 12/02/2016 (standard delivery). But till now delivery has not been done.
                                    I have called customer care thrice, every time I happen to hear that it ll be delivered with in next 30 minutes and many time put up message in your online chat system.

                                    This is what service you people are providing.

                                      I raised an order on 11th Feb 2016 and wanted few flowers to be delivered on the same day. I have been chasing your customer service people for last 3 days and the order is not completed. I am trying to reach your number[protected] but no one picks the call throughout the day. I got a call from your representative who said the product is delivered but when i checked with the recipient it was not done. When i asked for the number of the person who delivered the order you guys had no information hence I am forced to state that you guys dont know how to run business or you are fleeing customers. I am surprised, the extent o[censored]nprofessionalism you guys show after taking customer's money.

                                      I am recording all conversation that i am having with your team and if my money is not refunded within 48 hours i will be forced to take legal course of action. I sound really rude but you have forced me to do so as i had to follow up for 3 days to get some bunch of flowers to be delivered and get no response for those numerous calls made to your customer service.

                                        I placed an order for a Valentine gift[protected] on 12/02/2016 at approx 09:30PM to be delivered on 14th, post that i receive a call from the receipent that she has to leave Pune today (13) and will not return till 18th. Hence i have no other option than to cancel this. I contacted them on the phone for about 20 times (9times on 12th and 11times on 13th) out of this 20 times, i got to speak twice.. First Shahbaz (as far as i con recollect) old me that he would process a cancellation and that i would receive an email within 12 hours), which i have yet not. today (13th) i called again, one girl, could not get the name, said "hello are you there" thrice and disconnected the call.

                                        Now, i have contacted the chat support they have, supposedly en-numerous times and all i received was the request to call the number[protected] which was not actually helping. I requested and begged for this to be cancelled and how can they be mean to me by saying that they cannot.. it is very harsh to know the only fault you done is that you placed an order.

                                        i also said that i dont want the money.. keep it.. just cancel the order.. but still they dont listen. Please CORE, i need your help.

                                        I too placed order (id[protected]on 13th feb for flowers which was to be delivered in nagpur. Before placing order i confirmed with ashwini on chat and she said order will deliver same day before 9pm.
                                        After listening her answer i placed order as i had to send flowers on 13th. But still my order is not delivered. It is in pending status.
                                        I tried contacting customer care[protected] around 15 times but it wasnot connecting and the reason is high call volume.
                                        24x7 chat is also useless as person leaves the chat without answering ur query. I also droped mail to [protected]@sendmygift.com but no response from them

                                        As my order isnot delivered on time.. i want to cancel my order. And i m alsonot finding any way to cancel it.

                                        The worst ecommerce start up I have ever come across... chat service.. of my god.. pathetic.. you need to have atleast 4 agents disconnect you before you get a high.. IDK how Hritik made such a comment when launching this portal... as poor as these guys are.!

                                        Stop empathizing, work and then give an assurance.. wait till i sue you for my inconvenience. If the order is delivered rather than getting cancelled. You are anyways fried.

                                        Hi friends, i also have got into their trap & had placed an order yesterday.. Terrible experience & no one is absolutely bothered !! Management is pathetic.. My order is still not delivered. Lets do something about this cheat company
