I have order 14505037 on 10/feb/2016, still there is no response from support team, they gave fake promise .

I thought this site will not disappoint me as I have ordered other things using this site earlier and I was quite happy.But this experience for the above 14505037 order id was horrible.very very bad experience for ever.

Yesterday One lady called me and suggested after 2 days that delivery was not possible...

Order Id[protected]. I would like to tell you that i placed my order on 11th feb which is to be delivered on 12th feb. I contacted them 3 times through chat, they told me that it will be delivered before 9 Pm but my order was delivered on 13th feb. I called on their number 10 times but they don't pick up your phone. This is my first experience with their site and i am deeply disappointed with such a poor service.

I have placed an order my amount has been deducted but no product has been delivered...I din got ny msg & even they r not responding calls no mails nothing...y u ppl started this business i[censored] ppl can't do this...

I have ordered for flowers and cake

But these people have neither delivered the order, nor given any revert about my queries. These are the unethical people

My sincere advise not to use their services ever.

There r now not responding to my calls or messages they have deducted my money and not delivered the product, they are fake...

Fraun fake website they grab the money and not delivet the product neither responce about the order status..

They do not delay they keep your money .....

I have order[protected] on 11/feb/2016, still there is no response from support team, they give fake promise ..kindly dont trust -they will not deliver emotions instead they sucks eveyone money,

if there is no proper way to execute from the business they should not open the company and Government (or) Indian complaints team should take action along with penalty too....

This is my second complaint which i am writing. The first one is not resolved yet and sendmygift.com is not even looking at it.

I ordered 7 products from the website on 7th feb'16 with support of harsha m on live chat (Acted as a very supportive person during sales but later turned out to be ignorant)

I have given order for customized mugs in the shop which is located in HSR Layout. When I asked them when can I get, they told me two hours. When I placed the order, they said, I can get it the next day. Next day when I called them to ask about my order, they said it's not ready and started giving reasons which were not acceptable. Now it's been 2days and I have not received yet...

This site neither responds nor confirm when the delivery would happen. I had ordered on 9th Feb and didn't receive any info on the update after payment.dont order anything from this site....

I ordered the items on 8th Feb, they said it will be delivered on 9th Feb. But till no update. They r not taking up the cal nor they are responding properly to the call.
Is this a way to treat the customers?? No value for our money??

I have called customer care like 100 times since yesterday, they dont pick up the fone disconnect after 2 rings
I had chat with customer care 1000 times they leave chat and go and say please order more products
I mailed 10 times on their email but no reply

Very bad service, I have not received my order[protected] on time, My valentine spoiled due to this BS website!!here I am calling since 2 days, no body is responding, and very [censored]ed service on chat, 1000 of ppl are sitting over the chat service and everybody left back to back, no one is responsible in your organisation.

I have placed an order on send my gift, after debiting the amount i dint get any response from them. i tried contacting the customer care but i was unable to get connected to them. when ever i tried to track my order it is showing processing .this happened for several hours. i dont know what to do...i ant cancel my order too...fake site.fake send my gift...

I had placed an order on sendmygift.com on the 31st of Jan'16 for Jaguar Classic Black EDT - 100ml costing Rs. 1087.15. As per the screenshots provided, I have not received the order despite several calls and have been at the receiving end of very poor customer service. The company refuses to provide a status of my order and when asked for a cancellation or refund they refuse to provide any mails or refernce no. for the same and keep passing...

I am writing this with lot of disappointment and pain, issue is I have placed an order on 11/02/2016 for delivery of gifts on 12/02/2016 (standard delivery). But till now delivery has not been done.

I placed an order for a Valentine gift[protected] on 12/02/2016 at approx 09:30PM to be delivered on 14th, post that i receive a call from the receipent that she has to leave Pune today (13) and will not return till 18th.
