Regarding order id[protected]. It was supposed to be delivered on 14th Feb morning in Indore. The status shows delivered on the website but it hasn't been delivered yet.
The email id provided on the website is wrong the email comes undelivered. I have been trying to use the chat window on your website, but nobody is responding. I tried calling but your line is busy.

i've place an order on 10 feb to be delivered on 14feb by 12:30 am.ie..i chose midnight delivery.
but i have not receive the order yet.Been trying to customercare since yesterday evening and no one is responding.In email chats also once started they ask how may i help you, after that no response at all..
actually regarding the product i called them two days back got confirmation from them that i will recieve...

I have an order worth 599/- but haven't received any confirmation.
They called me and said payment was unsuccessful so I have to pay again and sent me a payment Link.

I Paid again and this time also same thing happened and no confirmation came.When I am trying calling them no one is responding.

I order for 13th feb midnight with the extra midnight but it's not yet delivered in a day.

This is **** BS site. I wasted my money. The delivery was placed for 13th Feb.
Now this is 14th already and 11.32 am.
So this is **** ****.
The way support executive behave with their customers is **** ridiculous. It seems that they are doinf some high profile job. Especially ESC SHRAVANA this girl thinks of herself that she is an IIT pass OUT engineer....

I have placed this order for Feb 6th and still the order shows in pending state.
I tried to reach to customer care via phone and unable to connect every time.
Also through chat the customer care is unable to help.

I have written mails, but no replies yet....

I ordered for a mid night delivery on Feb 13th. My order number is[protected]. My order was not delivered. None of the agents and the escalation team responds to my query of money refund. i am at loss.
My plans for the valentine day was ruined because of them. I waited till 2 am in the morning for the product to be delivered and reaching out to their 24x7 customer center over chat and phone but no one replied. Today its 14 and yet...

I ordered a cake and flower buke from this site. There is a lady called Monicka D she took my order and make sure it will be deliver it on time. But till now order not received and I wasted my money.

These are fake people and when we called on the same number that is written on site no one picks up the call.

Fake site. Me and my friend ordered 2 cake combos for valentine's day. Neither they delivered the order nor responded. All our plannings got spoilt due to them. Highly disappointed. Am going to report this for cyber crime...

I ordered a gift with order id[protected] this order was supposed to deliver by Feb 14, 2015 midnight 12:00 - 12:30 AM but the gift is not yet delivered. The vendor had taken all the money in advance and even not replying for mails and phone calls.
I request judicial system of the India to have strict action on the Sendmygift.com vendor and punish them to run a fake site.
