Regarding order id[protected]. It was supposed to be delivered on 14th Feb morning in Indore. The status shows delivered on the website but it hasn't been delivered yet.
The email id provided on the website is wrong the email comes undelivered. I have been trying to use the chat window on your website, but nobody is responding. I tried calling but your line is busy.

Note - When i was making the order, i was not able to select the delivery date as 14th of Feb and delivery city as Indore. But the customer care representative on chat told me to go ahead and place the order using some other date and city. She told me later that she had made the changes on the back end. But supposedly it did not happen.

Why did you promise something which you cannot deliver?

    Hello,
    i've place an order on 10 feb to be delivered on 14feb by 12:30 am.ie..i chose midnight delivery.
    but i have not receive the order yet.Been trying to customercare since yesterday evening and no one is responding.In email chats also once started they ask how may i help you, after that no response at all..
    actually regarding the product i called them two days back got confirmation from them that i will recieve it by 12:30 am on 14 feb..
    why is this delay and why lack of proper response..
    will i be receiving it atleast by evening...

        Chat interface: Worst Chat interface I have ever seen.. Chat disconnects/no response/switches to multiple teams.. what not.. Highly unprofessional!
        Suggestion: Recover from these hiccups as quickly as you can.. Otherwise, very soon you will be kicked out of business

            This is **** BS site. I wasted my money. The delivery was placed for 13th Feb.
            Now this is 14th already and 11.32 am.
            So this is **** ****.
            The way support executive behave with their customers is **** ridiculous. It seems that they are doinf some high profile job. Especially ESC SHRAVANA this girl thinks of herself that she is an IIT pass OUT engineer.

                I ordered for a mid night delivery on Feb 13th. My order number is[protected]. My order was not delivered. None of the agents and the escalation team responds to my query of money refund. i am at loss.
                My plans for the valentine day was ruined because of them. I waited till 2 am in the morning for the product to be delivered and reaching out to their 24x7 customer center over chat and phone but no one replied. Today its 14 and yet no one is replying.

                    I ordered a cake and flower buke from this site. There is a lady called Monicka D she took my order and make sure it will be deliver it on time. But till now order not received and I wasted my money.

                    These are fake people and when we called on the same number that is written on site no one picks up the call.

                    Whoever is executing this business, they don’t know about the others emotions.

                    I would request to all the people please don’t order from this site as these are fake people.

                    Even I read the review of these site after placing the order, and got to know this is fake web site. And when I told the same to Monika she told this all the reviews are wrong and gave by their competitors. But all are fake so please please please plase ….dont order from here.

                                  I ordered a gift with order id[protected] this order was supposed to deliver by Feb 14, 2015 midnight 12:00 - 12:30 AM but the gift is not yet delivered. The vendor had taken all the money in advance and even not replying for mails and phone calls.
                                  I request judicial system of the India to have strict action on the Sendmygift.com vendor and punish them to run a fake site.
