Such an disgusting service i have ever seen.

they dont submit the order on time.

when i called they not responding and behaving rude.

its been 2 days still they have not delivered. each time we call they promise us but they fail to send the roses.

such a fake company in the market. no educated people who can understand the issue. Nvr helps in resolving the issue.

kindly please help!!!

    I had ordered two things.1st flowers which were delivered at 11 pm(very late) and chocolates which are not delivered yet. Worst service is provided by these people.And called customer care 5times in a day still no use. Waste of money

        I ordered a cake on 16th of jan with {Order ID:[protected]}, then because of some personal reason i canceled the ordered and confirmed thrice with there support team Mr. Prateek, from that day i am asking for the confirmation mail about the cancelation, but no response from there end. I spoke with Mr. Abdul(Floor Supervisor) and he promised to take necessary action within 24-48 hours of time.. Later on no response even if you call and ask they says there is no status with this Order ID, I don't understand there business policy and followup procedure.
        After calling so many times, on 30 jan they sent a cancelation mail which screenshot i have attached here. Later on no response and if we are asking on chat support they doesn't know anything about this. Calling on support num just make us to wait and then they cut the cal.

        They are making the fraud of the customer and increasing there business by cheating. I need some support to take necessary action regarding this company to stop cheating to customer and shut there business. If they doesn't know how to support a customer and make them satisfactory, they are not allow to cheat. Money always doesn't matter, but if you open a company for online business, then don't cheat to customer. Customers only make your business and shut them also.

        If this messages is reaching to any higher authority or person, please get in touch with me to take necessary action on this company.

        Still i haven't received any money as you said the refund is Done, I just got a mail on the same.
        I have ordered a gift from sendmygift.com yesterday. My order no. is[protected]. I faced so many problems just after placing my order. No one gave proper response. No one follow our humble requests. And after all of this mess they didn't deliver all the products. My friend got only a cake and a bouquet. Teddy was missing in it.
        I'm completely dissatisfied with this site and I'll never place a order from this site in my lifetime. And I'll always give a bad feedback to my friends regarding it.

        When can I expect a reply from you guys, as you just send a mail saying the refund is done but still i haven't received the money in my account.         I would like to inform you that sendmygift a online company https://www.sendmygift.com indulging in cheating people.

        They took the money on 12th and supposed to get delivered on 13th. Till now the order is not get delivered.

        There are too many reviews in the consumer forum http://www.consumercomplaints.in/send-my-gift-com-b11429

        They are not reachable over phone or email. Only their chat window shows some agents were online and they just make false promises.

        Please save the innocent people from these fraudsters.

          Had ordered a cake to be delivered to my husband for his birthday.
          It was a pre-paid order with order Id[protected]. The order was a mid-night delivery order for which they had charged 150INR extra.
          Firstly after placing the order i did not receive any confirmation email.I called up the customer care executive but it was of no help. After almost 7hours of placing the order received a sms with the order ID. At mid-night I waited for cake to arrive but it didn't. Just to check the status of delivery I called up the customer care. Then to my surprise the customer care executive told me as the cake is all smashed it cannot be delivered. I wanted to escalate this matter to higher executive but no one was ready talk. Since its a pre-paid order I fear refund.

            I had opted for today delivery the gift within 4 pm since my wife leaves college at sharp 4.
            I requested them to deliver the gift to the college address in where my wife works before 4 PM they agreed for that but till now (6.35PM) she didn't get any call nor even me that gift will be delivered in so and so time. To track the order from the website there is no status updated.
            Customer service is waste no one responds to the query nor to the questions, from morning i am back of them to deliver the gift but no proper response.

            Never order anything from sendmygift waste of money and time.

              I have opt for the midnight delivery service, on 30 dec 2015.
              But their midnight service was not working that day, but then also they took my money i dont know why. This i came through when i received a call from them ( [protected]) that they cannot deliver my order.
              So i cancelled my order.
              And till now i am struggling for refund.
              Every time i call them, and after knowing that i am calling them for refund they suddenly disconnect my call.

              I regret that I chose to send a gift via send my gift. I have never experience such a lame and pathetic services from anywhere.
              I ordered a gift to be delivered for which the order ID is[protected]. Unfortunately neither the gift was delivered nor I received any reply from send my gift.
              I tried contacting the customer care however even after my repeated attempts my calls were not answered. I kept on sending enquiries about my order but nobody found it important to answer them.
              If you are not able to deliver my gift at least have the decency to refund my money.

                  I'd placed an order on[protected], 9:50 am vide Order No.:[protected] for personalized mug & paid the amount in advance by credit card.
                  The delivery is to be made in Bangalore only.
                  Since, the date of order till today i.e.[protected] m/s sendmygift has not delivered.
                  As I'm on roaming out of state, I've spent nearly equal amount of order on phone charges, but still no use.
                  I'd never seen such a company ever in my shopping tenure.
                  If making money itself is the motto, select any other sector than playing with the feelings of people.

                    Hi i had ordered a gift from Send my gift of worth 599 and had opted for midnight delivery on 7th Feb 2016.But i did not get it on that day. after calling the customer care they said that it would be delivered on 12:00 am that is on 8th Feb 2016. After lot of Discussions the Floor Supervisor said that he would deliver it on 12:00 pm on 7th Feb 2016, but i did not get the product. There is no response from the customer care nor from the chat support. Even after sending n no of msgs there is no response. Please help in getting my Money back.

                        Hello,

                        I have placed an order on sendmygift.com on 31/01/2016 and mentioned there to deliver it by 4/2/2016. Basically it is a birthday gift and i properly mentioned there the delivery date as 4/2/2016. But till now (i.e. 5/2/2016) the product was not yet delivered. I call the customer care to check the status of my product but not found a proper response from them. This is ridiculous and I am not happy with their services as the product was a birthday gift and it should be deliver on time.

                          The said Order ID #[protected] was placed on 31-Dec-2015 for sending some dry-fruits as gift to my uncle in Hyderabad.

                          While submitting the Order, there was no alert stating, the order cannot be delivered for out-station within 1 day. The Order got submitted successfully.

                          After submit of the order, I have given call for Customer Care and verified with team if Order can deliver by 1st Jan, for which, I got confirmation that it will be delivered.

                          Unfortunate, the Order was not delivered at all. After few days, I received a call from Customer Care that due to bulk orders since year-end gifting time, it couldn't deliver at expected time and hence, they requested if they can deliver for next day. I accepted and requested to send fresh dry fruits.

                          Again this time also, it was not delivered. Hence, i requested for cancellation of Order and to refund the amount. From then, until today more than 15 times I am following up with Customer Care for the refund amount, but response from customer care is very poor and doing all false promises.

                          If the issue is not going to resolve in next 1 day, I am going to advertise about your services and post about your dirty services in all social networks. I will also inform to all my colleagues and friends to stop ordering through your website.

                          Don't think that, customers are fools.

                            Twice the sales rep on chat session on the portal assured of delivery by 10 am and it got delivered at 2 pm. Why Here's the answer - Contacted the supplier directly. The mail to the supplier was sent around 10 30 am on delivery date. The supplier is based out of a location from where the travel time to delivery address is about 2 hours So how come the send-my-gift.com assured me twice of delivery before 10 am. This shows there is no system to ensure any delivery commitment, no sensitivity.

                              i have ordered a gift for my daughter whose bday is on[protected].I have ordered the item on[protected] after chatting online with their customer care rep.I have paid Rs 649+Rs 149 (extra for night delivery).It was not delivered until the last moment of the night delivery (6.59 AM).They cheated me by putting the above item in standard delivery after taking extra Rs.149/- from me.Then also the product is not delivered until now.I have tried to call them but nobody answering the call.I sent 2 emails to them but no response.I tried to contact them thorugh online chat but nobody responding properly.Some of them tried to run away from me by closing the chat.I was really fed up and disappointed.The order was of no use for me now otherwise I have to change the birthday of my daughter...I think they will not deliver the product anymore and I cant wait more than this time.So please refund me the full amount (and if possible a reasonable compensation for cheating me by believing you) to my account as early as possible.They spoiled my mood because I was unable to keep my promise to my loved daughter.

                                I have booked the order for cake on 3rd of Feb 16. But still they has not delivered the cake. Just they are fooling the customer & making fake commitments. They are least bother about the service. Just they want money. Its a fake company. Never book your order from this company. Irresponsible behavior from customer service.

                                  I had placed an online order for cake in the website:www.sendmygift.com on 7th January 2016. I have also made the payment using my credit card.
                                  My Order No.#[protected] dated 7th January 2016. The order was for 1kg Exotic Fresh Fruit Cake. The amount I paid through credit card was Rs.699/-.. I got a confirmation mail from them on the payment receipt.

                                  I called and raised a complaint with them and also asked them to share the deliver status. Till date there is no response mail from them. I haven't got even the delivery proof or the complaint ticket details from them.

                                  Please help me. This not about the money alone. I make most of my shopping online since I am an working professional and don't have the time otherwise. If they are cheating us this way, how will the latest technologies benefit one's day to day life? And more over I am not sure how many have gone through the similarly issue with www.sendmygift.com. I need your help to stop this kind of incidents.

                                  Even same thing happened to me also, and if i am trying to reach them they are cutting the cal so no respond on chat supports.

                                  Lets make it socialised, so that people like us cannot suffer from this and others stop shopping from that site. They are cheating customers.

                                    1. I have chosen to deliver the Strawberry cake in this order, but you guys have delivered some chocolate cake. This is completely fraud.
                                    2. Moreover we don't know whether it was with egg or egg-less. As a customer I am not accepting this at all. This is very bad, then why you provide option to choose cake when you are going to deliver the wrong cake flavour.

                                    I asked you to deliver the below combo, but you have delivered whatever was available. I am going to post this in social media if a corrective decision is not taken soon.

                                      I cancelled my order[protected] on jan 9th because they failed to deliver within the time.Iam requesting for the refund from last 20 days but they are not all caring about my request.very poor service and poor response from the representatives.Every time they are telling we will call you in 1 hour and after that we will refund your amount.But i didnt received any call yet.Really iam fed up with those words and their services.I want my refund back as early as possible.
