they dont submit the order on time.

when i called they not responding and behaving rude.

its been 2 days still they have not delivered. each time we call they promise us but they fail to send the roses.

Not timely delivery of product

Hello,

I have placed an order on sendmygift.com on 31/01/2016 and mentioned there to deliver it by 4/2/2016. Basically it is a birthday gift and i properly mentioned there the delivery date as 4/2/2016. But till now (i.e. 5/2/2016) the product was not yet delivered. I call the customer care to check the status of my product but not found a proper response from them. This is ridiculous and I am not happy with their services...

Poor customer service

Twice the sales rep on chat session on the portal assured of delivery by 10 am and it got delivered at 2 pm. Why Here's the answer - Contacted the supplier directly. The mail to the supplier was sent around 10 30 am on delivery date. The supplier is based out of a location from where the travel time to delivery address is about 2 hours So how come the send-my-gift.com assured me twice of delivery before 10 am. Online order not delivered even after the payment- not refunded the amount still
