Hi, I had placed 2 orders at SendMyGift on 14 Jan 2016.
Order #[protected] and[protected].
The orders have not been delivered yet. I had several follow ups with them and every time they said it will be delivered within the next 3-4 business days. The latest call I had with them on 24th Jan wherein the customer service executive shocked me by saying that the order was OUT FOR DELIVERY on 14th Jan itself. The order was placed at around 7 PM. It was for chocolates and the printed mug. I had selected the photo. I don't know how it can go out for delivery so soon. When asked for the tracking number (as the items were already out for delivery), he was not able to provide an answer.

There are a lot of complaints against SendMyGift. At their facebook page Until last week I could see all of the complaints. Today, I can't see any as they have either hidden or deleted the comments. Now, from their fb page, no people will be able to know about the fraud they are doing. There are more chances of more and more people getting cheated by them.

I would be happy if their social pages and their website is shut off. Hope no more people get cheated by them.

I finally received the payment of Rs. 449 for the 2nd order. Good lesson learnt. I won't use SendMyGift services anymore.

Today I have emailed them for the CANCEL and REFUND. Yesterday, I had an online chat with their customer care, but did not get any update regarding the order status. I hope they will refund my money soon.
It's soon going to be a month since I lodged this complaint. Just want to keep the details updated. I received the payment of Rs. 99 for one of the order id[protected]. The payment of Rs. 449 for the other order id[protected] is still pending. I had contacted Mr. Avinash from their payments team, but did not receive any update yet.

    I Siddharth want to complain against send my gift for their irresponsible behaviour & coustmer service i had ordered a gift (cake, flowers & wine) on 31st Dec2015 to be delivered on 15 the 31st Dec 2015 by their standard delivery that is from 9:00 pm-8.59am on 31st the Dec .On 31st Jan [protected]@ 00:15 when I called them, they assured me that it will be delivered before n2 am .but it was not delivered on next day that is on 1st Jan [protected]@9 am, As it was new year gift and was suppoesed to be delivered on new year eve, i cancelled the order by calling the call centre on 1st jan 2016, they assured me that order has been cancelled & you will get ur money after 4 to 5 days I am very upset & in very embarrassing situation asking again & again whether refund has come.i followed up on 2nd jan 2016, 3rd jan 2016, 4th jan 2016, 5th jan 2016, 6th jan 2016 and still this day i am following it up with sendmygift.still the refund has not come.its been 1 full month for the order and they say refind was to be done by 10 business days.

      I order a cake and bouquet for my friend birthday on 19th of January. On 20th of January they delivered the product in the night 9'o clock, it is so bad to get the product in the late night with some other name on the cake. And they said to me they don't have the bouquet so we want to deliver the cake today and deliver the bouquet tomorrow. But, They didn't deliver the bouquet on the next day. They said they will call me and solve the issue but no one responded till now. The site is maintaining worst service and playing with customers and with their values. They are cheating the people and not providing the support to the customers.

          On 19th January I had booked a bouquet and cake combo for my best friend who had a birthday on January 23rd and since she was pregnant...i ordered something she would like. The customer care executive duped me into standard delivery assuring me that it would be delivered by 23rd Jan noon. Today I called them 6 times requesting them to deliver before noon and evening but they refused rudely and said there is no seller and it can be delivered by 8pm or 9pm max and not beyond that. When I called them at 10 pm...they said it will be delivered only on 24th night. What is the point of delivering the gift after the birthday???... they deducted money from my account and are not refunding my money nor delivering my gift...i am very upset that my surprise for my best friend failed...this website is fake and run my people who extort money by duping customers...no one should ever book gifts from this website...their license should be cancelled...their logo is "delivering emotions" but they played with my emotions! This website should be banned...

              Hi, I had ordered 7 mug from "Send My Gift" on 26th December 2015 and 1 more Personalized calendar along with Mug on 31st Dec The Order no. is given below. II had already made the payment online. They delivered only 6 Mugs from the first 7 order But still 3 orders are not yet delivered after so many follow up calls and Emails. More than 5o times i had call due to their wrong promises. Every time they are saying "Sorry for the delay and it will be get delivered soon". I am really fade up with the disgusting and careless service from "Send My Gift". they don't have proper tracking method and trained Customer Support Team. They are not responding to mails and there is no higher escalation matrix. They are really not eligible to have a company where they are not keeping any commitment.Even i have visited their ware house to get the items with recommendation of Their CC team Manager. but they failed.

              How Long? it is more than a month.
              46 Days gone, No action still??????????????????
              Worst Service of Send My Gift- Instead of Delivering the emotions they are Draining the emotions and spoiling the relations.
              Though i have ordered my gift well in advance on 03rd Feb 2016, to be delivered on 14th Feb 2016 Order#[protected] and still we have not received the order and no update from the company about the product.
              in spite of following up with the customer care they gave me the false promise of delivering it at-least by next day but till now no money, nor the product ordered.

                Hello,

                I had booked 4 gifts to be delivered on 18, 19, 20, and 21 of January one after another. I had booked the order on 5th of January and paid the amount. I have been harassed whenever I call the customer care people. They have been playing around with my emotions. My orders numbers are[protected],[protected],[protected], and[protected]. I have recordings of all the calls I have made to this people.

                Please help me resolve the problem/

                    I have ordered 2 mugs from sendmygift.com from Bangalore on 25th December 2015. i have ordered for gifting those mugs to someone who really means to me. i have received orders on 31st DEC 2015 and Jan 2nd 2016. i have received one mug without image and one order with blur image. please find below order Id for same issues

                      My Order ID:[protected]. I have order Cake & Flowers Combo to be delivered in Raipur on 31stDec Midnight to which I have already paid payment. Order was not delivered till 1:00 am so i contact with support team to which i got very poor & worst response. They put on my call on hold till half an hour to which under frustration i hanged up & recalled but to my disappointment same repeated, and was informed that it will get delivered in next half an hour but when i asked to connect with senior member, to which I got, he informed me that my order was not confirmed by Vendor itself. This means i was cheated since order booked. Manager told me order will not be delivered and my amount will be refunded in next 10-12 days. After so many calls, few days back I got call from their team and assured me that my amount will be refunded on Monday but today its Wednesday and same is not done. Every time I call, they are just giving new excuses & when I asked about refund confirmation mail, they simply say it is not in policy to do so. They are cheating. Please help me out to get my money back.

                        This is with respect to my order#[protected], order details as per below snapshot. I am writing this email out of frustration that I am going through due to the products not being delivered as per the agreed shipping date of 16th Jan’16. Though my order[protected] had two products Always Close to My heart and Cheeky orange Monkey, on the delivery day of 16th Jan’16 only Always Close to My heart was delivered and Cheeky orange Monkey wasn’t delivered. On calling and following up with your customer care executes from 16th till date neither the product is delivered nor I am getting any required response from them. In return they are harsh and rude in responding to my queries. I have been made to wait on calls for long duration and still in no vain. I had one of the worst experience of my lifetime on approaching and ordering in your website and now I feel that I have been cheated and there is no one to hear my cry, I am sorry to say that this will surely impact your market in coming days.

                          My order Num #[protected]. I have ordered five days before. Im contacting the CSR through chat wasting all my time. But the product not yet delivered in which they promised me that it will be delivered before 16th of this month. The worst online site ever. The top online sites takes one day to deliver, But this one. They dont want the customer satisfaction but the money i guess. Please i need this to be delivered in next two business days that is before 19//20 Jan/2016 as the CSR replied now. Proof is in the Picture. Thanks!

                              Ordered it on 30/12/2015. Did not receive the mug yet. On 11/01/2016, I had a word with Mr. ABDUL from escalation department. He promised that my order will reach before 13th Jan 2016. But its 15 Jan today and yet I haven't received my order. I called customer care today some JIVIKA took my call I asked her to transfer the call to escalation department then she said there is no senior on the floor and without saying anything kept me on hold for around 15 minutes. It is the PATHETIC company with carefree employees who do not value their customers at all. I feel like it is a fraud company infact which makes money from different customers and then vanish. If I don't get my order before Monday(18/01/2016), I am going to lodge an FIR against them.

                                This is for the order id :[protected] . I have raised an issue 20 days back. These customer service are telling they have delivered to somebody else and sometimes they are saying refund is getting processed. The customer support is rude and scolding and telling that I don't have right to ask them as my sister has made the order. I dont know what these people are telling. Every time they are saying they will arrange a call back but nothing is happening. please help me

                                  Ordered Personalized Mug on 29/12/2015. It has been not delivered yet. Whenever i have done a chat with CS(almost 5 times), they were always come with a automated script sorry/regret or i have escalated the issue and you will receive the item within 2-3 days. But nothing have been done. I have never got a call / msg for delivery as promised. SO never order any thing with the fraud company (SendMyGift).

                                    My Order number[protected] I have cancelled my order as they are not able to deliver as promised while order, i even confirmed from their representative about delivery.they said, we will be.and they failed saying we have not delivered that area.So i cancelled my order and they we will process refund in 2 to 3 days.its been almost 14 days and my refund is still not processed.when ever i call their rep they say we will sovle issue but end of the day it is same.No responsibility in providing service.Very very very poor service & i called customer care 15 times but still no response found.

                                      You get more surprises than your beloved one. SendMyGift is one of the worst services in Bangalore. They promise to deliver the cakes with in 12Am while placing an order. I have placed my order on 30th Dec15 to deliver the order on 1st Jan16 mid-night. But these guys haven’t deliver the cake what I have ordered till now. I have ordered for 1KG pinaple birthday cake with flower bokeh . But they have delivered 1/2kg cake with “Happy New Year” message on 2nd afternoon and after some time one guy came with bunch of flowers, by seeing the ordered picture he himself ashamed and left out with the flowers. My order number is :[protected]. Customer care is too worst. I have requested couple of times to refund my money but as of now no response from them.
