Refused delivery of my booked gift

I had booked 4 gifts to be delivered on 18, 19, 20, and 21 of January one after another. I had booked the order on 5th of January and paid the amount. I have been harassed whenever I call the customer care people. They have been playing around with my emotions. My orders numbers are[protected],[protected],[protected], and[protected]. Whenever i have done a chat with CS(almost 5 times), they were always come with a automated script sorry/regret or i have escalated the issue and you will receive the item within 2-3 days. But nothing have been done. I have never got a call / msg for delivery as promised. SO never order any thing with the fraud company (SendMyGift)....
