I;m Shival Kaurav.I ordered a cake from this site on 13 feb.These ensured me to deliver the cake by 14 feb before 8pm.But they where unable to deliver it and i have no idea of the status of the order i made.I tried to contact them by email and contact no. too but they didn't respond to the problem.my order id is[protected]. I want the company to give a appropriate contact where i can resolve my problem.Also i want to know the status of my order and i want them to deliver it as soon as possible.

Shame on your service.. You are money and emotion ****... no COD option many people wanted to give surprise gifts but u people made us surprise by not delivering the product.. i[censored] cant deliver on time y the hell u will deduct our amount u cheaters bledy beggars... A beggar person is far better than u guys .. shame on you ...
I want you to deliver products by tomo i.e 15th feb else we all will take action

Thank you very much send my gift for best quality products.. I am very happy and all the products are as per expectation and with best quality print on it. Yesterday also i have ordered 2 dress materials and 1 mug i received mug and as per request u made it on time

Hi, I placed an order for valentine day. It was supposed to be delivered on 14 Feb but am not able to track the order and it was not delivered. The full amount has been deducted from my account.

Now what's the use of ordering from you guys, when you fail to deliver on time. I had to order it again from somewhere else. With zero customer support and zero tracking, I had an horrible experience with you guys.

I would request to either deliver the order or refund my full amount asap.

I tried to know the status about the order online through your website, through Chat and through customer care but did not get any response.

Highly irresponsible service I have ever receive. If you guys are not able to deliver any order then please clear the same before taking orders like other websites do.

Hi I am Salman, it was the first time I placed an order on this site and made a big mistake, after placing an order every customer care executive said they will send me an email or message but none of them sent any, finally after arguing for hours the logistic person came to my door step with partial items. He got only temptation without a bouquet. When called customer care they were also not at all helpful.

I ordered a gift for my wife on this valentine to give her a surprise.
But this fraud website surprised me.

I have been trying to contact them on their number and email but no response at all yet.

I had ordered a combo in morning(14 feb). It was supposed to be delivered at 8. But no response is there. Everytime at chat there is new person. I have pinged online customer care so many times and they never respond. MY PLANNING FOR MY VALENTINE HAS BEEN SPOILED BECAUSE OF THESE GUYS...

Its 7 pm now, and still my order is not delivered. If you guys are not able to deliver, just tell me ahead so that I can order from some other website. you customer care will always say that it will surely be delivered today, but after seeing lot many complaints about this site, I dont think you guys will be able to make it. Just respond me whether I should trust you and wait till today, or I shall go with someother option (which is not left anymore).

Same here too... It's 7.34pm and still the gifts have not been delivered. You people should feel ashamed . How dare you play with people's emotions!! If you can't deliver the gifts, refund the money immediately. And thank you for spoiling the day.

I had placed an order yesterday with order number[protected]. I tried tracking my order but the number says invalid. I tried to contact the customer care through chat for which i had to explain the query to 7 different agents who kept on changing every 2 mts. And that without any response.

Please take action with this fraud website it hasn't delivered my items yet and even they are not responding over the phone and in chat, what is wrong with you people, while taking money you are far ahead but when its comes to provide services you are disappeared.

Updated by uhimi you people are not trustworthy, still no action taken and you are asking me to keep patience, to hell with patience you are taking money on time but where is the delivery boss, i thing i have choose a wrong place to send my gifts, i thought you deliver emotions but you rather delay or play with you, please respect your customer and there emergency.

I have ordered flowers and paid 1600 online. I didnt get it delivered till now. Its a pathetic customer service, they have some dump people who never reply. Their Email ID everything is fake. They are just cheating around the customers.
