    I have ordered a Flower Bunches from 10th Feb and Schedule it for delivery on 14th Feb. Still now the Flowers are not delivered. No proper response from Customer Care Executive. Completely Unprofessional Company and Service.
    Its an sincere advice not to use SendmyGift for any gifting purpose.

    My Ordered got delivered at 9 PM night on Valentines Day. The items what I ordered and what got delivered where completely different. The best part was the Flowers in FLOWER BUNCHE were WILTED. I had a very BAD experience won't recommend anyone.

      Extremely disappointed with service and customer support. Calls not picked citing you are busy. No reply to live support query on a regular basis. Response is very vague. No response to my email. Here I am having paid for a valentine gift for my wife and son to be delivered today waiting the whole day not knowing whether this will be delivered today or not. Tracking says processing since morning. I will find out the details of this your company and in case I do not receive the gifts today, I will lodge a compliant in the consumer court.         Hi, I ordered my gift on 13 Feb which has to be delivered today 14 feb but so far I didn't got any call or notification from anyone.

        Since morning I tried calling their customer support but no luck. Its always coming as busy. Tried the 24x7 chat support but they are more dumb people. Not even responding to my chat messages . Completely unprofessional staff which are not even bothering to respond to the customers.

                  Have order flowers worth of Rs 1000 and assured the delivery by 14th morning. Item is still not delivered and customer service is pathetic . Very difficult to connect to call centre and after connecting also not getting any statisfying revert.

                    Why are you running a business wherein you fail to deliver the product which we already paid for ?

                    A big time "FRAUD" Website this is. Please never make any purchase through them.

                      Order id[protected]..ordered roses, chocolate n cushions..received first two but ddnt get cushions but received cushion covers...cant believe that they expect us to pay 471 rs for two cushion covers..finally I was supposed to get free teddy bear 12 inches fir my order amount which was more than 499rs..my order amount was more than 850 rs..but ddnt get it..plz resolve n send the right ones

                        This is regarding order #[protected] which I had placed on 11th Feb and was supposed to be delivered on 12th feb, , neither that happened nor anyone from Sendmygift bothered to inform that the same is not delivered..
                        I have been trying the CS no from couple of days and even dropped couple of mails and enquiry on their CS mail ids. But till date haven't got any response.

                        This is till date the worst customer service experience. On seeing the reviews now, I can many of the customers are facing this similar issue yet no one from the company is coming into picture to take this escalation and address the concerns of the customers.
                        It is not just about the refund which we are concerned, but the inconvenience which is being caused and unprofessional attitude from Sendmygift.com.
                        Can I have a response soon to my concerns?

                        This is still not resolved. I have sent multiple follow-ups and tried reaching CC post lodging this complaint yet no response. Need update on my refund status ASAP.

                        Can you please assist in getting this addressed ASAP.

                          Received the Gift with complementary, My wife is very happy and i am very happy... I would like to provide some tips 1. Once the gift order is booked, kindly send a confirmation message via SMS and Email 2. Online Tracker is not working properly, Make sure the tracker working properly.. Do some regression testing and also stress testing on website. 3. Support team doesn't have proper information and they are not able to provide clear updates 4. Support team should get clear updates regularly. (If you provide same details via SMS or email to customer then customer satisfaction will increase) 1. Order Booking confirmation 2. Order is packed or not 3. Order is in transit or not, If it is under transit, then transit details 4. Once the order is received, then update the details to support team 5. In Demand day like Valentine or New Year or some occasional days, Order should be limited or restricted based on your service. I mean you should have some limit point. While booking the order, every one can select the delivery date. If you are not able to deliver then the website should not accept that date. So restriction should be provided. I hope you faced alot pressure, due to unclear plan and unavailable of information. Regards Rajasekhar

                            It look people in send my gift are smart enough to fool around the people, well company's like are you are easiest way to make money taking away money from and spoiling our happiness by not delivering the gift. I place order on 4th Feb of a combo pack to be delivered on 14th feb and so far no update thank you people at send my gift a person called Vinoo who chated with me requesting me to place order and give him the order number which i did.                               Hi,
                              I gave an order of Rs 229 with order id[protected] for 14th feb 2015. The site did not even send me any confirmation mail. Nobody picks up their contact at any time in the hour. It disconnects saying too much load, even at 1am in the morning. When I tried to contact via live support, they transfer to customer support and they do not respond. I want a refund on this product.

                                It was told to me that it will be delivered on 14th feb before 2.00 PM as I have given office address of her and they said..Sure sir it will be deliver before 02.00 we will notify them.
                                But Still there is no hope of deliver and If im trying to call the customer care, no one is picking up the call. and on chat?? they are like WHO THE HELL ARE YOU?

                                **** services can any one give. Ill just wait till today eve, and will take my refund. Will post this on all social media.
                                Have some standard sendmygifts, If you cant give service to all, take order as per your limits.

                                Pathetic service, cheap agents, and escalation team of yours are like Low level agents. Who dont have sense of speaking.

                                Please resolve my issue and Deliver my product before 3.00 pm today as its a office address given.

                                    I have ordered for flowers and cake My order no was[protected] But these people have neither delivered the order, nor given any revert about my queries.

                                    The Customer Service people didn't picked up my call even after repeated callings at[protected]

                                    And further even the manager of the company by the name Archiya, contact no. [protected] is also least concerned about the concerns of the customers.

                                    Finally the manger, Archiya had given me an option that I can cancel my order and the company will refund the money. But I have not received the confimation mail from their side even after repeated reminders

                                    Now when I am calling Archiya, he is not picking up my call. Neither I have received any revert from the company regarding refund of my amount nor have received my order.


                                    So this is the company with bunch o[censored]nethical, unprofessional, fraud people who I believe is running a fraud company

                                    My sincere advise not to use their services

                                      I placed an order with them yesterday and the expected delivery date was today. The order is not delivered yet and when I am trying to check the status of my order through the "Track order" tab on the website it is giving a message

                                      While placing the order there were too many executives on chat to help place the order and today not a single CS executive is answering to the query raised. Calls are also not been answered at their end.
                                      As the payment mode was netbanking, I need a refund for the amount paid if you are not able to deliver the order today.
                                      Really pathetic service & unprofessional people.

                                        I had ordered a product ( order no[protected] on 6th feb 2016. It was supposed to be delivered on 13th feb between 11:30 PM to 12:30 AM. They had charged extra amount for night delivery.(Total amount 468/-) . I tried to contact them through mail and demanded for refund but got no response from them. They received the amount through PAYTM. Be aware guys never order from here and ruin your plan.
