On 28/06/2019, I had booked a car hyundai venue in the name of Mr. Namani sagar from shiel hyundai with paying an advance of rs. 21000/-. It was committed on 28th august. We had asked the sales person to inform us 15 days prior to car delivery for loan process initiation. He didn't inform us anything about car delivery and on 4th september while we enquired him, he told car has been received by showroom. We had initiated the loan process and on 20th sept 2019 contacted them for car delivery. He refused to deliver the car and further demanded for 2-3 more months for car delivery. Probably, he had given the car to some other customer. We had cancelled the car on 27th september 2019 and advance amount was committed to be refunded in 20 days. It has been five months now. Even after multiple visits at showroom and follow up, the refund has not been processed yet. This showroom is owned by a fraud. They extort money and give bad services. Their staff is very rude to customers.
