I ordered pretty craft 42pieces organizer set, but there are many brown pieces in between which looks ugly for gifting, kindly get the remaining pieces changed or replace the whole, otherwise it will be waste of money i am shopping from shop cj since 10 years and admire your products but these small issues will distract your customers to other markets. Will wait for early resolution

I received call saying that we are call from shopcj and you are one of the lucky customers. You will get one of the the following prizes namely Iphone 7S, Dell Laptop or Cash Prize of Rs.50000. Only we have to purchase of Rs.3500 from shopcj for which we have to do online payment which I did. After the amount for which I have placed order was deducted, more Rs.20000 was also deducted from my account. The amount was deducted for no reason as I haven't done any shopping for Rs. 20000. I am so upset about this. They had all our details such as phone number, name, address. So, I had the reason to believe that it was a genuine call from shopcj. The company has to protect all the data of their clients, so how our data has been compromised. How these fraudsters has all the information regarding us. Please its a request to protect our data and now what I can do to get my money back.

Hello i bought 45 pcs. Maha storage pretty kraft combo by seeing advertisement on television. When i get product it's of very cheap quality of material and i booked it for blue color but i get some blue some brown some black pcs. I really disappointed with product and i tried to call you on contact no. Which mentioned on my product package but it's never responded. Return timing is written on cover is 48 hrs. I mailed you yesterday. But reply i get is we contact you in several days. My 48 hrs will be over tonight. Please process my return procedure.

Hello i buy 45 pcs pretty kraft maha storage. But i got set in different colour and very low quality. I booked for blue colour. Bur product has three types of colour some pcs are blue some are black some brown. Product quality really disappointed me. Alot. I always buy product online but it was worst experience for me. Kindly clear this mess at shopcj's side, many times when I try to order for something at shopcj's no given on TV, person there start asking some personal information and unnecessary delaying ordering, like where are u residing near where are u residing inspite of the fact everything is visible on system since I keep ordering from shopcj's .Also today I got message that I have won swift, I know this is fake dcos of my previous experience with shopcj.I have restricted myself from buying shopcj products bcos of this .It is high time u see to it that this does not happen .

We ordered a super clean mop on 15 november and it was delivered to us today, i. E on 23 november but the product is defective.

The mop is supposed to rotate 360 degrees but it is not even rotating 60 degrees. It came without any instruction manual and we didn't hope for such lame product. Hoping you would reply as soon as possible because the product is not up to the mark according to its price.

I want to return the product bought from shopcj tv, a super-clean mop, delivered on 15 nov 2018, amounting ₹999 with order no. [protected]. I want to return the product with complete refund, as it is not functioning well. The contents of the product are not fitting well with each other and some of those are far different from the item i bought. I want to return and get refund of the return.

I received my order no [protected]. On 12/11/18 received product quality is totally different from product shown on tv, products are very small in size, very thin and light weight. On tv is was shown and expained how these products are thick, and heavy and large in size. I tried your toll free no but
Failed to connect. Please take your product back and refund my money.

Tell me straight are you people give me justice or not. They have messaged me that they don't have any details of my order after providing the information many times. They had not given my money back which i have paid for the product. Don't you it took long time and till now i am suffering the most. It's a humble request to provide by money back 1200 plus 200vouchers which were promised by them. You people are not serious about your work

I have complaint you so many times but i did not get any solution from your side as well as from the company. After going through alot from july they are telling me they do not have any information of mine after sending them so many times. Then also they stick to their point that they will not refund anything and i have to buy something from them. This is not done at all. Its a long time now i am frustrated. I am not at all happy with your site by delaying this matter for so long. Today i have again send a complaint to replaced it with 4option which i had given them with guilt. E 1200/ plus they have said they will provide vouchers of 200 from them. Rude behaviour and cancelled the call while talking on the phone. I have already given their product back then also not returning my money from so long. Enough is enough they do not understand the pain of customers which they are going through lot of time.
