Requested you please replace / change of defective item from your supplier 5 in 1 kitchen master by kissen-silver[protected] delivered on 12/08/2018 sunday.
Details :
After switch on of blender motor sound is coming from it but bleds on top of motor is not rotating.

Defective blender is not usable which was cost rs.3300/-

Please arrange for replacement.

    I have purchased a dinner set of steel with flower design on 08.08.18 but on delivery i have received a different dinner set without design and the quantity of dinner set was also less, 3 items were missing. I have contacted supervisor named akhtar and he told that we can't provide the courier boy in your location for taking the courier back. But till now no response. Its a straight cheating as i have the bill with full details. Please look into this issue as soon as possible.

            I m not happy with the shop cj team. I had purchased organized packing cover by pretty kr. The product was picked up on 10th july and i was told that refund will be processed after quality check up. Its been a month now we have not received any refund or any communication from shop cj team.

            I m your regular and loyal customer but very dissappointed with shop cj.

            Requesting you to kindly send my refund at the earliest if this is not taken into consideration than i will write a bad review on all the social media networking sites.

              This is in reference to the microwave i purchased lg microwave order no. [protected] from your store on 28 july 2018. This piece in one year warranty. Its door not open. I have tried reaching your service-staff for the past one week with no response. Even they are not picking up our calls and if they pick up they making excusse.                 Firstly, I am Mrs. Aparna D S but your executives have typed my name as Aparna Das which is wrong. Inspite of repeated request for correction of same, it has not been done till date.

                The product was returned as Manufacturing date was April 2014, more than 3 years old. The package was returned without opening even.
                The product was picked up the next day by your agent. Following which, on 5th August 2017, ShopCJ sent an SMS saying 1798 SHOP CJ points had been credited to my SHOP CJ account for order [protected] which could be used for subsequent order having 1 year validity.
                But, while booking next order, coupon code was asked. When called on[protected] provided in the above SMS, they said coupon code would be sent via SMS in 2 3 days. But, they did not. They said the policy had changed and the amount would be credited to the bank account, connecting the issue to refund section and took all bank details.
                Refund did not happen even after 20 days. Repeated calls for refund from my side were placed but they kept on saying it will be done in 10 working days.
                After following up for 2-3 months, they started saying there was technical problem without stating what the problem was.
                Again after few days, they said my mobile number, name and order details did not appear on their screen. Again they asked for 72 hours time and did not get back.
                Then, when called[protected] provided in the SMS for order [protected], the call got disconnected immediately henceforth (around 50-60 times).
                I then called the number shared on TV screen who connected me to complaints department and a senior executive asked for 72 hours to resolve the same. They provided[protected] via SMS for any query. No executive received my calls on this number though I was waiting on call for more half an hour every time.
                Post which, I have not been able to connect with SHOP CJ.
                All the calls were charged and I have lost more than 500/- for this. Lost a lot of my precious time trusting SHOP CJ.
                Please help me get my refund amount 1798/- without further loss of time and effort. Bank details have been shared with SHOP CJ twice. Before anything, my name should be corrected to Aparna D S as my bank account has this same name.

                  I ordered a bed sheet set through shop cj on 7/7/2018, order no is [protected], revived order on 10 th july, the quality was very poor so i request to return and transfer money in my account. The product is picked up in two three days but till now i didn't get my money back. Its very hard to connect on customer care, tired of calling on that no, in spite of that if your phone connects than you will always get same answer that you will get your money back in 4-5 days.

                          In evening a call came from shop cj network saying that your number was put up for lucky draw and has won. They said to wire rs. 50000 to your account they need details and took all the details as well as otp number. When they took the opt number my account was wiped clean and then they told me to wait for 5 mins so that they can send their transaction id to me. I have recorded the call and am willing to take action against this firm in court. I have blocked my card and am going to file a police case against the same.

                            Today around 11:30 i received a call from a mobile no stating that i have won a lucky draw based on my past shopping and that i have to choose a gift for the same. The person talking on the phone was a lady named sakshi. She stated three prizes out of which i have to choose one, 1. Iphone 7 gold, 2. 50k cash and i don't remember the 3rd prize. She told me that first i have to select items worth rs. 3500 and then tell her the payment no. To claim the prize. I contacted shop cj on their toll free no and they told me not to believe in that call.

                                We ordered a bedsheet along with this there were blankets and pillow covers. I'm not at all satisfied with the quality.in the tv the product looked absolutely different and when i ordered this, there were massive changes in the product. Also there is a difference in the colour. I would be pleased if you kindly refund my money to the earliest.

                                  Firstly, I am Mrs. Aparna D S but your executives have typed my name as Aparna Das which is wrong. Inspite of repeated request for correction of same, it has not been done till date.

                                  The product was returned as Manufacturing date was April 2014, more than 3 years old. The package was returned without opening even.
                                  The product was picked up the next day by your agent. Following which, on 5th August 2017, ShopCJ sent an SMS saying 1798 SHOP CJ points had been credited to my SHOP CJ account for order [protected] which could be used for subsequent order having 1 year validity.
                                  But, while booking next order, coupon code was asked. When called on[protected] provided in the above SMS, they said coupon code would be sent via SMS in 2 3 days. But, they did not. They said the policy had changed and the amount would be credited to the bank account, connecting the issue to refund section and took all bank details.
                                  Refund did not happen even after 20 days. Repeated calls for refund from my side were placed but they kept on saying it will be done in 10 working days.
                                  After following up for 2-3 months, they started saying there was technical problem without stating what the problem was.
                                  Again after few days, they said my mobile number, name and order details did not appear on their screen. Again they asked for 72 hours time and did not get back.
                                  Then, when called[protected] provided in the SMS for order [protected], the call got disconnected immediately henceforth (around 50-60 times).
                                  I then called the number shared on TV screen who connected me to complaints department and a senior executive asked for 72 hours to resolve the same. They provided[protected] via SMS for any query. No executive received my calls on this number though I was waiting on call for more half an hour every time.
                                  Post which, I have not been able to connect with SHOP CJ.
                                  All the calls were charged and I have lost more than 500/- for this. Lost a lot of my precious time trusting SHOP CJ.
                                  Please help me get my refund amount 1798/- without further loss of time and effort. Bank details have been shared with SHOP CJ twice. Before anything, my name should be corrected to Aparna D S as my bank account has this same name.
                                  It is extremely disappointing to see this irresponsibly towards valued old customers.

                                  My issue of refund has not been resolved. How did the issue move to resolved status? I have been following up with this issue since a very long time and all of a sudden it shows the issue as resolved. Refund has not happened.

                                    We have received Sewing Machine Today which is defective and not working at all. Complaint number HS[protected], ORDER NO-: [protected]. I have called complaint department multiple times for the same they are asking us to wait for 2 days and provided number [protected] to call Brand Directly for resolution. we called Brand multiple times throughout day but they are not picking phone. it seems we have been cheated as we have given full amount for the same but product delivered is defective. Now if item is Defective then it should be replaced or amount should be refunded. why as a customer we should suffer for the same. They are cheaters

                                    Already reverse pickup is made 10 days back but no refund provided so far. I have been sending mails and calling as well but I am getting same response that it will take 4-5 days and this is never ending. Star CJ company seems to be cheaters and have tie ups with Brands who are cheaters. I have shared all my bank details with them and even the reverse pickup scan copy way back but they are always dodging me. First they delivered defective sewing Machine and then took so long to Pickup the same and now they are not refunding. People please be aware of this company who are cheating people and seems to be Fraud.

                                    SHOPCJ is cheater company. Customer care people are real cheaters as Still I am waiting for refund and their solution is that every Time I am calling or mailing them asking to wait for 4-5 working days which is never ending. Their reasons are baseless now telling quality check is not done even pickup of defective product is done 10 days back. why quality check is not done they don't have any answer?. I want legal action should be taken against this company so that they cannot cheat anyone in future.

                                      We had oder juicer with other kitechen utilities vide order no [protected] on Shop CJ. The Jucier was delivered, but the juicer attachments were not completed. We had submit the complaint, and send us the slicer.

                                      today on 20.07.2018 when we ask them to pick up the delivered items, they reused to take our complaint.

                                      I think this company is incorporated to collect money from the customer. It seems it is a CHOR Company. I will not recommend any body to place any order to this company.

                                        I ordered Prestige four burner glass top gas stove on 5th July 2018 vide online order No [protected].

                                        It was delivered on 11th July after 5pm after complaint no. HS[protected] on 10th July. On checking the product today (12/July), to my surprise, it was found that glass top of gas stove is completely broken into small pieces. I immediately informed shopcj through email and phone.

                                        It is frustrating that after so many correspondence and calling nothing is moving. Let us hope I should be refunded my money or give product as soon as possible.

                                        Please register my complaint for return or refund.

                                        Further, I would like to mention that I am not be now interested now to buy this product as the broken product was delivered very late without information and had bitter experience with the quality of the product.

                                        I request you to get the product collected from my residence and refund the money.

                                        I have ordered a clothes drying stand 12-15 days ago. I received it today on 16th july2018. It is broken and many parts are missing. It is a cheap quality product and I want to return it. Please contact and let me know when your executive is coming to pick up. Also initiate the refund proces.
