Till now i have not got any response from starcj. They are thief if the customer is not satisfied with the product they should return the money in cash. They do not have any morals and shame by keeping the customer money for their benefits. They are spoiling the company name. They have shown their own character by doing cheap tactic. Trust me they are unprofessional and unresponsible for their work. They cannot force customer to buy anything from their shop and should return the money in cash. Useless people i have never seen wrong behaviour

    Today i have received a call from shop cj saying that i have won a car in the contest held on occasion of 5th anniversary celebration of shop cj. I have to pay rs.8500 as a registration fees online and thereafter within two days the vehicle will be delivery to me or i can also opt for cash for the same. I have received an sms from md shopcj for the same. I cross verified with shop cj customer care center for any such contest held at where i was told hat there was no such contest held at shop cj. It is a fraud call. Kindly let me know how did they go my details when i did the order on phone. Is shop cj parting our contact details and order details to some fraud agencies.

      I had oreded pack of 5 uber chic tops + 1 assorted top free by peachy-l.
      The order i received is not as per the picture in the oder shown.
      The size is too big for me. So can i need a smaller size
      I hope you would solve my problem as earlier.

      I have send the parcel with the pick up boy on 12th sept 18. So when will i get my replaced parcel back?

        Shampoo reach us but the packing is not good all shampoo from bottle was in covered polythene.
        When i cut the packing i saw bottle is already opened and shampoo was all over in packed polythene. We were egarly waiting for this and in excitment after coming from office when i cut the packing i was in shock. All shampoo was out.
        Please take it back and provide us the fresh one.

          We ordered a hair drier order no-[protected] dtd-12/03.2018.
          After unpacking the packet the hair drier was found not in working condition. I have already intimated to you about the same several times. There is no response from you then. I request you to please refund my money or to replace it with a new piece. Please do it else i have to inform consumer court.

            I have ordered cookware set on 11/08/2018 but the product wasn't the same as shown and one piece was missing so i returned it on 25/08/2018. From that time always they are telling that it will be refunded within 2-3 working days but till now i have not received my amount. From my end everything details i have provided for refund is correct. They are not refunding. What to do. I'm very tensed i can't let my hard earned money go in vain. Plz help in getting my refund asap. I will b grateful to u for this. And if it's​ not refunded i wil definitely take some major step to get back my hard earned money.

              This are useless company like shop cj
              they are just showing the fake product on screen and the ordered products are very useless and they are having fake policies that they will return the product but still the product is not returned and when we ask the delivery boy to take this product
              He tells after opening the product we can't accept the product please take this product as fast as possible otherwise we are just going to the door of consumer court at date 30/09/2018

                  I am reema have ordered a product code is [protected] which was ordered in july product quality is different. I replaced it with another code is 34564119 pack of 6 patialla and details i have already given by mail as well as on phone taking long time they have suddendly cancelled my order 5days back. Staff was worst and disconnected the line while i was talking with sonika chaudary. Wrong behaviour i have waiting for very long time to get my product delivered at my home. Service was # useless now i want my refund back in cash which they are not providing and forcing me to buy product from them. They are thief i have send so many mail then also least bothered. I just want my rupees 1200 back in cash which is my hard earned money. This is not done they are telling me unnecessary to buy the thing only for their profit. How they can steal the money which i have paid. This company should be banned and blacklisted and must not be allowed to do any business in india. Why should we follow their rules according to them its my right to get my money back in cash at my place. Useless people

                  I do not want any voucher or do not want to any bank details due to privacy and what is happening in the world. I want my money in cash with the 200 voucher which they are providing from their side as i had a talk with them. They have harrasing me for long time and mental trauma which i have been gone through day by day. They are least bothered about their customers for sure. Their behaviour is very rude. They are forcing me to buy other product which i do not want it as the product was not available with them code is 34564119 pack of 6 patiala and i do not want any other product and not at all interested. They are not providing good service. I want my cash back 1200 plus 200 voucher which i have paid to them they are not doing so as they are paying from their own pocket. They dont know the value of money. How can they grab my money for their own benefits. I am really upset with the company behaviour this company should be banned from doing any business. I have never expected they will do like this and broken my trust. I request all the customers to not buy anything from this company. They are very unproffesional regarding customer satisfaction, concern and much more.

                    I have purchased this product from cjshop and delivered on[protected]. After unpacking and installing the stove i got shocked that it is not functioning properly. We complained to your office with registered nohs[protected] against order no;[protected]. Earlier they buyed 72 hr. Then 24 hr. And then again and again. Is this your dealing with customers. And all your responsibilities are finished once your product is sold through e-frenchises

                              I ordered a dinner set at 08 Aug, 2018. It arrived on 28 Aug, 2018. Upon opening the package, several item were found broken, which includes4 plates, bowls and lids. Loose and careless packaging resulted in breaking of crockery items in transit only. After several attempts & hours to contact the customer care, they finally agreed to refund, but only initiated a refund of 150 rupees, which is even less than 10% of the whole amount, it being 1550 rupees. I was asked to keep & use the rest of crockery, which seems pretty illogical. They simply refused to take back the package. Please

                                I had registered a complaint in june 2018 regarding shopcj supplying me damaged felix handy washing machine, today I was surprised to see that my complaint has been resolved. It is not resolved and infact no positive response from shopcj
                                I only recieved a reply stating my case would be resolved within 8 days, thats all, shopcj consumer care number given but no proper reply.
                                Im surprised how my complaint has been removed?.
                                I am still waiting for replacement of machine or my Rs 2700 back.
                                Mr samsuddin of shopcj has to reply and tell me why they are playing dirty tricks on customers, I hope he replies

                                Today I recieved replacement of felix handy washing machine, last week I got a call from madam M malhotra customer care executive of homeshop 18, she got all the details of my query and promised me within a week, and I got the replacement, I would like to thank homeshop18 customer care for theirs quick response in resolving my query.I have been a customer of homeshop 18 since long time, and never had any problem, I would like to mark my complaint as rsolved, tanks to consumer forum for theirs help to customers.And pls remove all images/complaint from your forum.                                   I ordered 7 ka dum (5 kurtas + 2 leggings) on 18 aug 2018 order no [[protected]] but when i received the same, the size delivered was small instead of xxl, the package had only 1 legging instead of 2, even the quality is very poor. I also called your customer care executive earlier but they were busy and no response.
                                  Kindly either replace the provided product or refund me.

                                      Today on 22 aug 18 at 1215 hrs i received my dinner set order no-[protected]. After opening i found both the serving bowls are broken. Kindly do the needful to replace the broken item with the correct one. Thank you!
                                      I am attaching the pictures for ur reference. Please let me know any other information is required to be shared with you and inform me after how many days should i expect my order will be replaced?

                                        I have purchased the t-shirt, denim jeans and shirt by order no. [protected], order date 13/08/2018, sub order no.[protected] by cash. After receiving that product i found that product is small in size, colors are different and quality is very poor. T-shirt is small in size and jeans is also small in size and in different color and shirt is small in size.
