    I have received and message and a call stating that I have won a contest through starcj shopping. I have won a car and cash prize. The car will be delivered to my place within 24-36 hours and I need to pay Rs. 6, 500 for the registration. The number from which have received the call is [protected]. I think it's a fake call. Please confirm the genuinecy of the call.

          My mom got a call 5 minutes back that I won a lucky draw and I've won a Tata Safari! They expect me to transfer 12, 600 in their account and then I'll get the car within 2 days. What is this? They say that company was celebrating their anniversary on the day we placed our order.
          If this is a fraud call then how do these frauds have our contact number and every other order related information??

              I have placed order for jeggings vide order no. [protected] of Large size, when we received my item, it seems so small to wear. Then I complained vide complaint no. HS[protected] for replacement of jeggings in XXL size in place of Large size. Shop cj executive written my complaint and told after receiving previous item, we will send XXL size jeggins. Now I spoke to executive on 11.06.18, they are saying we have again sending Large size. I told him there is no use to send large size please send XXL size. He said we have not XXL size. Shop CJ executive misguiding the customer. They never want to replace items. If any new customer book the same items, he can find all the sizes. But existing customer want to replace size they never want to replace. Please sort out my matter immediately.

                          I have got a slip against the returned product.                             On 19th june 2018 i ordered a product of peachy pack of 8 leggings on you site by call.                                   As per the procedure i contacted their toll free number [protected]. But the call gets automatically disconnected. Later i called [protected], shop cj person insisted me to call the toll free number regarding the return/refund.

                                  I also sent repeated emails to [protected]@shopcj.com. But received no response from them.

                                  Now i believe this is completely fraud organisation, fooling people by sending damaged product. I want complete refund.

                                  It has been 4 days and no contact has been made with us by your representative. I am really surprised that you couldnt reach us on the provided number for the past four days. Hence, I are providing you one more number [protected] in case you are not able to contact [protected].

                                  I am really dissapointed with such lax service of yours(it has already been 12 days) and such a weak grievance redressal mechanism, which raises doubt how do you even survive such cut throat e-commerce market, where time is major factor for customer satisfaction. Dont be under the impression that we will drop the complaint if you stretch this issues for many days. If this issue isnt resolved within a week, I am going to file a legal case and drag your organisation to the court. Then we will not only demand refund but also money for customer harassment. So please take this issue seriously.

                                        Hi, i purchased a microwave oven with grill, model # m/o g20m. Bb-cg from star cj on 13/10/2014 with an offer valid that time for 5 years warrenty on magnetron (Papers attached). Now recently it was not working properly (Heating) hence raised a complaint in customer care by mr. Ravi kumar. An engineer visited my house on 26/06/2018 and replaced switches and magnetron. He charged me rs.2408 (Magnetron rs. 1850 + switches rs. 175 + service charges rs. 384), when i asked him to remove charges for magnetron he said that the warrenty is not valid on this model # m/o g20m. Bb-cg, and is only valid on model # m/o g20m. Ww-cg.
                                        Since it was never required earlier i did not verified that.
                                        Please advise how to handle this as this is making me not happy, before going to consumer forum or social media, i thought of raising it to you to get this resolved.
