All the details are provided in the photo. I have received partially damaged product. I want complete refund refund along with the transportation cost.
I had ordered 5 in 1 kitchen master bu kissan - silver on 21st june 2018 and received on 29 th june. After opening it plastic cover was received in broken condition.

As per the procedure i contacted their toll free number [protected]. But the call gets automatically disconnected. Later i called [protected], shop cj person insisted me to call the toll free number regarding the return/refund.
I also sent repeated emails to [protected]@shopcj.com. But received no response from them.
Now i believe this is completely fraud organisation, fooling people by sending damaged product. I want complete refund.

It has been 4 days and no contact has been made with us by your representative. I am really surprised that you couldnt reach us on the provided number for the past four days. Hence, I are providing you one more number [protected] in case you are not able to contact [protected].
I am really dissapointed with such lax service of yours(it has already been 12 days) and such a weak grievance redressal mechanism, which raises doubt how do you even survive such cut throat e-commerce market, where time is major factor for customer satisfaction. Dont be under the impression that we will drop the complaint if you stretch this issues for many days. If this issue isnt resolved within a week, I am going to file a legal case and drag your organisation to the court. Then we will not only demand refund but also money for customer harassment. So please take this issue seriously.
