Firstly, i am mrs. Aparna d s but your executives have typed my name as aparna das which is wrong. Inspite of repeated request for correction of same, it has not been done till date.
Please correct my name as aparma d s.
I had ordered item named ilo store smart canvas vaccum bag aid which included vacuum cleaner costing rs. 1798/-.

The product was returned as manufacturing date was april 2014, more than 3 years old. The package was returned without opening even.
The product was picked up the next day by your agent. Following which, on 5th august 2017, shopcj sent an sms saying 1798 shop cj points had been credited to my shop cj account for order [protected] which could be used for subsequent order having 1 year validity.
But, while booking next order, coupon code was asked. When called on[protected] provided in the above sms, they said coupon code would be sent via sms in 2 3 days. But, they did not. They said the policy had changed and the amount would be credited to the bank account, connecting the issue to refund section and took all bank details.
Refund did not happen even after 20 days. Repeated calls for refund from my side were placed but they kept on saying it will be done in 10 working days.
After following up for 2-3 months, they started saying there was technical problem without stating what the problem was.
Again after few days, they said my mobile number, name and order details did not appear on their screen. Again they asked for 72 hours time and did not get back.
Then, when called[protected] provided in the sms for order [protected], the call got disconnected immediately henceforth (Around 50-60 times).
I then called the number shared on tv screen who connected me to complaints department and a senior executive asked for 72 hours to resolve the same. They provided[protected] via sms for any query. No executive received my calls on this number though i was waiting on call for more half an hour every time.
Post which, i have not been able to connect with shop cj.
All the calls were charged and i have lost more than 500/- for this. Lost a lot of my precious time trusting shop cj.
Please help me get my refund amount 1798/- without further loss of time and effort. Bank details have been shared with shop cj twice. Before anything, my name should be corrected to aparna d s as my bank account has this same name.

Updated by AparnaDS This is Aparna D S, confirming that the long awaited issue is resolved! The amount 1798/- has been credited to my account on November 5th 2018. I would like to thank Meenu Malhotra for all the sincere efforts to resolve the issue. I was intimated about this resolution by Meenu Malhotra just yesterday and we have cross verified the same with my bank account too.
