I really wanna say that the quality is pathetic and also the embroidery is not good, there are so many rugs and threads here and there, also there is a thick line of golden colour on blue carpet which is making it looks so bad.

I want return back to the this product asap. Kindly take back this product at the earliest and i want my money back.

    I think by complaining on your site doesn't resolve my issue for sure. They are giving my cash back to me which i had given it them and also returned the product which was not in good quality and defective. They are providing only 999 but on phone and forcing me to buy product from their site. I m already going through a alot by ordering product from their site and they are shameless people i have ever seen. They don't have any right to keep by money 1200 with them and the vouchers of 200 which they promised me to give as a. Complimentary. They are harassing me from so many month which they are not returning my money. I don't want to go through the all the things again please find the solution as soon as possible

      I have ordered the wonderchef healthguard pressure cooker now its non stick coating has been damaged, i have complained and emailed the company, but its almost 2 month they have not replied instead of sending them numerous emails. I have also called them but the phone only rings they don't take call and if they take receive they tell to hold and after that they don't reply at all

        Starcj company is not sending my return back in cash plus 200vouvher. They send a msg that they are giving refund of 999/ and i have to buy other product from their site. I don't want to buy anything and forcing customers to buy product from them after going through a lot. This is not helpful again i don't want to go through the same thing after waseting my so many time. I just want my cash back and replaced by peachy patiala 6combo. But i think no use of complaining to you when no result is coming. It's too long and they don't have any shame at all by keeping the customers money with them. This is so unresponsible way by them. Take strict action against the company for their wrong behavior and stealing money and not returning in cash.

            I don't think i am send so many complaints to consumers complaint. This is not helping me out. They are not returning my money in cash rupees 1200 plus 200 vouchers. They are forcing me to buy another product which i don't want and again going through the same thing. July onwards i am facing this. Either they should return my money and vouchers or send patiala combos 6 and vouchers. I will file a complaint against them for sure. They are least bothered about their reputation. They can take money in cash then they should return the money in cash to the customers. I am really fed up of this and my health is suffering. They can't keep the customers money only for their benefits without any guilt

              We bought 21 peaces of cleaning set from shop cj but we didnt get what they showed on tv. On 8 oct 2018 we filed the complaint but they r not replacing it whenever i call there they ignore my complaint saying that we will resolve it tommorow, but they r doing nothing its been more than 10 days no one has come to pick the set & replace it with the new one.

                Company name starcj on july i have ordered a organiser on phone they send the message to me that my ordered got delayed for few day. The product was defective i have told them to collect their product back. They have taken long time to contact me. I have already return the product they have collected their organiser from my house. During conversation on the phone i have told them to replace it with other product the 6 patiala combo i have given all the detail the girl told me that they will send the product to me. After so long time they have suddenly send the message that my ordered got cancelled without my permission. I told them to refund my money back in cash of rupees 1200. I called them they are not willing to return my money back which i have paid them. They are forcing me to buy any other thing from their shop. Till now they have not returned my money back. They have given lots of mental trauma and tortured me till now not a single response they had given. This is not done at all. The company is useless and fake. They dont even care for their customers at all. I request all the customers to not buy anything from this company. It had already take lot of time now october had come. They are mentally harassing me alot by not returning my money back. And how they can keep my money only for their benefits. They are not trust worthy. My complaint till not resolved i didnt expect this from u. You are just sending the message that u have forwarded this complaint to star cj but it is too much and not providing by money back 1200/. I will definately file a police complaint againt the company for giving mental trauma, harassing and tortoring me from july onwards and health is suffering due to this. If their customer is not satisfied with the product they should make it right and returned the money back. They are taking money from the customers and they have to returned it to me. The complaint had not been resolved no use of complaing it u because u r not doing anything.

                posting this complaint do not helping me at all. they dont care about their customers at all. they are enjoying with the customer money. I have already returned their product then also not refunding my money in cash. THEY DONT care about their customers at all. How they can keep the money of customers without any dignity and not resolving the issues shameless people.
                To the redressal officer We have purchased Maharaja mixie from Shop Cj around 10 days back..they are very much interested in promoting the Rejected material and their pockets filled but not quality product and service

                    I have sent u so many message but till now i didn't get any response from starcj. I have already returned the defective product to them then also they didn't send my cash 1200 to me. They are not at all serious about their company reputations. I have ordered on july they have harassed me with the mental trauma i am facing till now. They can't keep my hard earn money with them. I will file a case on them for this torture i am going through day by day. You are just sending msg they will get back to me but no use. How can they do that without any shame. This company should be banned for doing any business in india. It's their duty to send back by money at my doorstep. # company who can't understand the pain of customers. I have returned their product[protected] which is collected by vinod patel 74499. How can they keep their customer money with them. Service is extremely bad staff are also rude and disconnect the phone while having conversations. Managers also. I am really frustrated with this type of # services.

                          I have received a call today i. E 5th oct 2018 from [protected] identifying themselves as employee from shopclalive. I was told that i am a winner some lucky draw contest wherein i have won swift desire car or cash euqivalent of the car amounting 8lakhs. To receive the amount on my account, i was told to transfer 8000 as "tax" to shop cj "s md account.

                          Kindly look into this matter. And what is more suprising here is that my address, email id and contact number and the product which i have ordered is in the record of such fraudsters. How is it possible for such people to receive this confidential information? It must have been shared by your company. Pleas echeck on this.

                              My mother places an order of a set of Bedsheet, Curtains+1 More Item which were not part of the same set and differed color and design wise. She called customer care and the item was reverse picked up on 3rd August and the pick person handed over the return receipt with[protected]/SHOP CJ RVP[protected].
                              The Order ID was[protected].Since then my mother is following up with the customer care and each time she just gets an assurance that the cheque is being prepared but nothing she got even after 1 month.
                              I am following up with you on her behalf and this is 1st communication from my end. Kindly look in to this mater and initiate the refund asap.If I wont hear anything from your end within a week, I will file a complaint with Consumer Court.

                                  Firstly, I am Mrs. Aparna D S but your executives have typed my name as Aparna Das which is wrong. Inspite of repeated request for correction of same, it has not been done till date.

                                  The product was returned as Manufacturing date was April 2014, more than 3 years old. The package was returned without opening even.
                                  The product was picked up the next day by your agent. Following which, on 5th August 2017, ShopCJ sent an SMS saying 1798 SHOP CJ points had been credited to my SHOP CJ account for order [protected] which could be used for subsequent order having 1 year validity.
                                  But, while booking next order, coupon code was asked. When called on[protected] provided in the above SMS, they said coupon code would be sent via SMS in 2 3 days. But, they did not. They said the policy had changed and the amount would be credited to the bank account, connecting the issue to refund section and took all bank details.
                                  Refund did not happen even after 20 days. Repeated calls for refund from my side were placed but they kept on saying it will be done in 10 working days.
                                  After following up for 2-3 months, they started saying there was technical problem without stating what the problem was.
                                  Again after few days, they said my mobile number, name and order details did not appear on their screen. Again they asked for 72 hours time and did not get back.
                                  Then, when called[protected] provided in the SMS for order [protected], the call got disconnected immediately henceforth (around 50-60 times).
                                  I then called the number shared on TV screen who connected me to complaints department and a senior executive asked for 72 hours to resolve the same. They provided[protected] via SMS for any query. No executive received my calls on this number though I was waiting on call for more half an hour every time.
                                  Post which, I have not been able to connect with SHOP CJ.
                                  All the calls were charged and I have lost more than 500/- for this. Lost a lot of my precious time trusting SHOP CJ.
                                  Please help me get my refund amount 1798/- without further loss of time and effort. Bank details have been shared with SHOP CJ twice. Before anything, my name should be corrected to Aparna D S as my bank account has this same name.
                                  It is extremely disappointing to see this irresponsibly towards valued old customers

                                    Till now i have not get any response from the starcj. How they can do that no manners, shame and do not care about their reputation. Enjoying with the customers money. Cheap behaviour from them. I have returned the product but they have not give my cash at my place. They are shameless company i have ever seen in my life. My order number was[protected] which was not good and the zip was damaged and the quality was not at all good. Instead of that i had replaced it with 34564119 and without informing me they have cancelled my order. I have send lots of mail to them and called them many times they are least bothered about their customers and telling me that they will not returned my money in cash and forcing me to buy other product. Then i called them again and their staff have disconnected my line during a conversation with them. They had taken a cash on delivery while delivering the product and now not proving my cash of Rupees 1200/ which i have paid to them. As we all are aware of fraud or many things i do not want to provide my bank details its personal thing. They are not at all listening the customer and they should make it right and have to send the cash of rupees 1200/ which is my hard earned money. I am fed up with their behaviour everything should not be done according to them. Just help me out it is a request. They had given me lot of mental trauma, depression and affected my health in many ways and still i am going through. Worst company who do not care about their customers feeling, their money until same will happened to them. company should be banned for doing any business. I don't think they will refund my money in cash but i want in cash only rupees 1200/. FRom july onwards i m facing this issue. reply me fast

                                    THE COMPANY IS USELESS AND DONT BOTHERED ABOUT THEIR CUSTOMERS AND RUDE. THEY ARE NOT GIVING MY MOney back which i have paid to them . from July onwards until now money i have not got and forcing me to buy another product from them. THEY DONT CARE ABOUT THEIR REPUTATION . FIRST I HAD REPLACED IT WITH PATIALLA pack of 6 by peachy and confirmed the order and said they will give 200vouchers from their side and suddenly cancelled the order without informing me when i called them and disconnected the phone in the middle

                                      My mother got a call from +[protected] this no stating you are winner of price of rs 50000 and the person speaking had all my details which were given to shopcj as the no was mine. And registered in shopcj on my mothers name as she used to call shopcj number. They have all of my details. House no mobile no which were with shopcj data. Please take appropriate action.

                                        Firstly, i am mrs. Aparna d s but your executives have typed my name as aparna das which is wrong. Inspite of repeated request for correction of same, it has not been done till date.
                                        Please correct my name as aparma d s.
                                        I had ordered item named ilo store smart canvas vaccum bag aid which included vacuum cleaner costing rs. 1798/-.

                                        The product was returned as manufacturing date was april 2014, more than 3 years old. The package was returned without opening even.
                                        The product was picked up the next day by your agent. Following which, on 5th august 2017, shopcj sent an sms saying 1798 shop cj points had been credited to my shop cj account for order [protected] which could be used for subsequent order having 1 year validity.
                                        But, while booking next order, coupon code was asked. When called on[protected] provided in the above sms, they said coupon code would be sent via sms in 2 3 days. But, they did not. They said the policy had changed and the amount would be credited to the bank account, connecting the issue to refund section and took all bank details.
                                        Refund did not happen even after 20 days. Repeated calls for refund from my side were placed but they kept on saying it will be done in 10 working days.
                                        After following up for 2-3 months, they started saying there was technical problem without stating what the problem was.
                                        Again after few days, they said my mobile number, name and order details did not appear on their screen. Again they asked for 72 hours time and did not get back.
                                        Then, when called[protected] provided in the sms for order [protected], the call got disconnected immediately henceforth (Around 50-60 times).
                                        I then called the number shared on tv screen who connected me to complaints department and a senior executive asked for 72 hours to resolve the same. They provided[protected] via sms for any query. No executive received my calls on this number though i was waiting on call for more half an hour every time.
                                        Post which, i have not been able to connect with shop cj.
                                        All the calls were charged and i have lost more than 500/- for this. Lost a lot of my precious time trusting shop cj.
                                        Please help me get my refund amount 1798/- without further loss of time and effort. Bank details have been shared with shop cj twice. Before anything, my name should be corrected to aparna d s as my bank account has this same name.

I would like to thank Meenu Malhotra for all the sincere efforts to resolve the issue.
