The product given to us is not satisfactory and the quality of the bedsheet is not as promised.
The print and the colour of the bedsheet is very fade.
The complaint section of shop cj network are not addressing our problem.
The way they promise thier product is not at all same.
Please help us to resolve the problem.

    I had ordered timbre jeggings pack of 4 on25th june'16 under order no[protected], 2/4 products delivered were defective.when raised a complaint then the whole pkt was reversed and a new package was delivered.This time i had recd 3/4 products only in this pkt and 2 of them were again not upto the mark.i had raised complaint on 26th july and was intimated that the reverse pick up will be done within 10days &then refund will be initiated.which is still not done

        I Bought One Prestige Juicer Mixer From Shopcj Last Month On 7-7-2016 Product Delevered Next Day Itself After Open The Box I Saw That The Product Is Damaged Inside And Immediately Call Them For This Complaint And They Sent An Sms (Ie) Your Order Is Cancelled And They Assured We Replace The Product Within 7 Days, 7 Days After I Made So Many Calls But There Is No Response From Shopcj.

            I didn't got order on tym hence cancelled the order on 30th july after continuous follow up and was promised that the payment will be reversed in 7 working days payment didn't reversed after 10 working days also, called customer care 15 times but no feedback and revert received, just requested to send me a order cancellation mail so that i can ask my bank to look into the payment, but shop cj customer care is pathetic and not ready to help in any way, whenever i call they have there standard revert we are taking complaint and u will get the call from our end but till date no call received and neither forwarding the call to senior in-charge.. Worst service

                      The amount was to be refunded by them in 10 working days.

                            Cheating by delievering wrong product even after once the compliant was made regarding the same product. Now neither refunding nor contacting further. facing problem since last 2 months. money blocked.koi executive baat nh karta or mere paise bhi nhi lauta rahe.

                            galat size ki leggings bhijwa deen. complaint karne par 10 din mein delievery boy aaya, product le gaya or phir 8-10 din baad galat size label karke phir se wahi size le aaya. ye 40-45 din pehle ki baat h. Ab, tabse hi baar baar complaint karti hun, par koi bhi proper response nh deta. call executives commitment karte hn or resolution dene ki baat karte hn. Or kehte hn ki unka senior member mujhe call karega to main apni problem unhe bata doon or apni money refund ki request unse karun. Par aaj ek mahine se zyada ho gaya par na kisi executive ka phone aaya or na hi wo product mere use me aaya.
                            Mujhe meri money wapas chahiye as soon as possible.

                                Don't act too smart, We all know that you are trying to ignore us but don't make a fool out of yourself. I have complained 15 times and this is the 16th time I'm complaining about my refund. Please refund my money within 2 days and take your product back, otherwise I will be taking a legal action against you. I sent you the photos as well. Now if I am not getting response you are fooling yourself. Don't try to cheat us. It won't be good anymore.

                                  The received product is damaged and return request logged multiple times on shop cj customer care but no action taken till now .
                                  I have called on [protected] many times but each time i get the status as please wait for next 15 days, product will be picked up from home and then refund process will start .I have been waiting since almost 1.5 month .nothing is happening, I want refund for the product.

                                    Dear Sir / Madam, My order no. is #[protected] (Regiser email - [protected]@gmail.com) . I have purchased a headset (headphones) form www.shopcj.com. The expected delivery date was 02 July not products was not delivered . I call castomer care they take more days for delivery but tn also not delivered tn on 8 July they registered a complaint and on 12 July they inform me they are unable deliver the order hence they registered a refund request. They told me to wait for 7-10 working days and we'll call you refund you through your bank account. But its about 50 days since I ordered and there is not a single call on behalf of them and no response. I have paid ₹452 ( Rs152 from me and Rs300 coupon) for this. When I call customer care, they always say that we have registered your refund request and you will receive a call from our representative in 3-4 business days. It happened for nearly 7/8 times. No call from your company is being received by me. Sir / Madam kindly do the needful. I'm in an extreme dangerous problem.

                                      I purushottam agrawal contact number [protected] have order a phicom 4g 630 smart phone on 11/jul/2016 that was delivered on 19/jul/2016.
                                      there was problem in speaker of phone and voice was not clear. so i packed up the phone and place return request on 21/jul/2016. till that date i was keep calling on shop cj and also on phicom customer care to return my product but my product has not returned till now. i fed up with your service. i am very frequent customer of shop cj so kindly return my product and refund my money as soon as possible.
