Recently i ordered "micromax gc313 dual sim feature phone (black)" with order number "[protected]".

When i opened the box i realized that i have received white color and more over used phone. that's awesome great news getting old and used phone while ordering new phone.

Do you want me to prove it is a old phone.

1. the box was dirty and opened.
2. battery was not inside the cover.
3. the mobile was stained.
4. the inbox has 22 unread messages.
5. the phone book has 100+ contacts in it.

You have violated to policies here
1. you have sold me an old and used phone instead of a new phone.
2. you have sold someone else's private details to me.

So which case shall i file on you.

I need refund within 24 hours of receipt of this mail. send your executive to pick up the phone.

I explicitly stating i don't need replacement. i don't trust you anymore. this is the worst thing you can do to your customers. i need complete refund.

I will return the phone once i receive the refund. i don't trust you. don't send anybody for pickup before i receive refund.

I received a call from shop cj on 10th july 2016 and booked vlcc diamond facial kit, quantity 1000pcs @ rs 399 but i didn't recieve my order till date. As per the telephonic conversation held with shop cj employee, he assured that you will get your order till 15th july.
If we didn't receive our order till 20th july 2016 and we had to face any loss because of non delivery on time. Shop cj company would be responsible for it. After 20th, we would file a complain in consumer court. Please deliver the order at the earliest.

I had ordered xolo 3g (Hive)+ 4g mobile online from shop cj by cash on delivery which was found to be dead.. So please either replace me the same handset with same future i. E xolo 3g (Hive)+ 4g or refunde as soon as possible. For any assistance from my site i m giving my mob no [protected] /[protected].. Please do the needful otherwise i shall have to go the consumor forum unwilling... Plz

I order a 3g tablet (7) 1gb ram (Gur) on dated 25-05-16 and my order no is [protected]. Which i received on dated 30-05-16... But unfortunately screen was scratched... And i decided to returned the consignment... I got a sms that from ecomm expresson dated 7-06-16... But.. Still i did not get any replaced consignment...

Why m not receive my order now. On 5th just i booked my order.. Till now not receive my order.. So u plz tell me when that order which i have book will receive... Otherwise plz give me the contact details of the courier by which u r dispatch that order... Every day i call and they told me that my order has been already dispatched... Company is not proceeding the replacement process. Month ago i requisted for replacement but nothing happened till. Customer service agent again again ask for detail when i call for complaint due to which i have to bear high std charges. They delivered product in which 2 out of 6 are of same colour but i ordered for different colours. I asked to call on different phone no. Due to working hour but they don't bother about it....

I have ordered 84 pcs dinner set vide order no. [protected] dated 26/06/2016 and the same was delivered within 4 days. item was supplied was found inferior quality as compare to seen on the tv channel. therefore i phoned on the same day on the number shown on tv channel and requested to take return and refund my money. rep of shop cj denied to take return and also not got me talked to their senior. the next day when i phoned, the same reply was given and get me talked with their senior.

At the time of booking, rep of shop cj told me that any problem should be resolved within 7 days of receipt of items but now refused to take return. as such compel me to fetch the matter to consumer court. i, therefore, request you to kindly address the issue within time frame.

I ordered a mobile 0n 5th july 2016 but i cant recieve my order my order no[protected]

Swipe 3g tablet received dtd - 14.07.16 but product not operating sim card.

I have also call to[protected] & complaint update he is saying 48 hours repeals your product but till not received.

So please look in to the same.

Thru our above order two bedsheet purchàssed n supplied. Quality of bedsheet is vry pooŕ i lodged a complaint on 11 july n 14 july abt it, ur representatives n superviser says that there is no shopcj policy of return on quality where as ur sales team is still saying that yes we can return if we dont like d quality qhen i talk as a new cuatomer.

Abv incident clearly indicates that a renound online co is being given bad name by these officials.

Date:20.05.2016 ko order no.[protected] se georget saree six pis kharida. saree ka jo matarial hame mila vo bahut hi ghatiya kaksha ka tha. hamne compani ko batane par unhone returne karne ko kaha.09/06/2016 ko hamare yaha se "gati curiyar" ke maddhym se, shop cj ne returne mangava liya. aur custmer care [protected], [protected], se bat karne par unhone hame ten days me refund mil jayega. ye bataya ki hamari taraf se apko call ayega, aap ko unhe bank detail deni he aur compni aapko refund bank account me transfar kar degi. lekin aaj din tak hame compni ki taraf se koi call nahi aaya aur nahi rerud mila. hamne bahot - bahot bar custmer care me bat ki, unhone har bar-bar 48 overs me aapko call aajayega, lekin aaj tak hame koi call compni ki taraf se nahi aaya. compani ki istarah ki dhokhadhadi ke khilaf sakht se sakht karyavahi honi chahiye.

Ordered a set of 4 double and 4 single bed sheets of worth rs.2698 by calling their no. [protected] (according to company no std charges apply but strangely airtel charged me rs.6 for 4 min) through order no 2016*62849 on 9 june 2016. everything till then was good.initially they said goods will be delivered in 3~5 working days.

But received a msg saying the delivery is going to be delayed by 4 days on 14 june 2016. ordered was deliverd on 16 june 2016 with broken outer package but goods intact. paid full amount in cash right away (you shouldn't do this in any case before checking a goods!!!).

Opened a bedsheets and found extremely cheap quality and manufacturing defects in bedsheets in a double and a single which was opened out of curiosity. after finding out bad quality not bothered to check out the other once. (my first experience with shop cj... worst till date as compared to other e-comm).

Instantly raised a cancellation within minutes of delivery. got confirmation that i will get picked up in whooping 7~8 days (you read it right 7~8 days). then will get a call for asking a bank details for transfer. still not worried thought it will be ok.

Now the amazing story starts. gati guy came on 24 june picked up the goods and gave a return shipmet document. on 27 june i tried to track a shipmet through a shopcj.com found out that it was a wrong tracking no. called a customer care no. to check the status they said its ok.. you should not worry, we will handle everything. and ""you will get call in 4~5 days for asking bank details after the goods received at our warehouse"". (this is strange!!! so thats 8+5+13 days wait just for asking a bank details, don't know when i will get a money.)

Later tried to track a shipment through a gati portal was able to do that easily. don't knw why shopcj.com wasn't able to fetch tracking details. (looks like serious scm issue). again called on 2 july asking details whether it is reached or not, the executive has no answer. again tried on 4 july to check with customer care for tracking of goods and are they reached to warehouse. this time they filed a complaint assuring to revert back with details in 24 hrs. (no complaint no. received by msg/call, no answer for 3 days after that)

But on 7 july got call from lady executive through her personal mobile no. just to confirm""i have received goods or not"". this is hilarious, i am waiting for my bank transfer call and they are still checking with goods shipment. i explained her in a angry words and she just said""i am just doing my job, sir"". i just remain tight lipped after that. the story still goes on.

I received msg on 8 july for asking my bank transfer details. (assuring on web page that they will do it in 2~3 working days) (i am suppose to receive a call & not msg). today is 14 july i still waiting for my payment.

My request to shopcj.com will be, are they ever going to transfer my money or not. just say this right away... then i can take decision how to get my money.

Koi jawab nahi mil raha custmer care per bhi wo rooj yahi keh dete he ki aaj mil jayega apki comlain leli he aaj jarur mil jayega...sorry but mene amazon se bhut bar shoping ki he but kabhi aise nahi hua late hua to bhi 4 din me aa gaya order.but yaha to16 din hobgaye or custmer care walo ko to he bhi nahi Pata mera product he kha.milega bhi ya nahi. I have try many times to return my product n call again and again but still they can't listning. only they just say that sir give us the time 48 hours and my first complaint is on 4/july/2016 n i get this product on 2/july/2016 n this product has manufactur pblm n i also go to the service center they also say that your product will be return n today is 14/july/2016 n today i don't get any one call from shopcj on my action

I had booked vu 40 inch led smart tv by paying rs.28, 350 on 25/6/2016. however, till date i. e. 13 july 2016 i have not recd the product. i have contacted shop cj on no. of occasions through telephone and mail on the matter. i have not received a single call or any revert to my mail from you. this shows the callous nature of dealing with customer on your side. your customer representative lay more emphasis on telling sorry and that they will look into the issue. the matter ends there, there is no follow up of any sort, how can you explain the delay in supply of product for 03 weeks.in this connection i had contacted your senior representative too but in vain.

I am now fed up with the whole waiting game and have decided to go to consumer court for and file a case against shop cj and seek compensation. for your information i am member of consumer forum, india. i will see to it that your company gets the taste of your own medicine of ill treating its customers.

Most horrible experiance. i have ordered a mobile from shop cj and from last 40 days they are telling me ur shipment ha been dispatched and giving me wrong aorwaybill number. the seniors are never there to solve the issue. after 40 days i get a answer that ur order has been cancelled due to delay from their side. even then they are still advertising the same mobile for sale. very unprofessional.
