Order no[protected] item was received on[protected], complaint was made for 4 no broken lipsticks, on calling on telephone for ten consecutive days, the packet was picked up on[protected] by aramex vide docked no -[protected].
There is no positive response even after calling so many times on phone
May i once again request u to reply or take action for exchange/ pay by cheque on the following name with in two days before taking further action

I tried to place a order on shopcj.com on 20th of june but the payment was debited from wallet & no order was placed at shopcj.. Till now i haven't received my refund for the failed txn yet!

I bought a microwave resistance dinner set from shop cj in the month of july... I placed an order after watching it on tv... I saw it and ask about the quality with customer care executive when i was placing my order. Within a week i received it and when i opened the dinner set it was just an ordinary quality... And stuff of material is not good as i've seen in tv... I called in shop cj customer care and tell them about my complaint that person just denied that we will not take it back or change it on behalf of quality issue it is not possible... I told him that i am ur regular customer, how could you do this to me... I just want back my money or change the product... But he abuse with me and said"madam ye to change nhi hoga jahan se hota ho wahan se change karwa lo..." and put down the phone without any information... Is it fair that if customer is not satisfied with the product then he or she will suffer with this thing by online shopping cites... Is it our mistake that we choose you as our servers who served their services...???
If a customer is not satisfied and you will not check whether the quality of products is good or not good, then the customer will be cheated by you. I bought with the money, not in free and a single penny of mine is precious for me... But you cheater online companies can't understand... If you can't give satisfaction to your customers then you people are cheater and no one will do faith on you even i am too... I was a regular customer of yours but after your this kind of behaviour i will not continue with u even i'll tell it to all my friends, relatives, colleagues and all my known who are ur regular customer to do not buy from your cite... Fake company... Cheater company... When u r advertising your product you never say that we are not responsible for quality plz buy it on ur own risk... And when we paid for it than you make all types of rules and regulations... Shop cj is a fake or cheater company... Dear friends do not buy with this online company.

Hello sir, I am here to complain about the company called shop cj from where I received a tablet worth 4, 100/-. Once I opened the tablet, it was not working, not even getting charged and the product was so cheap. So, I complained to them number of times but they speak very impolitely and warn me to do what ever I want to do, but the product will not be replaced or they will not refund my money. I am fed up of calling them and so i am complaining about them here. Sir, this is not the first case there are many people who are getting cheated by these people, I am placing the link here for reference just to show you how many people are complaining about them:-

Having cancelled my order a month back... And also receiving confirmed message...
Why am i being harressed on my landline since a week?. Repeatedly informing them that my order been cancelled since practically a month your customer care is repeatedly harressing us.
Please do look into the matter and rectify at the earliest this annoying behaviour... Will have to think twice before ordering online from you now.

I have ordered electrolux microwave 26l on 6 july 2016 and after received it i am call electrolux service center for demo. Engg came from demo but microwave is not working, he told that pcb is problem need to repair it i am call 11 july again shop cj but till date issue is not solved. I am call so many times for replacement and discuss with team manager sabir, supervisor abhilasha and pravin. Call to executive so many times approx 100 times but no one can solve the issue i have paid rs. 7085. Look this matter

I ordered two quantities of phicomm clue 630 4g smartphone via cod on 5th july, 2016. The order number is[protected]. It was sent via delhivery with awb no[protected]. I received the package on 18th july. Outside the package the quantity was written as 2 and the amount to be collected was also of 2 products. I paid the full amount for 2 products. On opening the package, i saw there is only one of them. That means i paid for two but received one.

Since that day i have complained thrice and every time the customer representatives inform me that they have taken the complaint and it will be resolved within 48 hours. It has been one week. Still the case has not been resolved.

Moreover, i have not received any bill or invoice for the products.

I am feeling cheated and harassed. Please help.

I purchased a product on 21 june 2016 my order id :[protected]
Now while tracking it's showing that product is delivered and i am regularly doing complaint to customer care from more than 10 days and they are regularly tollerating my issue and saying the product will be delivered to you i have done many calls most probably around 50+ calls but everyday same answer, senior department also doesn't give right information they told me that they will investigate the issue and i will get a call with in 48 hours but today is the 6th day but no call today please help me to get my product.

During cooking at morning time,
gas stove was top glass surface was totally damaged with spark and sound.

1)Immidiately stopped everything 2)removed connection from cylendar.
3) Many times tried to call customers care. But call not connected.

Still there is no pick up and as am giving call they told m yes ok mam tomorrow will pick up... But still today your tomorrow is not coming

I have ordered a combo of five pieces not-stick cookware on 22nd june 2016. The day when it was delivered to me, i used non-stick tawa and it turned black from its original colour blue and also its handle got loosed as it is about to break and there are also two pressure cookers included in this combo of which one is mentioned on tv as 5litre and another as 3litre but i recieved wrong sizes 4litre and 2litre respectively. I have registered complaints many times since the day i ordered these products and once my complaint was looked and the pressure cookers were exchanged by shop cj but then also i recieved that wrong size again. I have been calling customer care of shop cj since the day of recieving order till today but i am not getting any solution. Thay only ask for time of 48hours to resolve my complaint and don't provide any solution. I just want to ask shop cj that why are they advertising to chose any colour of our choice in non-stick if eventually it will turn black like the tawa which i ordered of blue colour, they always say that they resolve every issue related to their products but it seems they don't care about customer complaints. There are as many as 1100 complaints posted on this website which i can see, why all these problems are happening with shop cj customers? Who will look into this matter and whom should i complaint to get my issue resolved?

We had ordered a combo of suitcases and it seems that one of them has turned out to be defective. The main chain area is torn. We have been ordering from a long time from shop cj but this kind of mistake hadn't ever occurred until now. It is very upsetting. Also we had asked for a fast delivery since we are soon shifting from this place, now god knows when the it will be exchanged. I want the company to exchange the product as soon as possible. This entire process was a disappointment.

I have ordered an “electric vox sewing machine with free 18 colorful threads” on 10th july'16.

I have received the sewing machine on 17th july’16, but the 18 colorful threads (Free gift) are missing. Also when i open the cover the seal of the product was broken.

This is the first time, happened with me. Please let me know, will i get this or not.
