I have placed an order for sunflame burner on 15th of August 2016 for Rs 5918. After waiting for 4 days when you guys not having a clue about the product delivery. I cancelled my product and they me for the refund in 1 week time. After waiting i called the customer care on 27th August they told me that ill receive my money back in 2 days. But still there is no money in account till today 2nd September. Please stop making me fool. If you guys cant return my money please tell me.

Its very pathetic service and sad .

    was informed that i will receive the bigger size in 12 days. now today when i called up their helpline number their executive was totally clueless and was told that he is logging in my complaint.

        I was bye on intex mobile and it is nit working properly, Facebook is not working in this mobile, i would like to tell your people are misguide to me regarding we already lounge your complaint but next day when i called the other person says your complaint is not registers with us I will registered your complaint and again same reply get from other people. now either i have one option I going to lounge complaint against SHOP CJ not you please refund my money.

          Hello,

          I order double bed sheet protector order number this [protected], this product comes with lowest quality then i returned this product and want to refund, shop CJ taken my Bank Account details 3 times and 24 days already gone but still they didn't refund my money.

          Also they says we already transferred your money into your bank account, while i am not receive any money from SHOP CJ.

          Then Shop CJ customer supports taken my bank statement whole August money, i already provided bank statement via email. But they didn't reply me.

          Now Shop CJ Block my mobile number and even they didn't contact me regarding my money.

            On dated14 of aug i have ordered intex phone.on dated 20 august i have received the the phone .on opening the parcel i found mobile screen was blur with black patch on inserting battery and mobile on condition.so i immediatly called to customer care against order no:-[protected].they informed me that payment will be refunded.i was agree with both either new phone or payment refund.but till date issue is not been resolved.every time i call to customer care msg is received that shortly will be attended. but next i am receiving msg that issue has been resolved. how this issue is resolved i am unable to understand.
            kindly provide me another phone or refund the money.

              Sir,
              As per your policy customer can return the product within 48 hrs by giving a call to your call centre if he or she is not satisfied with your product and everyday on tv sales executives are mentionig this rule.
              And I have done the same I received this product on Friday 26 Aug and I called c care on Sunday 28 Aug for returning the product within 48 hrs.
              And the reason is it was mentioned on tv that it is poly cotton but it is 100% polyster, size is king size but it is not even fitted in double bed, without proper stitching of bed sheet and pillow cover they are not even straigt.
              There is no brand mention on it, this is completely local material. I think I have explained ever thing to you why I want to return your product, and I am returning it as per your policy within 48 hrs and with proper reasons.
              And above all your seniour ccare executive had confirmed me on 30th aug around 11 o clock that they will pick up the product, you just don't use the product and keep it ready with one letter mentioning why you want to return the product. You can check the call recording.
              Please see the matter and arrange pick up asap and refund me my money.
              Waiting for your reply. I am a regular customer of shop cj but this is the first time I received such poor quality product and after that this poor service from your side.

                  I have ordered Aiyra PO4 Denim style Printed Jeggings from Shop CJ through call on[protected].
                  They have delivered me on 11th Aug, 2016, but the quality of Jeggings are too poor and I raised complaint to return of product on 13th Aug, 16. But they din't pickup this product from last 20 days, even they don't give me any positive response. Even they accepted my refund request at that time, but after the regular calls from my side, they just gave me next date for the person who pickup that product. I called up today also, they said we cancelled your refund request. I am sorry to say they are spoiling customers trust on company. This is the last time when i request to Shop Cj that they Refund my product within 2 days & give my money back at earliest. Otherwise i have to complaint of Shop Cj in Consumer Court. I will just wait for your response within 2 days. If you are not accept my refund request & collect product with given time then After that i have to take action against SHOP CJ.

                  They said we will refund your money on 06.09.2016 (Tuesday) by evening and After that our pickup person receive the product from your place. But I checked my account. They still not deposited my refund. And i again didn't get any response from the Company. How many time i have to complaint for Shop Cj. They are not doing good with their customers. I want my refund back at earliest.
                  This is the last complaint for the Company. After that I have to seriously take any action regarding Shop Cj. WAITING FOR YOUR RESPONSE.

                    I have been calling the Customer Care since past two weeks for issuance of Duplicate Invoice against order No. [protected] and this is highly irresponsible on your part that you people are sending a text message on my Mobile that the issue has been resolved but actually I haven't received any duplicate invoice on the Two (2) e-mail ID's told by me to the customer care executive thrice.                       Can we have some status on this case from Shop CJ ? Please guide me there a way to complaint against Shop CJ in consumer court.

                        Hi,

                        We have ordered 10 bed sheets on 7th of August . (order no [protected]).
                        The sheets are all small in size compared to king size. Nothing of the dimensions are mentioned while marketing the product on their dish channel.
                        When we requested for refund they are behaving strangely. I have called at least 10 times for raising a complaint against the product. But neither they are taking a complaint nor they are co-operating in any way.
                        Every time they are saying that some one from the return team will call you within 24 hours. But its been 20 days and no one called us.
                        Can someone please help us in anyway. After asking many times they refused to send any email confirmation or sms also.

                          I m a serving with GREF and presently posted at remote area of Rajouri (J&K).
                          I ordered a Peach Roti Maker at Chandigarh address during Sep 2014 from Rajouri (J&K) through my mobile.

                          When plugged in the same to electric socket, within few seconds it got damaged.

                          I have been lodging several complaints with Star CJ helpline as well as Peach since last 2 years. Every time your Customer care person tells me to contact the brand i.e. Peach. Firstly they gave me the number which is invalid. I tried again again but every time they gave me invalid number. When I searched contact number of Peach on Internet I could contact with them. They told me that there is no service centre of their firm at Chandigarh.
                          Then I approached back to Star CJ but they told me that nothing can be done by Star CJ.

                          Now you are requested to refund my hard earned money or arrange to repair the same at the earliest please.

                            I ordered TV on 07 AUG 2016 it was supposed to be delivered in 5 to 8 working days. I called them to check status on 17 AUG 2016 and to raise a complaint. After calling and following up with them everyday on 25 AUG 2016 they told me that they can't deliver since they is an issue they clearly mentioned its not in stock. If the item isn't available why in the world I would order this and why they put it as available in first place. One more important information is if the order is in shipped status customer cannot cancel it, now how can I cancel it. Finally on 27 AUG 2016 after requesting again and again they cancelled order from their end and they said refund will be credited in 2 to 3 days. I have recorded all this conversation. Now today is 4th day from the time of cancel when I approached them again they said they are following procedure(what a joke suddenly they have to follow procedure) it will be refunded on or before 05 SEP 2016. So please guys if you ever want to have bad experience shop else go for some reputed sites. Most importantly customer case executive wont have any information they can only inform you what status your product is in, if you login which you will get. I just want my refund back ASAP since its their mistake from beginning.

                              I have purchased a jeggings against order no : [protected] but the size was not as per the order placed . I have raised the request for cancellation and refund but your representative have visited my residence and collected the returned product on August 1st but he has not refunded the amount of Rs. 1098 /- .
                              Informed me that refund department will call and take bank details but till now no one has called yet . Really pathetic situation that I call daily 10 times at least but no proper response from your team.

I recieved a call from shopcj for the confirmation of the return of the item... Then after 16-17 they asked for my bank account details and other informations... But i have still not received my refund... When i enquired for the same... The complain manager... Said the they have refund my payment on 19th... But i denied...                                 I have done that... No reply has came from the showcj network... So i am uploading my updated passbook photos here also...

                                    I'm sathyavathi. I have an account with you which i recently opened. Today i felt a little strange because my password is not being accepted. It said it is wrong. After multiple log in trials, when i tried 'forgot password', a form appeared. When i put in my details, it said i'm not registered and to register. When i tried to register freshly, it said i'm already registered. I went through your complete page, but nowhere there is a separate email id for customer support to send a complaint.                                       Please un-subscribe my mobile number [removed] from shop-cj promotional sms. I am lot of promotional sms from shop — cj everyday.
                                      Please stop and un-subscribe my mobile number asap.
                                      Kindly stop disturbing the people. It is due to these promotional sms i have stopped my self from shopping over shop-cj network and i also encourage other friends and relatives to not shop from shop-cj.

                                      Kindly respect the privacy of the people and stop these promotional sms

                                        On 3 rd June 2016 i placed order that is, artistry paris cosmetics... when i got my delivery i found products were damaged and hampered.. so i called and cancel the order... on 18 th July 2016 order were return... till date i have been calling shop cj customer care.. for my money that is refund. but till date i did not get my money.. i gave bank details.. but am unhappy and frustrated .
