        And asked me to provide me the OTP, and he cheated by taking all the money Rs.10000 from the debit card.

          Reverse pick up of my product bought on 9.6.16 was done by shopcj on 21.6.16 but till today, i have not received replacement of the same. Today is 11.7.16 and everytime, on calling, i am receiving response that within 48 hrs, i will receive a call but till now no body called inspite of my lodging complaint approx 6-7 times. I placed this order well in advance for birthday gift on 1.7.16 but today 11.7.16, i have nothing in my hand neither my money nor product. My mobile no is [protected]. Order no is[protected].

          I lodged my complaint in this website only and received a call from a pig who did a fraud of rs.4500 in three transactions by doing 3 transactions from my bank account.This site will make the fraud people to call you and they will take your bank details. Please do not provide them cvv no, card no and otp. They will somehow fool you and will die like a dog.Be careful from such pigs. This message will reach the right person.

            I had ordered richenna hair color. but i was delivered a lady shaver for which i paid the cod of rs.1098/-
            My first 2 calls to their call center complaining about the same, gave me assurance that, thiis complaint has been taken and the same will be replaced in a day or two. however during my third call on 8/7/16 to their call center i was told that there is no complaint registered by me and now they are taking the complaint. i receive an sms stating that the complaint has been registered and and their service request team will contact me in 24 hrs. still nothing has happened. will someone look into this without further delay.

              I have ordered a cook top from shop cj on 5th of june, and as promised we should have received our product till 15th june. Product was not received and on tracing it shows the same location from the day, though we received the shipping message. We registered the complain several time. Then they reordered our product on 30th june and was promised to make us available in 3-4 working days. Again the complain was made after much wait. We were informed to receive a call from the customer forum, which we didn't.
              It almost more than a month we are not getting our product. The services of shop cj are really pathetic.

                I have called them and asked them to unsubscribe my no. but they are not doing it. every time I Call them they say that you will not receive any further sms but next morning I get pathetic sms. though I have activated DND I am getting SMS. My only mistake was I bought magic mop. Then onwards I have started getting their promotional msgs on daily basis. In case If you require my mobile no. I will give it please help me to get the pathetic sms service stopped.

                  I have ordered a smart tab with key board from shopcj.com from tv advertising on 23.06.16. This product reached with me on 29.06.16 through www.gatikwe.com. When i started working with key board i knew that the space bar of key board not functioning. After my complain i received a smart tab on 10.07.16 by exchanging the first defecting tab, when i opened the packet i saw the front glass of the tab cracked and not functioning also, so i may please be provided a new one or sort out my complain as soon as possible

                    My order [protected] and [protected] amount is supposed to be
                    Refunded as the products are already collected from my house almost 10 days
                    Ago. i have receipt of the product taken back and the amount is not still
                    Refunded.

                    I made so many calls by the number [protected] and [protected] to place my
                    Complaint about the defective products. but action was taken after one and
                    Half month and still no refund process has not being completed. i paid rs
                    4400 all together to buy these products and all the staff whom i spoke
                    To, manipulated and ignored my case.

                        I the undersigned Mr. Ashok Solanki; I have ordered for the Homemate Cloth Drying Rack with the prize of 2198 /- and the same item is received on 06.07.2016 at my registered house address. After open the packing; it was found that few parts are missing from the package.

                        Immediately I had complaint to Customer care Executive for this product and without solving my problem; your executive misbehave with me.

                        Sir; First time I have choose the Shop CJ and I had bad experience with you.

                        If you are not satisfied the customer; why those people will again choose to you.

                        So, Sir please look into the matter and solve my query by replaced the product or return back my payment.

                        I would like to add here few my moments; from last three days I am contacting to with your team on [protected] but every time your Executive saying you don't worry our back hand team will call you and resolve your query, but no one is call me from last three days. I called to on this number for 15 to 20 times in last three days; every time same reply was received from your executive.

                        Sir, I heartly requested to you; please please look into the matter and do the needful from your end at the earliest because I have paid the amount to your courier agency although I am not using the product due to few parts are missing.

                        Sir, I have every evidence is available for my above conversation; if required for you I will provide to you.

                        My one more request; If possible please provide me your top management email ID or contact number; accordingly I will do the conversation with those persons.

                          I have placed an order on 21st june 2016 (102 pcs dinner set)
                          I didn't receive the order for about 1 week
                          I got the information the from the courier man that the parcel was too heavy to carry so he was not able to delivery to my home
                          Then i registered a complaint regarding this but they said within 2 days the parcel will be delivered
                          Without my knowledge the order has been be cancelled
                          Again i called the customer care and reordered finally i got the parcel
                          I didn't get the free tupperware set which i will get along the order
                          Another thing i have ordered green color set in that 8 plates are in red color
                          I have called the customer care and registered a complaint on seeing this but no one called me regarding till afternoon
                          Once again i called the customer care and registered a complaint
                          Really felt very bad i have been only calling to them but no response from your side if this continues how i will be able to come again and buy products that too this is the first purchase making

                              I have bought an index handset from online through shopcj in the month of may, the handset was not working so i registered a complaint and ask for replacement, the service provider ask me to get D.O.A letter from the index service centre which i when to collect but the index service assistance refuse me to give saying that your mobile as already been used and your d.o.a have been expired six month back. then i explained this to shopcj service centre but there was no further help provided from their side instead of help they only give fake promises that their representatives will call me after 48 hour, 24 hours etc...etc... but they never call up... and whenever i try to reach same old story to be continue... now its been two month after i have order the product and it will be two months on10th of july after i have ask for replacement but no response from their(shopcj) side. their are full of fraudster in that company they are robbers and roaming around freely to robb peoples money which we have earned with lots of hard work... they should learn and follow their competitor like flipkart, amazon, myntra... who dont give fake promises they do it in pride on the other hand this shopcj their licence should be cancelled because they are not doing bussiness they are robbering... a company full of theives. I think their M.D and C.E.O(S.R Yoon) and their H.R. team is not giving their employee enough salary that they have started robbering from costomers... 0 out of 10000 to shopcj big no to shop again from this online shopping side...

                                We ordered a mobile.. videocon z55 delite, which has stop working in 5 months only.. it is very dissapointing.. we had also given this to an authorised service centre malik telecom services, indra park, uttam nagar.. where they stole my memory card.. which was issued with this product.. but again it has stop working.. and we want it to be repaired or replaced.. as it is in warranty period.. and my order no is [protected] and was purchased on 12/03/2016

                                  Order no.[protected] i have received the parceel on[protected] and have requested the company to return the product due to very bad quality on dt.[protected], today is 7th of July 2016 but no one has come to pickup the return parcel. they always told me courier person will pickup today, or within 24 hours etc. etc. now they are telling me that your complaint has been closed without telling me any reason of closing the complaint. now again they are saying within 7 days return pick up will be done. please look into the matter.

                                    3.Made full payment of the item.

                                    4.After 19 days also, no information about the product and refund.

                                    I have made an purchase order with order no:[protected] on 18 june 2016 and the item is Home Pro Portable Home And Car Electric Pressure Washer .I have already made the payment for the order but yet i didn't recieved the product and no information about refund or anything.When checking the status it is showing status shipped, 15 days before also same status.I have wrote a complaint in website but no respond.There is no customer care number provided in the website.

                                      Respected sir, with due concern after serious calling of 10-15 calls a day i had to write this because i had not been satisfactory answered about the product
                                      1. I want to state that my product with order id[protected] was delayed
                                      2. After receiving the product i found that product was of wrong and mismatched sizes
                                      3. I return it to your executive on 20/june/2016.
                                      4. After that it has been a month and yet the product is not delivered
                                      5. When i call to customer care on the given no provided[protected] but the answer was not properly provided so i ask to transfer my call to superior authority their answer were like
                                      — please disconnect and call again to talk to the superior that's what they said in a manner in which a customer wouldn't listen to. Etc. Were their answer but i thought of calling again but there were no superiors to answer the call. I am greatly regretted to purchase a product and thinking not to purchase any product from now please solve this issue as well as pick up receipt no is:[protected].

                                        I ordered a product from shopcj (leggings :size xxl) on march 25 2016 first time they delivered xl and then i kept a complaint to exchange it for "xxl", this time i got "s" and the quality is not that much nice which they had displayed in the channel so i complained about the 2 wrong size deliveries and registered a complaint to money back till this scene happened it took 1 month time, on 25 april i complained about it (money back) and i got callback from them on 27 april they got full clarity about the issue and they told "a person will call me and come from their courier service and pick up the product" but till now no one has came to take the product and even i just isn't got a call from the courier service. till now i made up to (min) 30 calls to shopcj about this issue but the case till now isn't proceeded a inch. whenever i call their customercare no. even they (some executives) are not registering the complaint too. whenever i call them just say something it will happen 7days or 2 days and they say this too that i'll get a callback regarding this issue but this was too not happening. its almost more then 3 months i complained for maneyback.
