Reference the above I had ordered the ragilo rajasthan kurtas in XL size.

It is submitted that the sleeves of the kurtas do not fit.

The XXL: size will be too loose for me. Hence I want my money returned.

I had put in a complaint on 21 Aug 16. No one has yet come to collect the consignment.

My return process will only start when you check the returned item.

I have recive bed protector on date 22.08.16 in which color of pillows cover is not match with bed protector.but as per pillows cover shows in tv ads is same color as bed protector.so pls replace my bed protector .and also suggest me at the time of replacemen first your service person give me New products and replace with old products.

I ordered for jeggings which is free size as customer care executive conformed will fit to xxl size person easily but when i received my order it is not my size at all so i called again to shop cj for return request and they informed me it will take 1-2 days to proceed but now its more than 12 days passed but nothing happened towards my request. And for the same thing i used to call everyday but no one help me for the same.

Ordered 2 trousers worth of 999 as per the order placed agent cloth material is Cotton but delivered pollster very cheap look. (order no:[protected]) several times called and requested for replacement or refund.it is been more than 2 weeks now and no one show up until now.
after several attempts, customer service manager saying it can not be refunded/exchanged. This is really Fraud.

I need quick action on this.

I have tried 4 times to book a order from your app but it's not working and saying that something is wrong. And when i have try to order by calling on number but it is disconnected and the clear voice is not coming of staff. We say our name but they do spelling mistakes and they write our wrong name and address and they book wrong order. So, pls fix this problem...

Placed order on 5 th aug and got on 15 th aug, when i received the product is fully different which i seen on television, from last one week am giving the request for return product, and daily executive are saying that product will be collected and will return amount.. And end of the getting message like your return issue is resolved... But till now no one came to collect product and now its saying that product cant return...

It is intimated that i was booking a order on 21.8.2016 at 10.56.57. Hours for purchase of rangilo rajasthan po4 kurta disha collection with a free kurta mrp: rs.999/- on shop cj. I have completed the order booking and rs 1098/- is debited from my bank account. But the order is not confirmed by showing the error as the the order is failed. So it is requested to look into the matter and book my order for the above said item or refund the same amount. The detail of bank statement is as under:

I ordered a beauty mirakles facial kit on 5 july (Order no. [protected]) and received it on 8 july but it was defected. I complained and the kit was picked up on 13 july. After many complaints to customer care i am still waiting for refund of my hard earned money of rs. 885. I have talked to many executives of shop cj but after many assurances my money is not refunded. They have taken my bank details many times but no action has been taken till date.

I am ankit mohan, my wife order three bed sheets on 10th july, 2016. But still we have received the order. We have done many calls in customer care, but we are not getting the proper response. (As we have done online payment for inr 899 but we are not getting our refund our money nor the order.) the customer care facility is so poor and worst.

At the time of order company had told us that if the size is not fitting then we will return the product. So we had complaint order on 13/8/16 in company and company had told us that they will come in one week and take the product and return our money but no one had come till now so today we again call in company 22/8/16 and they are telling that we will not come and take the product and also not return money. If they are not returning our money then we will complain in consumer forum and they will take strict actions against them

I placed online order of bedsheets on shop cj on 16 july 2016 but didn't received my order. I asked shop cj customer care several times initially complaining that i didn't receive my order and everytime they state that i will receive it next 2 days but their 2 days never came. Later on 16 august 2016 i asked customer care to issue my refund and they transfer my call to their managrt and she agree to cancel my order and issue refund bank on my credit card. Today on 21 aug i got call from bluedart regarding my package delivery which i denied to accept and when i call customer care i was told that my order was never cancelled that's why i cannot get my money back.
I am unable to understand what is the delivery commitment as they state online and in tv and why shop cj is not giving my money back.
This is total fraud company and i suggest all my social networks not to think of doing any online business with this fraud company.

There was a wrong order issue which i had raised a complaint about. A manager frm shop cj gt in touch wid me and helped me resolve tge issue, though he had promised to send me discount coupons as i had paid an extra price for the order due to a shop cj representatives error. But however, seems lik again i had received a false promise and a another mistake by them.. Doesnt reali show that they value their customers by this kind of service.

I ordered wonderchef cookware set order no. [protected]. But i got unbranded coocker. So i called your customers care agents. They tell me they will send my product with in two days. But after three days i called they told me we will pick up our products with in 7 days then. They will give me points. Then i order my product.
I received wrong& unbranded products it is not my guilty. I paid you as per my order. But i received wrong products. What is your policy i don't know. If my product not received within 7 days then i will went in consumer court.

Mobile replace please and product change my allure moble is not promising as...
... Advitse in advitse so im not satify with feature and quality... We talk about camera quality not clear... Flash also slow... Touch screen also not so promisin smooth... Size also matter cosz this screen very big because so create lil problem to carry when wear slim trouser &jeans... So overall rhis phone no satisfy my satifaction level... So i want to change or replace... This phone...

I have purchased a product vizio digital mp3 player (Order number[protected] just 2-3 days back. However the product i received is used and not working at all.
I have written the complained the same day when i received but still didn't get any response from customer care team as of now.
I want to return this product and want my money back. Please look into this matter asap

Its been more than 4 - 5 weeks placing the order & refund requested for the same as the product was default.

Product is collected back but still the refund is not recieved inspite of continous calls with the customer care department but still is not resolved.

The experience is pathetic. I recommend not to buy from shopcj.

We are very unsatisfied with this product,
This tawwa is small size. And it comes very small roti
. Our grand father, grand mother my mummy, daddy every body used to eat large size roti's but it is very small size rotis. So we r very very unsatisfied of this product
