I had bought Induction cooker worth rupees 2200 after finding that cooker was not good and complaint done by me to SHOPCJ but they have not initiated anything to resolve my problem. Daily message is coming today it will be taken back by SHOPCJ courier boy but no one is coming every time they are telling me that your complaint has registered and our technical team will call you and your product will be taken back. One month gone but no one is coming and not receiving the call. Order number-[protected] has given to me and daily only message is coming that your complaint has registered and your money will be refunded. I have bought two or three things with SHOPCJ but this kind of difficulty I had never face.So Take action so that other customer will not suffer.

I had ordered dinner set for 101 pcs on 01-08-16 and received delivery on 02-08-16. But i am not satisfied with the product. It is total waist of money.

While i saw a add regarding the dinner set on tv, it was very impressive and shown this is the unbreakable set. But all the add telecast of television was fake and make a people fool. Dinner set is very thin and no wattage.

I had already called you on 03-08-16 to your customer care number and the executive said "i have register your complaint and sent a massage on your register number". But i didn't received any sms on my register phone no. [protected].

I am an old customer of shop cj. So i request you please refund my amount and collect you dinner set as soon as possible.

I ordered 2 vlcc 3pcs shape kits on 31/07/2016 against order nos. [protected] & [protected]. as per offer of the day they were assured that they will give vlcc facial kit of rs.780/- with each order including one food warmer on 2 orders + cash coupons.
But neither they send facial kits nor food warmer n not even promised coupons. they sent only 2 boxes those contained only shape kit products as per their invoice.
If you people are not able to give whatever u promised then why are you misguiding innocent customers in all over india.

Why are your cals not answering

Don't act too smart, We all know that you are trying to ignore us but don't make a fool out of yourself. I have complained 15 times and this is the 16th time I'm complaining about my refund. Please refund my money within 2 days and take your product back, otherwise I will be taking a legal action against you. I sent you the photos as well. Now if I am not getting response you are fooling yourself. Don't try to cheat us. It won't be good anymore.

I ordered nail art from Shop CJ and they did fraud to me by sending the wrong product and then took the product back for which the refund was need to be initiated since the previous one and a half month but till now even after giving all my bank details to the company I have not received any refund. This is a fraud company as per it's market value and image so never buy products from such fraud company. If you can seriously help me then please check my issue with the order no. My order no.[protected] for aiyra po4 denim style printed jeg.
As the item is not sizeable, hence we have complaint for retue
Rn the same. But nobody has come for pick up so far inspite of my repeated reminders. I once again request you to pick up the item and return my money.
If you do not pick the same within two days will complaint in consumer forum.
I will not wait for more days. Every time you are giving 48 or 24 hours to pick up.

Hi. I'm vandna garg. I ordered a pack of legings, order no. [protected]. I received the item on 4th july but then i requested to return it. The item was taken back by you on 12th july but still the money has not been refunded to my account. This is so unfair on your part. Tried your numbers several times, no response from there. Please look into the case.

I have order prestige 4 burner cooktop but joyo dinner set, chef master non stick 8 pieces and bill didn't receive. I have call customer service but not got,
If will not receive it i have to complain in grahak khendr or media
I am calling customer service every day from 1 months

I received my order on 27/07, and a product among others i received uncomplete, for which i was trying to contact the shop cj customer care dept. Since the day i received. But this is very painful that after buying any product from shopcj i've to pay ₹ 2 per minute to complain or asking any support.
Since 27/07 i almost paid ₹ 70 for my mobile and called almost 5 times but there is no progress regarding my order. Every time they just telling someone will call you today regarding the issue, but i received no calls from any shop cj staff. So that i'm deciding to return the product.
Hope shopcj will reply soon before i begin the return process.

One of my refund is pending to be initiated for order no [protected] and after too much of calling conversation there is no reply and no person is responding to me this is the last place where I can complain now other than this if my refund not received I have to finally take action of police case as your company is not responding any more

I have booked the order calling on number[protected]. the order number is [protected] booking date 16.7.2016 time 2:28pm. order was made for white electrolux microwave 20 ltrs. the order was taken by a lady name sunita. but, instead of microwave that i ordered, i have received 4 burner gas stove. when i followed rigorously the representative / courier boy come and taken away the gas stove on july 29th, 2016 and also took a written note stating the return of gas stove.
But, still have not received back the amount i had tendered initially at the time of taking the delivery.
The amount tendered was rs 6600. i am highly disappointed by the service and immediately looking forward for the refund of my entire amount.

We order 2 ladies jeens. One black colour and another light blue colour. But shop cj send dark blue and light blue (Both blue colour). So i complain it. And they agree to send me black and light blue colour jeens. But today 29/07/2016 we received again both blue colour jeens. What a bad service. We call them 9 to 10 times.. And inform them to send only black and light blue colour jeens. But they not do this.. And i loss 20 rupees every times. They do not call us even onece time..
O please back your items and back me my money as early as...

Product got damaged i. e both pedals of cycle was damaged during exercise with it.
Product has 6 months replacement warranty.

I had ordered a laundry hanger wic i received in a very bad condition the packaging was very old and worn out it looked like it was very old stock kept in the warehouse since years. Wen i opened the box and started to fix it i saw it was in a defective condition. I immediatly called on the customer service for placing a return request i was told that the return pick up will be done within 2-3 business days i waited for 4 days and again called the customer care on 24th july, i was told dat the return request is already taken and the courier company will pick it up in 2-3 days. Then from 26th (Tue) i have been getting the pickup sms's but nobody is turning up for the pickup. And after 5 day today i. E. 29th wen i called d courier company (Expbees) they say dat they don't have any return pickup request and to check further information dey need the reverse pickup id wic dey want me to call d shopcj and take. After dat wen i call the shop cj centre they say that der is no such number called reverse pickup id and wen i explain the whole matter to the supervisor miss bhavi shah. Firstly being a supervisor she doesn't even knw wat customer service means, she can't even tok a customer. There unqualified and untrained people hired in the organisation. She is telling me in a very very rude manner that all this things takes time wen i asked her that how much more time is it going to take then she days we cannot tell u again again n don't make us repeat it again n again. I asked her how are uol going to give my refund bcoz i had paid cash so she says it will be transferred it to my account den i said uol haven't asked for my bank details den how will it be transferred to d account den she says u email us or sombody will call u on dat she was so much in hurry and she just wanted to get rid of the call so to finish d call she said that will make the pickup done in 2-3 days. I as a customer am really unhappy wit dis kind of service with d shopcj channel. Uol give a bad service. I would want this complaint of mine to taken very seriously and resolve it on a very high priority. Thank you.

Delivery not yet received till today for my order no[protected] dt 17/07/2016 for ten bed sheet. Already talked to your customer care advisor but inspite of that i have not received the delivery. Please do the needful for immediately deliver and also inform me the exact status on my mail [protected]@yahoo.com

I have called customer care for only returning the jewellery bought few days ago as the product is not in good condition. After speaking to the customer executive, recieved message (Sms) for taking back the product (Return order no:[protected]). The courier boy has taken the product. After that i got a new message from shopcj as i have ordered new product for amount 659 rupees which i have not done it. The new order number is[protected]. When i checked with customer executive (Murali), he said "i have wrongly placed the order and now the order is cancelled"however i have not got any cancellation message to my mobile. Also in the sjopcj website, when i tried to track the order number, it is showing the status as "payment complete".

Please look into the new order number[protected] which need to be cancelled as i have not placed any new order. Also request confirmation of cancellation message to my mobile.

Not only they send the older version, but product is already used and packing was already unpacked and used by someone. this is similar to cheating as customer care for shopcj is not very convenient to talk.

I have ordered a mobile phone on 20/7/16 vide order no.[protected]. I have received my on 23/7/16. When i opened the packet then i have got an inkpad and top of charger instead of my ordered product. When i call so they told me i will get a call within two days and then they will exchange my product. But till 26/7/16 i have not got any call from company then i call them again so they replied me that they already have my complain and it will resolve within 10 to 12 days. When i asked that how can track my complain so they said that there is no way to track my complain.
