    We have given order for 100 %cotton of 10bed sheets but they've sent us polyester bed sheets. Though we've lodged our complain about this, they are not taking back their products and not also refunding our money that is Rs 3248 . In TV they broadcasts that if customers would make booking through Internet then they'll give 10 %discount on the product. So we placed our order through this process. Now they're claiming that the products buy through Internet and TV are of different quality which they've not mentioned before.

    We are extremely irritated with your non cooperation. Please give our money back as soon as possible.
    Ordered 2 trousers worth of 999 as per the order placed agent cloth material is Cotton but delivered pollster very cheap look. (order no:[protected]) several times called and requested for replacement or refund.it is been more than 2 weeks now and no one show up until now.

      I ordered astrum hs-221 headset slim + wire mic black + slv black + silver on 22 june 2016 and paid online but the company not shipped my product so i registered complaint about it and they said we will solve your issue then after few days i received massage from company stayed that your concern pertaining to delivery against order number [protected] has been resolved. But still i don't received my product so i again call them now they are saying that our senior team called you and you said to them that you received your product its mean they are lying i even not get any called from shopcj. What i can do now i am totally confused please solve my issue send me my product or refund my money.

        Ordered the product on 11th of july and returned it because it was damaged. Its been over a month now and i haven't received a call back for the refund. I mailed my bank details too and haven't received a response. This is very frustrating, safe to say that this is my first and last purchase at shop cj. Refund my money back before i have to take it up with the authorities.

          This is regarding the order no: [protected] for the purchase made on 30th july 2016 and subsequently delivered to our home on 04/august /2016 as cash on delivery.

          When we initially ordered the product over the phone, we were told that the product was 6 readymade magnum mens' formal shirts of size 42 inches for th total sum of rupees 1098.00 only.

          However, the product delivered was 6 magnum mens' formal shirting bit unstitched which i was not told over the phone by your company executive. When i was demanded to the delivery people on 4th august 2016 to open the parcel i was forced to pay the amount and then open it due to which i could not check the parcel before payment.

          Also, i called your customer care phone number and was treated very badly without proper response. I kept calling again and again and my complaint was registered only on 9th august 2016 after demand your customer care agent agreed to resolve the issue within 11 working days.

          However since there was no response on the complaint, i had been following up since 14th august till 28th august 2016 and the complaint is still not resolved.

          I was also put on hold for very long hours again and again each time i call your customer care and the line gets cut in between which is highly irritating and annoying. Also whenever your staff picks the phone, the response is absolutely rude in behaviour and there is no solution or courtesy on the call whatsoever. This is my first purchase with your firm and i am exremely disappointed and irritated the way you treat your customer.

          All i request you is to resolve the issue and refund the amount back to me and collect the incorrectly delivered product from me asap.

          I am also looking for a compensation for the inconvenience and pain caused by your horrible customer care and for the phone calls i had made and was made to wait in the line on hold for hours.

            We had complain for ur reach alluremobile on ur given number for refund o[censored]r money as there is problem in ur instrument. V had complain on 18 august 2016. At that time one of your executive name komal tell that our person will come in 7 to 10 days to collect it n vl get refund also during the period. But after that no any person come as per your telephonic talk.
            After that we also complain again but still not get any result. Its very bad experience to buy any product from you. We cant recommend any other to buy from u & also in future never buy as not getting any service from you.

I ordered Blanc Mattress protector in white which I received after 20 days or so when received it was in Brown and the side border piping was all hanging as well the the fabric also was damaged and not satisfying at all.. I called immediately and asked for the refund which they never called me back and sent sms my complaint has been resolved ever since I am contacting them and explaining to all different customer care people as well spoke to the Senior Mr Apurva from complaint department on 25th August he asked me it will be done or else give a call on 28th August I called to speak to him but he is not coming on line.. it's disgusting and and annoying speaking to them they are just bullying people and worse it's to keep explaing to different officers the same thing again and again

As soon I lodged a complaint which was on 28th August and I got a call on 30th August from shop cj for a refund asking my bank details and did it on urgent basis and I got my refund money transferred as well got a call from shop cj for confirmation of my refund if I have received.. once again thank you so much..

                We ordered maharaja whiteline mixer, juicer, grinder(3 units) after specifically enquering whether they will provide all the 3 separate units with the jars as shown in the advertisement or just one unit.The customer care personnal whom we spoke to, confirmed and said all the 3 components as seen onscreen will be provided.But, it wasn't so, they only delivered the juicer, the jars (just 1 unit), Which if we had known priorly would have not placed the order. We are not satisfied with your product neither the service provided by the customer care personnal. Kindly, take back the product and refund the cash as soon as possible.

                  I cancelled the order on 08 Aug 2016 even before shipping of the item and at the time of cancelling the order I was told by customer care rep that I would get the refund of my money i.e. Rs 39750/-, which was deducted from my bank account immediately on placing the order, within 5-7 working days but till date I have not received the refund.
                  on enquiring from customer care, no one knows anything and their executives made me to hold the telephone line and disappeared thrice, oherwise they are not even available.
                  Neither they shipped the item as order was cancelled nor refunded the money.
                  I once again request you to look into it and refund the money.

I had ordered subjected product on 22.08.16 & same was received on 24.08.16 but not received as shown in picture. There are colors different which i have received & quality is so much poor. I had written at the same time online against my order & contacted customer care also for the return but no results. Customer is refusing for the return.

                      I am a regular online customer you can loose this customer if i haven't been given a satisfactory solution.

                        I made a purchase of shoes on 8th august 2016 and the order no. Is [protected]. I made the online payment of inr 548 then and there. The goods have come today at my place which is a long time to deliver the goods and the courier boy says that it is a cod sale and you have to give me cash.

                        It is disgusting that the goods have come so late to me and even after making the payment online they are asking for payment again. This is a fault on your part if you have mentioned the mode of payment as cod. You can check your receipts that i have made the payment online itself.

                        Please get this resolved at the earliest and get the shoes delivered to me within next 2 days or else i will lodge a complaint in consumer forum.

                          I had booked the above order in yellow colour around 25 days back. But instead I was sent purple colour. When I complained, they changed the parcel but to my surprise, again the same purple colour has been sent to me.

                          I have called your customer NO. [protected] around 25 times complaining about the wrong colour sent to me. For the last three days, I am asking them to contact me to senior person. The reply which I got is shocking which is "sir now it is 7 p.m. and no senior is available and every body has gone to his house and contact tomorrow at 7 A.M.".

                          When today I called at 10 a.m. I was replied that senior is busy and he cannot talk to me.

                          It is your mistake. When I had booked yellow colour, why I have been sent the purpose colour which I do not want and the behavior of your customer is rather shocking.

                          I hope my complaint will be looked into and I will be delivered the colour which I originally booked.

                            On 7th July I ordered a item " show stopper collection by Glowria Immitation Jewellery" whoes order number was [protected]... Due to defects and exchange of size in bangles... I request for the refund of my payment... As I was not satisfied with the product... After 12days of my complaint... I recieved a call from shopcj for the confirmation of the return of the item... Then after 16-17 they asked for my bank account details and other informations... But I have still not received my refund... When I enquired for the same... The complain manager... Said the they have refund my payment on 19th... But I denied... But due to defects and wrong size of the bangle... We requested for refund of the payment... We returned the item.. got a call from the showcj network.. for the approval... After 20 days or so of approval... They took my account details... But till date not received the payment for the same... after 15-18 days of non payment.. I called the showcj network.. regarding this.. they told me that they have already.. refunded my payment on 19th.. when I refused.. they told me to upload the pics of my bank A/c passbook .. and the front page of the same... Here by I am uploading my updated passbook...

                                        I have booked a 10 bedsheet order on 16 july.which was live on tv.after 15 days i received this order but i found that the design and colour of the bedsheets are not matched the original order displayed on tv.and i received 11 bedsheets..and i do complaints many times every time they asked to change this but no one came here to replaced this...ols change this product as soon as possible..

                                        Why it is so ?
