I ordered vu led tv 40 inch smart on 07/08/2016 paid 28000/- rupees by shopcj online shopping webside. After two days dt.09/08/2016 by you given status that product shipped and you gave docket no.[protected]. By your customer care employee said that shipment will be get by fedex courier service. When i track docket no.[protected] in fedex courier service care center. Given information that by fedex that till now (Dt.19/08/2016) shopcj's vendor (Seller) not called to pickup tv (Ordered tv) so not possible to deliver shortly.
So, please take possible action and contact to your vendor seller and give me my ordered product soon. I hope you call back me soon about this issue. Contact no.[protected]

I had purchased a set of 5 jaipuri kurtis in the month of july. (Order no. [protected]) but material was not at all good so i returned the packet as per their directions. I requested for refund. I am reminding customer care & some supervisors from the last one month who promised to refund the money. I must have spend rs 100 on calls. It's ridiculous

I am a senior citizen & an army officer's wife & really disappointed seeing the way shopcj is behaving.
I have already given my bank details & hence request you to help in getting the refund of rs 1798.

I have ordered a product on 18/07/2016 and then asked for replacement as you guys have sent wrong product on 25.07 but you guys call n said we would refund as pdt is out of stock.I have given 4 times the bank details on call and via link send on mobile but still no refund has came..Its extremely ridiculous and harassment from ur side.I think now I have to go consumer forum for my refund and this kind of intolerable behaviour. As now it's nearly a month and now surely if my refund didn't came in 2days m surely gonna go consumer forum.

Its not working while we received on the time, we have make customer card they will give some customer care service address (Kodambakkam) they asking for service rs.700/- after that i will contact customer care, they told from service centre due lettre, but kodambakkam service centre person not given that due letter, after discuss with service centre & customer care person he accept free service

For service they given 10 day time till we call them they will not given proper answer (They told while we received the tab in head office now only we provide it) we want immediately our product or not we taken consumer action immediately ([protected])

I have purchased a mobile 07.07.2016 thru shop cj bill no.[protected] delivered against docket no. [protected] but the touch screen is not working from day one, however i contacted customer care several times for returning the mobile but only false statement will be given stating person will come for collection till now no body as come.

Please do the needful for returning back the mobile and getting my money back immediately.

In reference to the above order they have delivered the bed sheet.
We have ordered 3d designed bed sheet but they give us very simple & ordinary hence we called them to cancelled and to returned our money (Rs. 3248) back.

We asked to cancelled the order but after 2 days they refused our request and told that they will not give returned our money (Rs. 3248)

Now they are extended to 10 days of process for returning and by doing this they are making the time pass of 10 days process.

I, angshuman ghosh, a scientist, working in tcgls, kolkata.
I purchased a portable car washer from shop cj on 30-jun-2016.
The product has been delivered to me after 15 days, which was a broken item.
I lodged a complain over phone and mail instantly, after repeated time calling to customer care the product has been picked up from my house after another 15 days, committing to replace a new and good one.
After few days it has been informed me over phone that the product is unavailable and the money will be refunded to my account directly. Till date there is no refund.
Shop cj is completely cheating with customer, 45 days after paying money neither the customer getting product nor the money back.
Please do the needful.

Order number-[protected] sir i had order rangoki rajasthani bedsheet but i which order i had placed that bed sheet was changed. So i had call back same day and inform to reverse courier. Now it passed more than two months. I am talk with the customer care and also manager but their response was worst. Every time they put my call on waiting so also the wasting of money as well as my time. They having no inturst to refund my amount. So i suggest to other people don't choose shop cj. This is worst company which i ever felt n seen. If any responsible authority of shop cj able to solve my problem then plz help.

Since 6 aug i am daily calling the customer care that the product rcvd is not proper, in first wash the color of the bedsheet got fade.

Every time it is commited to me that i will rcv a call back from technical team in a given period of time but till date no call back rcvd.

Shop cj is a d-grade company which have a ridiculous customer care.

I have ordered kitchen set on 21st july but its main part was damaged and i lodged complaint next day. I sent mail first and gave all the screeshot also then i called them to take back damaged product. They took the product back and confirmed by shop cj that it reached their warehouse. Its been 20 days they are not refunding my money rs 1548. They said thursday (4th aug) then saturday (6th aug). I contacted them 6 times. And they ensured about yesterday (16th aug). Till date i have not received my money. I did payment through netbanking and payment should revert back. They sent me link to fill bank details 5 days before and sent that too. They are just playing with me. Plz help me out for refund.

At the time of adversitment the product is display of soft cotton but you delivered changed material i. E. Polister / nilon not soft cotton.

With respect above order we faced quality concern & brought into customer service notice very next of delivery. The compliance given to us regarding the return of product, even after continues follow up of nearly 15days no response nor any call from shop cj team.
Request you to kindly sort out the issue & pls collect the product.

We had ordered for a red-golden saree.but we have got a pink saree.we had called the customer care number.and they said the product will be replaced by courier boy . the courier boy came and took the pink saree and said it will be replaced soon .But we have not got any news .please replace the saree or refund our amount.our order number is [protected].

I got package (defective) on 5 augest 2016. i request to exchange it, call center told me to refund complete package.
On 8 augest 2016 i got new delivery. i refunded all items,

I placed a order for lenovo make model no a6010, 4gb android mobile to online shopping company shop cj via order no [protected]. They confirm the delivery through xpressbees courier on dt 30/6/16. I courier person who' s mob no is [protected] called me for arrange cash against delivery. He delivered courier at home add and took cash rs 8260. But i astonished while seen that a piece of brick inside the box instead of mobile phone even all accessories also be missing. I immediately called back to delivery person but he denied to take responsibility and onus to shopcj. I have written a complaint to customer care executive but i feel that there should be a strict action has to be made to avoid such frauds henceforth. I also want to my hard earned money

That mattress protector didnt have the quality as per described in the TV advertisment. It was very poor. So I thought of returning the product and call customer care of Shopcj7. First they they have transferred my calls to series of persons and no one has responded to my return request. Finally a lady answered that we will not be able to return the product, as we have delivered the right product. Right product they meant is you have ordered Blanc Mattress Protector and they have delivered Blanc Mattress Protector only. They dont bother about what they have sold by doing false advertisment and customer is not liking the product, thats why he/she want to return the product. My PVC mattress protector which I have bought in 200 rs is far better than the Blanc Mattress protector which I have bought for Rs 1098. Even I have not found any reviews for that mattress protector later I got to know about this why there are no reviews. I have submit the review of this mattress protector as bad, there I found that the review will be directed to admin, if he she founds it to be good then they will show. In bad reviews they will simply reject the reviews.

I had ordered a air cooler from shopcj.com and the order number is [protected] purchased on 04/15/2016. I received the product on 04/18/2016 evening, when used in night we had a water overflow all over the floor and hence 04/19/2016 i had called their customer care to return and refund for the same.
The product was taken back and its been 4.5 months and i have still not received the refund.
I have been calling the customer care and they say that i will get a call in 48 hours and will be refunded. I had been spoken to bhuvana, varsha and bhavi who is the manager and they also promised that the refund will be provided. But still i have not received.
Kindly help me receive the refund and this looks like a fraud company and hence this needs to have a case filed on the issues i see on this site as well.
