I bought 3 plus 1 kurtas from shop cj. I had sum size issue in one red kurta but thy picked ol the 4 kurtas from my place. I continuesly asking vn did i get my kurtas Every tym thy said v r raising ur complaint in next 2 working days i ll receive tht kurtas or i ll get a call..but i nvr get a call from their side false commitment i used almost 500/- of my balance. . Thy put my call on hold for 8 to 10 min... Sum transfer my call to senior thn thy didntpicked the call... On 19th of june i gave thm ultimatum tht i ll go to consumer court if i ll nt receive any kurta till 23rd bcoz sum govind ji promised me on 23rd i ll received the kurta but still nthng in my hands so i want money back nd need thy ll compensate me ...as i wasted my money on thm vhn thy hv to call me.. I dnt know wht is going on in this complany.. I talked to mukesh sahni ashish govind ji faiza ...many more plz do sumthng .

Ur executive harrassed me mentally. Thy dnt know anythng. From 3rd of june i didnt get any kurta not evn refund. The courier man gave me a receipt nd there is[protected] no. I talked to them many tyms but thy r doing nthng. Now i dnt want any kurta back i just want my money vth compensation. Whnevr i called in shopcj thy put my call on hold 8 to 10 mins. Evrytym i talked to new Person i explained ol the thngs to each person.. But the conclusion is v r raising ur complaint u ll get a call in 2 working days yesterday evn i called to thm same thng happened But till now didnt get call. I evn told thm i ll go to consumer court i want my stuff back but now serioudly i m pissed off

      I ordered Borges Olive Oil 5ltr from Shop CJ, order number is [protected], they sent me two years old manufactured old Oil, i immediately complaint many times to return the product, its been 23 days and still they are not taking complaint seriously and all the time customer care executives said that you will receive a call from our side in 24 hours, so i request to all of you that dont order any product from this company, its a totally fraud company.

        I have ordered a product from this site my order number is[protected]
        on COD, they sent me wrong product and then i complain for return this wrong product they told me to send account details on 7 June 2016 for refund amount but still they not send me amount and not pick this wrong product from my home i have call them many time but they are not giving any response they hold my call for long time( about 45 to 55 mints) and then disconnect i am very frustrated from this site please take an action against this company so that they refund my amount with interest and not do this thing again with other costumer.

          The easy mop was very useful and we have used it for a long time but now the problem is the fibre plate and rod get detached and not able to fix properly. Therefore we cannot use it. Please give me the solution have purchased from the starcj. I would be grateful if i could repair it or any other solution as i would not want to discard it because it is in a good condition. I am ready to bear the cost of the rod and the fibre place if i can get a spare one for it. The colour of the mop is orange.

            Ordered an item ([protected]) on 28th may 2016, which was broken/defective and called up for return on 7th june 2016.
            * cc gave me 48hrs. No response for 15days
            * again called up cc on 20th. New complaint registered.. (Why? What happened to old complaint?)
            * called up cc on 21st june and they are still processing my cancellation.

            My experience is horrible with the untrained staff and service is worst.
            Please resolve my issue at the earliest.

                The aforesaid order was placed on June 2, 2016 for a set of 5 Spaghettis and and the package got delivered on June 5, 2016. After, un-boxing the package I found that instead of 5 units, there were only 3 units and I called the customer care immediately and reported the issue. The customer care executive promised the resolution within 3-5 business days. Now, a couple of weeks have already been passed also I've made too many calls to get the issue resolved, however, nothing has happened so far. Each time I call the customer care rep. give me a different story, which doesn't make any sense and I won't elaborate here as I'd rather elaborate it more on social media now.

                Also, this is not the first incident as long back I had placed an order for a pack of Puma Shoe with 5 other things on it including the sun-glass and sun-glass was broken. I reported the issue to their customer care but no resolution was given.
                So this put me in a position, wherein I may have to go for Black & White.

                  I placed a order of 22 pcs nutriglow facial kit on dated 15/04/16 against order no. [protected]. I received that order on 27th april & found some items were defective and same day we lodge the complaint on their customer care no.. They send their executive to exchange that product on 30th april and i handed over that product to your executive for exchange.
                  After that after so many follow ups i received exchanged product on dated 16th may but when we open that product and found that that product is not same as we asked i received 15 pcs facial kit inspite of 22 pcs facial kit. Then again i called to your customer care no and they assured us that within 48 hours our executive will collect wrong product and correct one will be delivered to you again. But till now more than 30 days had been passed but there is no responses from shop cj side.
                  I called them almost 10-15 times but every time same response:"sorry for inconvenience, i forwarded your complaint to upper level and within 48 hours our executive will collect it and correct one will be delivered after that"
                  I just want to know that when your 48 hours will be completed. I think i made a big mistake by ordering you.
                  Please give me quick resolution otherwise i will be forced to knock the door of consumer forum.
                  More than 100 rs had been spend by me on telephone calls while complaining. Who will bear the cost of calls and harassment.

                  I placed a order of 3 pices Trouser (Italio Nation) on dated 17/05/16 against order no. [protected]. I received that order on 24th May & found wrong size and same day we lodge the complaint on their customer care no.They send their executive to exchange that product on 29th May and i handed over that product to your executive for exchange.

                    I had ordered a product this year in 2016 but the expiry date is next year, it has been manufactured in last year. I tried to return back the product and get the newly manufactured one but again the product was of same dates and now we want refund so when I called up to customer care they said that a person will call for bank details and ur money will b refunded. None of them called. Shop cj has bad services. Very much disappointed.

                      I have purchased the above said Microwave grill with order No [protected] and got delivered the same. To my surprise there was no recipe book found in the packed box. It is requested to deliver the same to utilize the product for which it had been purchased. Hopefully would get the same at the earliest. Another surprise also, there was no microwave safe which is essential and are given with other such type of microwaves.                         My order no: [protected] which i ordered on date:03/03/2016 had 2 missing items:
                        1. Item code 147828 provogue sneakers- size 9
                        2. Item code 148905 marco wayfarer mens sunglasses.

                        After giving 100s of complaints, numerous calls, still the items have not been delivered and its very disappointing even after waiting for more than 3 months. Please take necessary action.

                        I am never going to shop with them again.

                          I had returned the product against above mentioned order number on 4th June, 2016. However, I did not receive any call from your end for asking bank account details for refund even after 11 days( as the product was purchased through COD).Moreover, I have been calling your call centre regularly and everytime they assure me to resolve the problem in next 24 hours which apparently never happened.

                          Also, after 11 days I find out that my contact details were incorrect in your database inspite of specially calling you to correct the contact number .This is highly unprofessional on the part of your organization. Now, I request you to transfer the refund to the below mentioned account as early as possible. I have had enough mental harassment at your ends.

                            I received above item in not working condition i approached shopcj for returning the same and refund amount. Despite several calls and reminders given by them nothing positive outcome has been received. I have registered 1st i on 19.5.16 and repeatedly. Every time assured but no positive action. Shall i have to prefer consumer redressal forum.

                            I have been off and on approaching starcj and when they have assured that their person will come and collect the defective item and that i shall get the refund but till date nobody has turned up for collecting defective piece. Whenever i phone them they talk to me very gently and give fake assurances but not doing any actions. It seems they are befooling a customer.

                            The situation is very much depressive and i will be constrained to lodge my claim with consumer redressal forum, if starcj is not going to give the justified refund of the item received in defective condition.

                            You are requested to please take up the matter with shopcj and please favour me with your justified actions.

                              My name is Harshita Tuteja. I have order bedsheets on 3rd June. My order number was [protected]. In my order first of all mention my name wrong was Harshita Titeja in place of Harshita Tuteja. I did call again then customer care executive said they will correct but not happened. When I received my order on on 5th June I found it was defected. I called on 6th June for return my order. It has reverse picked up by shop cj company on 8th June by Ecom Express. Now on 14th June I called for return my money that was 2598 then CCE said they are not founding any information regarding this.

                                I have ordered 3 shirts of size 44 from the shopcj online shopping channel. along with it one gents belt is also free, but when order is received shirts material quality is so awful, neither the size is correct, size is even less than 42. Besides it belt size is also small. To sum up, I am rather disappointed by the items received, neither the size is correct nor the material.                                   I had ordered a Glowia Intimated Set on 15th May 2016 and it got delivered on 22.05.2016. The same day I called in shop cj and told them that they have delivered the defected product which I don't like. I don't want the product. I want my money back but they have updated in their record for exchange. I again called them for refund then I came to know that they have updated for exchange then I told them I want my money back. Then they said that they will arrange a call in 2 days time but its been more then 15 days but they didn't called. Again I called them and heard new story that they don't refund the money and said that they had again packed the product for delivery. When I asked them to transfer the call to your senior they put my call on hold for 50 min almost.

                                  Customer Care (Ashwin Maurya & Abhilash) used bad words and put my call on long hold around 20 min then 50 min. I called them 4 times today just for this refund.

                                  They wasted my 4 hours in this activity only.

                                    Returned show stopper glowria immitation jewellery on 26 may and was informed about refund within 10 days . Now every time i call them about my refund they say i will receive my money by the end of the day but its been more than 20 days. Now i have ran out of patience because of their lame attitude.

                                    after submitting my complaint on this forum on 13th i received a callback from their concerned department the very next day and was assured of refund asap which i finally got on 17th june. their social media team seemed active i thank them for swift action, but their call center is department is super lazy. i got refund after 21 days if it were'nt for this complaint and many people stop insisting for refund and move on . so my suggestion to star is be more competitive and consumer friendly. peace.

                                    I used to be regular customer of Star CJ, bought imitation jewellery also, their sets had loosely fitted imitation diamonds! Never asked for refunds, but final call came when I bought clothes hanger.It's so light weight that is of no use...thereafter I decided never to go back to their channel or website, customer lost forever!

                                      I order to chef master cook ware set but i receive that was not good condition so i return first and second time but product was received very bad condition. I want refund. Product back on you before fifteen days but call received for refund please refund my money . I call again and again you customer care no. But no reply. Please refund my money.

                                        Had bought a pack of 5 spaghetties (Oleva PO5 Spaghettis in April'16 however received wrong size i.e. Small size then after hell lot of long complaint calls with long holds and emails (proof available) received response from the customer care team. A guy came to take the package back and again after soo many days and calls received the exchanged package again with wrong size i.e. Medium whereas XL was requested. Then & there only we called the customer care team again to check if we should receive it or send it back with the delivery boy however were advised to receive the order and then they'll get it exchanged again. But again the same story but this time it was even worse. These people actually were making fool o[censored]s, long holds, call forwarding and then call disconnections, fake promises for call backs but no calls backs ever received...already 3months but still unable to get any proper response. Had bought the product for 599 and have already spent more than 300 on the complaint calls. Worst service ever experienced.
