i am premkumar my order no [protected], i have order swipe tab on your company, your company delivered on 22.05.2016 evening 7.30pm, i have check tab is network not connected, i have checked another service centre, tab network ic sip not corrected, so pl change your tab, i have complaint on 23.05.2016 10.30am, your side response asking to me you change replace or refund, i have told that person pl replace tab, but still date not response i have everyday followup you have not response still time i have order on 18.05.2016 today 10.06.2016 i have waiting on 23 days how to you customer satisfaction? every time your customer care reply answer will support team will touch 24 hrs but, i am waiting in 23 days still time not response, so pl change my tab, or answer, any rnot response i will complaint forward consumer court.

    Hi Team,

    I ordered Glowria imitation jewellery (Item no. 155095) last month. I received the item within 2 days of placing the order, however, since the bangle size was small, therefore I had to place a request for its replacement.

    The article was picked from my residence within the following week on 25 May 2016, and delivered today, i.e. 9 June 2016. I had to follow up a number of times for its timely delivery, as I had ordered the jewellery for a family function and obviously couldnt use it. Must say the process of replacement is very time consuming and frustating!!.

    Now comes more irritating part- Today, when I have received the replaced item, I am really offended! The bangle size fits me, but to my surprise, the ring is smaller than last time and even the design is diffferent from last time.Even the items inside were not packed properly, and strings of mangalsutra and chain were badly entangled.

Initially the item was replaced, however considering the fact that the quality of the delivered product was not upto the mark, the amount was refunded.       i call them today morning at 10:30, i say them plz transfer my call to ur senior but they said sorry mam our seniors are not in office now whenever they come to the office they will be call u, till time is 12:35at night but no reply " They are harrase me " at my every call they are answer me the same line "aap nishint rahe aapko call jaroor ayegi"but till the date no reply plz checkout my complaint

          Dear shop cj team,


          I ordered urban style polo tshirt/ half sleeves around 6th may. Product delivered to me on 13 may 2016.

          I request replacement of order for size from xl to xxl on same date 13 may 2016.


          I called your customer care number almost 10 times but no response from there side, always same answers like your product will be picked in next 2-3 working days etc. All fake promises.


          This is problem on your end, that the product is not getting collected from me for replacement on time even after i had paid my money in cod at the time of delivery. Xpressbees-the courier service didn't had any problem while delivering the product but now when its time for replacement problem are created on your side (As per telephonic discussion with shop cj customer care). I receive messages from xpressbees for pick up attempt from 17 may 2016 but it is not yet collected from me. Does it really take almost a month to pick up the product.


          If you don't want to pick up product then it is ok, but i want my new product on the priority.


          Hope you understand the problem on work to resolve asap.


          Please do not urge me to go to consumer forum here. Such money laundering is not acceptable from firm such as shop cj.

            I am very annoyed of shopcj...a boy named vinay abused me on call in marathi " hechya aichi gand ha phone thevat nai"
            Which is very shame full for the company..and I am gonna lodge a complaint against shop cj for this disgusting behaviour..even I have the recording with me where clearly I can here the abusive language. ..shame on shop cj..if people like this will work in your organisation then its a disgrace to yor company. .

                We had ordered a parcel of Reebok shoes and 6-7 other items along with it from shop cj. We recieved the parcel in 3-4 days on time... however the shoes and slippers happened to be a bit larger in size.We called the shop cj customer care and called for a return of those 2 items... within 4 days we got a parcel but with the wrong items instead of shoes and slippers, we rcvd shoes and sandals. We were compelled to launch a complain once again and that's when the problems began. We waited for 7 days and then began calling the numbers given, each time a different person would pick up and we would have to narrate the entire story again, over 3 weeks have passed and we have still not rcvd our parcel, every 3- 4 days we call them narrate the problem to a new person and the only response we get is that a complaint is launched... Some of the employees were Manoj (today), biren, tejas, etc. now we are sick and frustarted of this, now when we called they tell us that it will be delivered soon, we had expected better from such a known company. Every time we call all we get are new numbers, they ask us to call someone who again asks us to call someone else, at this time... even if we cancel the order.. we doubt they will come to pick it up before 1 month, to return the entire parcel for an error in 2 items is pointless... the order no. [protected]. The last complaint was registered on 17th may and still no parcel rcvd. We are sick, tired and frustrated of this. We hope to see our return corrected parcel soon. The shipment is being delivered by ARAMEX with docket no. [protected]. Shop cj has proved itself to be a pathetic company that is acting way below expectations, I wonder how the company has been working with such disgusting customer service. This is the last time we ever order from shop cj but want this order to be completed successfully. Shop cj has proved to be a headache and waste of time and money. I hope the strictest of the strictest action is taken against the pathetic lousy useless company. If we do not recieve the parcel soon, we will be left with no option but to go to the media regarding this.

                  The above order was delivered on 26-march-2016. How ever as we have not received complete order mentioned in the advertisement, we have called to customer care and raised a complaint.

                  On 11-apr-2016, delivery boy picked all the items that we recevied on 26-march-2016.
                  As we have not received any update from support teams, we have called to customer care on 13-apr-2016 and customer care execute updated that they will resend the order with all items as mentioned in the advertisement.

                  As we have not received any update even after complaining on 13-apr-2016, so, we have requested for cancelling the order on 15-apr-2016 and we have received the status update stating "order successfully cancelled and we will communicate within 24hrs" on the registered mobile number but the order number that we have received on mobile is not matching with our order number. (Order no:[protected])


                  From 15-apr-2016, we are continuously checking with customer care executives but none responding positively and more over they are talking rudely.

                  Below are the customer care executive names to whom we spoke till today.

                  Mukesh - updated he will not answer our calls from next time.
                  Kabir - kept phone on hold and was celebrating b'd party (He forgot to mute the phone)
                  Srikanth - spoke rudely when asked for the status of the cancelation order.
                  Rizwan - updated that they will get back to us in 2days as the complaint was raised.
                  Venkatesh - updated he will update in 4 days and spoke rudely.
                  Asif - updated they will get back to us on 4 days.
                  Yasin - updated they will get back to us on 4 days.
                  Ambica - updated our order was closed without resolving the issue. When asked for the action taken their is no answer.
                  Yousuf - updated us to send an email to support team as our order was getting delayed.

                  Upon requesting to transfer the call to senior executives when on-call with below representatives, none of them picked the call even after 30mins on hold.

                    I've booked electrolux microwave oven 20ltr in the discount price (Rs, 980/-) shown in your website of shop cj in 02.06.2016. The order booking no. Is [protected]. The product was not delivered rather the order was cancelled.

                    When enquired in phone, i was intimated that as i have not selected the product with gift item, the order was cancelled and the product could not be delivered.

                    It is my complaint that i have booked the order as per items shown in the website. When, booked, the order was cancelled as the price is low.

                    It is clear that there is cheating to the customers.

                    It is requested that the product may please be delivered at the earliest in the same price i. E, rs, 980/-, without cheating to the customers.

                      Hello,

                      I ordered ILO kit (kitchen set) from shopcj.com dated "27 Nov 2015" worth 1099/- and they sent me vlcc kit (cosmetic item)

                      After complaining about this multiple time through their customer care. They took request but did nothing. I am really disappointed with this.

                      I lost my full money. I do not need vlcc kit.

                        This is very bad experience of my life that i have ordered an online purchase from fake company shop cj. My order no is[protected]
                        Very poor service. Request registered on 18th, but product not pickked for return till date. After calling customer care he give suggestion only that product will be picked till 29th anyhow because it will take maximum 10 days.
                        Today again I call to your customer care and talked with Mr Anurag. Again he registered my complaint and told your product will pickked till tomorrow but has not provide any complain number and refuse to forward my call to their supervisor.

                        i would like to inform you that if the product will not picked by tommorow then I will complaint case in Consumer Court against Shop Cj.

But which quality product i expected that correct matarial i will not getit.                             I recieved my order which consist of 3 T-shirts from shop cj on 2nd of may, I was not satisfied with the product and informed them on the same day but the representative came to collect the product on 17th of may which is 15 days later..till date i din't recieve my refund..i have called them several times but there is no proper response..i need a soution to get back my refund amount and i also request people not to use shopcj which the worst online shop ever i have used..

                              I ordered a roti maker worth 919rs it was delivered but it didn't had an accessory so I returned it bak now it's over 1mnth and it has not been delivered ihv called customer care over 25times but no response has been given, It's was cash on delivery so I paid them 919rs and niether money is refunded.Fake response r given by them dat we will make sure u get it etc...moreover over 100rs balance has been wasted by me over them...plz see after it as soon as possible.

                                We have ordered set of bedsheets and towel with order ID [protected].as we were not satisfied with the product same is returned via courier dated 21/05/2016.
                                Till date we have not received any call to inquire our account details for money refund nor we are getting satisfactory revert from the call centre.
                                Kindly arrange to refund our money asap.

Wo 30may ko ane vala tha or 30may ko mujhe delay ka msg aya to mene shopcj me call kiya aur ye baat ki... Phir unhone tezi se mujhe product dene k liye mujhe lloyd ls13a3x split ac bhej diya... Mujhe tabhi pataa chal gaya par mene kahaa koi baat nahi, to mene uske 1500/rs deke use install karvaya...Install kame k baad jab lloyd k aadmiyo ne use chalu kiya to bahut jor se aawaz ane lagi... Mujhe lloyd walo ne kahaa k ye air compressor (Outdoor unit) to kharaab hain... To mene kahaa lloyd ki warranty he ise thik kardo, to unhone kahaa ke online mangvaye products ki hum warranty nahi dete... Mene shop cj me complain ki to wo kehte k hain k hum call karenge lekin abhi tak call nahi aaya... Mujhe ya to air compressor replace kardo ya warranty me thik kardo varna me graahak surksha me jaaunga...

                                    I would like to share about my new intex mobile phone problem and this phone has received yesterday and Pls find some important issue concerning this phone

                                    1.- this phone touch is not working properly.

                                      Is quite shocking that you have not still delivered the cooler despite assurance even after reminding you you have ststed that the article will be delivered with in 4 working days which again lapsed 4 days back
                                      This lapse is similar to amazon which promissed delivery to all those few months back in explosive scale.
                                      I think i need an urgent erply by phone by 1/6/16lest we in the tweeter exchange pleasantaries in face book and tweeter.

                                        I ordered " timbre po6 cotton leggings ", the quality of the was not much good as you are showing on the show. It was like its ok not bad type. The product fisrt delivered "S" size and second time "XL" but i ordered for "XXL" and this time i complained for moneyback which is not happend till now . I ordered leggings on 25th march after 2 time deliverys the product came to me on 25th april from that day to today i called your customercare for so many times but noting is happend in the process . Sometimes the executives who are attending the call were not even registering the complaint too, such a worst experince i had with shopcj shopping till now in this case .I emaild about the problem many times to your channels email-id i.e customercare even from i'm not getting any reply from them for atleast 1 email .
