I have ordered a mini silai machine as on 18 may 2016 from shop cj they took atlest 12days to delivered as they have don't option of cancellation of product in their website even the courier which they booked was tortured at time delivering courier person embaras me shouted on me very rude behaviour gati.express ne of courier please sue such courier servicesmy name is prantick gosh want to file complain against gati and shop cj for carelessness..

    jab ye product mene oder kiya so i happy but jo show me free product dikha rhe the vo delivery ke time ghar par nahi aaye complent karwane par product pak karwadiya gya or 18 tarik ko picup krwa liya .. or shope cj ne bola ki 7 to 8 day's me aapke pass aapka product aapke paas aa jayga but today date is 30/5/16.abhi tak na hi koi call aai naa koi is product ke regarding koi mgs.picup ke 10din bad mene call kiya ki tina delay hogya so aap mujhe refund kar dijiye to vha se bola jata he ki hume aapka product abhi recwed nahi hua he jab hojayga tab aapko call aayga .jab ki jis coriyar dwara mera product picup hua tha unse connform karke pta chala ki unhone shopcj ko mera produt 20 -5-16 ko hi bhijwa diya he but shope cj se aaj tak koi informeshion nahi mil rhi na hi mere pise wapis mil rhe he .

        Worst experience I ever had with online shopping, I had ordered a makeup kit and the time when I got the delivery it's was damaged and of low quality. Worst customer care executive as they force us first to all to keep the product by convincing us and very slow process of taking down the complain as after 2 days I have received a call of returning the product but now it's been more than a week their is no msg or mail or call from any of their executive. Also even if they collect the product from me I dnt fink so their is guarantee of my refund

          To whom it may concern,

          I've been receiving promotional and or offer SMS every single day from ShopCJ even after reporting this issue to the customer care. The person I talked to (unfortunately I don't remember his name) agreed that he will disable this for my number, which obviously he didn't. Even after a week of addressing this issue, no initiative has been taken to solve the problem. Kindly do the needful to stop this nonsense. I'm at my wits' end. Any help in resolving this issue is much appreciated.

          I made this purchase a long time back and that too over phone. Saw your ad on TV and called on the given number to place the order. So I don't have any order details. I never opened an account in your website either, but I suppose you guys did that for me. I'm trying to login but no use since I have no password and the "forgot password" option is useless in your website. Tried three times and it did send me a new RESET password but I could not reset my password with it. Find below my username I received via SMS while trying to reset my password.             I have ordered mobile from shopcj. First they said the product will be delivered in 3 to 5 working days. After i made the payment through credit card. It was shipped after 1 day. Now it has been 7 days i am unable to get the delivery. They are providing the courier waybill number or reference number they blindly saying "you will get product". I had called them 40 to 50 times and given complaint but they din't resolve it. They din't even where the package is.
            I am very much frustrated now.

              The product contained a eye liner which had leaked and because of which all the items in the box had turned black. So we placed a complaint and they told we will exchange. It's been a month they haven't sent the exchange order nor they want to return my money. I have the receipt the courier person gave me while he took the defective order.
              We have called and mailed them also but they just say we will call you back in 2 days but they never call nor they reply.

              I had got a call on 27th May and they said we will track it and let you know about your package number.
              I had also given them the AWB number but still there is no response. I simply suggested them if they cant deliver the product, refund me the money i don't need the product. But they said give us 48 hours we will look into it.
              Is it so difficult for you to track a simple order and update the status? Does it really takes 48 hours to just track a product?
              Really poor management from Shop CJ.

                I ordered for Ambrane AQ880 tablet on 28 th April 2016 through the order number [protected] in shopcj network and I received the item on 01st May 2016. After opening, I understand, I received a wrong and used product. I contacted customer care and back end team asked to me to upload the images. After verified the images they raised a return request and item picked back on 11th May 2016 and the backend team informed, I will get the new item.

                As of today, I didn't received the item and I am following up the customer care through calls/mails, no body is responding. The customer care team is informing the item is out of stock and will be delivered when it is available.

                So, I raised for a refund, because I don't know, when the item will be received, but no body is responding.

                Hi,

                Again I received an used product on May 27 and I called customer care and asked for a return of the product and refund the money. As of today, no body came to pickup the product and I am not sure, when I will get the refund?

                I am making lot of calls and sending mails to shopcj network. No body bothered about the calls/mails.

                Please resolve the issue as soon as possible.

                  We purchased an electolux oven through shop cj
                  When the product is delivered two things belonging to the oven i.e., glass turn table and warranty card cum user manual are missing which are part of the order.
                  We called and booked complaint many times and it has almost been a month but no response.
                  The customer care executives are really worst in communication they doesn't know wat they are telling and referring to...
                  Each one says Onething. They said they will exchange the product and give everything new and some said they will send the missing products.

When i will receive my product me will not pay shipping charges .i want my parcel within 2 days .Many time i called your center every time they logged the complaint and there is no solution still .sometime some your executive called said you had cancelled the ordered but my knowledge i had not cancelled my ordered then say ok we will arrange your orderd withot fail you will receive with in 4 days .                           I will not pay shipping charges other wise i will go consumer court for that kind of your Errasment ..Be noted i will not pay any shipping charges and no body dare to say about shipping charges ..

                              The product mentioned above is collected by us on 5 may 2016. It was a set of 3 dress materials. One of it was damage so we registered a complaint for reverse picking it. Now, the condition is that your men has collected that above mentioned product on 9 may 2016. Now today's date is 20 may 2016. The process is of 7 days. But til now, we had not received that product. So, if it will not come in 2 days. We will take legal action towards it and also give our review in newspapers for the awareness of consumers.

                              The product mentioned above is collected by us on 5 may 2016. It was a set of 3 dress materials. One of it was damage so we registered a complaint for reverse picking it. Now, the condition is that your men has collected that above mentioned product on 9 may 2016. Now today's date is 20 may 2016. The process is of 7 days. But til now, we had not received that product. So, if it will not come in 2 days. We will take legal action towards it and also give our review in newspapers for the awareness of consumers.

                                Order no [protected]

                                Incorrect bangles size was sent. The product was picked up for replacement on 21st april. We have neither received replacemmt nor refund until now.

                                The customer care rep rechecked the order and confirmed that incorrect size was sent and in later calls another rep said replacement wouldn't be possible as the order was delivered correctly.

                                We have called customer care at least 10-15 times. Each time they say they have noted the problem and we'l receive the replacement soon or they hang up.

                                There seems to be a serious issue with this site. Lot of online reviews also complain that they have had similar issues and they did not receive refunds.

                                  On 26 april 16 i ordered reebok combo option 3, which include total nine products, after two days i received my order and eight of them are ok but my reebok shoes colour is not as per my order, i choose black and blue and they send me white and blue, when i contact to customer care they told me product is as per order, even in my bill it's clearly showed i ordered black and blue...

                                  Even after they not properly replied my mails and call... I'm completely disappointed... Now i never shoped from shop cj and also tell everyone to not buy it from this site... You are fraud shop cj

                                      I have placed an order for NIKON COOLPIX P610 CAMERA on 27thApril, 2016.Order no.[protected].Subsequently payment was made for the order through net banking. As per their terms and conditions, order should be deliver witin 5 to 10 days.To day is 16th of May 2016.But not yet order is delivered .So many time I have contacted with their customer care team. Every time they told witin 24 hours they will call me back.But they never called me back except one single day.Still today they could not solve the issue. I sent two e-mail regarding this issue.
