I ordered for Ambrane AQ880 tablet on 28 th April 2016 through the order number [protected] in shopcj network and I received the item on 01st May 2016. After opening, I understand, I received a wrong and used product. I contacted customer care and back end team asked to me to upload the images. After verified the images they raised a return request and item picked back on 11th May 2016 and the backend team informed, I will get the new item.
As of today, I didn't received the item and I am following up the customer care through calls/mails, no body is responding. The customer care team is informing the item is out of stock and will be delivered when it is available.
So, I raised for a refund, because I don't know, when the item will be received, but no body is responding.
