I had ordered a Sunflame glass top 4 burner gas stove and the same was delievered to me 15.3.16. (order no. [protected])
In this context it is informed that with my said order there was two gift one is chef master 8 pcs non-stick cookware set and second joyo microwave round dinner set 16 pcs set had to be delievered with gas stove.
But it is very sad to inform you that my second gift joyo microwave round dinner set 16 pcs set has not yet been delievered to me.
I had already lodged a complaint on 15.3.16 and in response to my complaint a message from your side sent to me on 17.03.16 that my order will reach in 4 working days.
Now It is more than one month passed, but my gift is not despatched to me. I made almost 4-5 calls during one month to your customer call center and all the time it is said to me that my order will reach me within one week. Most of time your executive transferred my call to their senior, but no one picked my call. I am getting fed up now and feeling cheated myself why i had purchased online goods from your website. I am your old customer as you can view my purchase history. kindly do the needful.

    I have purchased a dinner set from shopCJ on 26th Nov.

    The product was damaged at the time I received so I returned the product as it is. The docket number for the returned item is :[protected].

    I want the refund ASAP. I have been calling & mailing customer support team since five months now every time they say the team will call you in 2 days for my account details for refund, but till today I am waiting for such call from them.

    Looking forward complaint to be solved ASAP.

        Dear concern,
        I bought vego atom air-cooler from shop cj which i received on 14th april. I have already requested shop cj team to register me for demo of the unit. He accepted my request & registered me with the same. On 16th april, again i called at vego customer care & informed them that your executive haven't visited my place for demo. The executive at vego company assured me that the executive will come within 3-4 hours on the same day. I neither got call confirmation nor i got any demo at my place.
        I haven't received demo for the air cooler till the date.
        Shop cj is not responding to my complaint from the very first day to till the date. Now i want to return this product to shop cj back for such kind of worst service they are providing.
        I have refereed shop cj return policy in which they have mentioned that product can be return within 2 days & also if product got damaged or delivered wrong. I know that my case is different from their policy but i want some remuneration or regret from shop cj for such kind of pathetic service & telephonic response. Since they are not responding, my only hopes with you for this issue.

            I ordered wrong product by mistake, then after 5 minute placed order i cancelled the order, after that day i called shop cj costumer care executive many times but nobody gave me a satisfactory answer that whenever amount will be recieved, they said me that you will be recieve a confirmation call after 48 hours but todays 11 days gone but i din't receive any call. I am able to understand that now what can i do for my refund amount, sho cj refund policy totally worst.

              Respected sir,

              I had purchased a product with bill number[protected] but the product which I received are not made of cotton. They are of polycotton. Sir, I dont want polycotton products, so I want to return them. When I talked with the CCE, he told me that you can return the product if you did not like it, but when I called them for exchange or return after checking the product they are saying we will not replace it. Please look into the matter and resolve my query.

                After being mentally harassed by your executives and customer relationship team for 8 days, i am finally writing this.

                We saw an advertisement on tv of a set of 5 kurtis [green, pink, black, beige and blue in colour] on 7 april, 2016 in the evening around 6-6:30 pm. We called up to order, while the person was taking the details, he said that the size we wanted to order was no more in stock and we should try the next day. We called up the next day in the afternoon and placed the order, after confirming the colours of the five kurtis that were being displayed on the tv that evening. I further told the lady [ms. Kavita] that i am talking about the kurtis that were being advertised the evening earlier and not any other suit or dresses, she reassured that she understood which set am i talking about and placed the order.

                We received the order 3 days later on monday 11/04/2016 and in around 4:30-5:00 pm, we complained about receiving the wrong set of kurtis. The kurtis were of different design, colour, pattern. We complained about the issue the same day, and were assured a call from the back end team within 24 hours. We didn't receive any call from the team. When we called at the shop cj customer care number to enquire that we have yet not received a call from the team, we got a reply the our complaint was wrongly written as a case of dislike and therefore we wouldn't get a call from the backend team. So we had to again lodge a complaint on 12/04/2016 in the evening. Again we were assured a call in the next 24 hours. We missed a call the next day and then called back to talk to the team. We were again asked to wait for 24 hours.

                The back end team then didn't call back at all till 15th and then we talked to one the of the senior at shop cj, mr. Apoorva. After listening to our plea, he checked the details of the timings and the advertisement that i referred to while placing the order and confirmed that my issue shall be handled and the product shall be replaced by the next day or maximum by 2 days.

                The next day on 16/04/2016, we receive a call from mr. Rahul sharma, backend department, he says that your product wouldn't be replaced as it is the same product that you have ordered. On telling him about the conversation that we had the day earlier with apoorva, he said he'd listen to that call and call back in 5 minutes and he did call back and then after explaining him the inconvenience we were facing due to this lingering on process, he said that the product would get replaced maximum by 7 pm on monday.

                After a little time, we again receive a call from another executive of the same department who says that the product wouldn't be replaced. We again explained him the entire story.

                Today, when we called back to know the status of the resolution, we were informed that the remark mentioned against the complaint by the back end team is that the kurtis we got were what we ordered and would not be replaced.

                We aren't getting to talk to any of the senior personnel, nobody is responding to our calls.

                This is highly disappointing at the part of such a huge organization to have such weak internal co-ordination and customer relationship services. We are extremely unhappy and harassed. We do intend to take the matter to the consumer forum, that's the last resort we see now.

                The amount is still with shop cj, i have a wrong product and the kurtis are yet not replaced and we still didn't get any call from the backend team.

                We would like to receive the recording of the call conversation that we had on 15th and 16th of april, 2016 with the personnel of shopcj.

                We were a loyal customer of shop cj, from gas stove to the microwave to the utensils at our house, we have ordered everything from your organization. But we are extremely annoyed by the kind of experience that we have been served. I ordered the kurtis to take it along for an outstation trip that we were leaving for today and now i had to purchase more clothes.

                We have lost all our patience to handle any more of this disorganized and non-coordinated internal procedure of shop cj. Kindly look into the matter asap.

                  I have order the vacuum cleaner “euro litevac” from shop cj.
                  Details of the purchased prodct is as under:-

                  Status: ordered product is not working properly and having following issues:-
                  1. Vacuum cleaner is not functioning and not able to suck dust.
                  2. Within few seconds, its motor gets heat up. Motor is so heated that it may catch fire i[censored]sed for 10-20 mins..
                  3. The plastic around motor is deforming.
                  Overall a bad piece was delivered at my place.

                  No response received except to contact costumer care of 'eureka forbes'. No follow up after that.

                    This is my 2nd Complaint to your Organisation.

                    I have raised a Complaint earlier in the morning. Order # [protected].

                    I received a call for one of your complaints representative named Rahul Kumar from Bangalore from [protected]. The Representative a very rude, he abused me on a call and I was speaking to him and he disconnected the call stating that he is not getting any response. The Representative also stated that He will do something wrong to me if I further escalate this complaint to me. I am going to file a police complaint against your organisation and If something happened to me your organisation will be responsible.

                      To whom is may concern

                      I balwinder singh order no.# [protected] placed the order for 18 pieces jewellery in the month of january for rs. 1348/-. We received the damaged product and i requested for the replacement, i received the 2nd order on 16th feb'2016 and the very same day i called the customer service department as the 2nd order which i received was also damaged and requested to get the order picked and also requested to return the money.

                      My mother has called approximately 50 times but every time she was told that the pickup boy will be at our door step in next 2-3 days.

                      Its been 3 months and no one has come to pick the damaged product. I had the worst experience with your company and i ensure that i will never promote your company and also i will have to take a legal action against your company for the harassment they have given to my mother and also i need the compensation for this trouble. If i did not receive any call back on my number ([protected]) within 24 hours then i will have to take necessary actions against your company.

                        Ordered super spun bedsheets on 10 april (Pack of 5 bedsheets + 3 free bedsheets) and received the order ([protected]) on 13 april. But only 5 bedsheets were delivered. Immediately called customer care but the customer call service is pathetic. They don't know any details, one person said rhat there were no free bedsheets with this deal and when i said that i confirmed while ordering then they agreed to log a complaint. Now i'm calling daily to get status of my complaint and sometimes the customer care executive is not able to see any order of bedsheets from my account in their system and others said that we called you but you didn't receive call. Bhai how can i receive a call which didn't reach me at all. Can somebody let me know when i'll receive remaining 3 bedsheets??

                          I had placed an order for colours of rajasthan on 12/04/16 on the app and processed the payment in full. However the oder was placed for an incorrect size. I called the customer service to get it fixed and seems like that was my biggest mistake. Instead of changing the size the representative Omkar Gawde cancelled the order completely and created a new order of the order with cash on delivery option. Which was realised when the delivery guy came. So right now shop cj has my money, have not given me the prouct yet and are expecting me to pay for the product which i have already made a payment for. Though their app clearly states payemnt received. Order no[protected]. To top it all i have received pathetic service from their agents on the phone.. I spent two hours trying to sort out the issue, but in vain. Many reps lik Shakir, Ashwin kept me on long holds and hung up. Totally disappointed with the service.

                            Hello iam p.lakshmi from kakinada, i book prestige 4 burner gas stove 3 months back, still i have not receive invoice bill from you as well as iam book prestige champ mixer 20 days back-now it is not working, because of duplicate, even service centres also cant take my products for repairs because of no invoice bills for two products.iam fully unsatisfied with your products, even your customer cares also neglect my complaints from 4 days, they dont send the invoice bills for these products.shop cj products are fake and duplicate products, even customer services and service centers also neglecting customer complaints.shop cj cheat me with this fake products.so please send me the invoice bills to my email id for those products for requirment of repairs.

                                  I once made big mistake by purchasing food processing device from STAR CJ. Deal was quite successful and was satisfied, but from then onwards i keep receiving uncalled promotional messages on my mobile. I turned off the notification in my profile at your site www.starcj.com but of no use. I unregistered myself from your site realising my mistake having dealt with you but unfortunately it is still continuing. My mobile number is registered under DND category but still i keep receiving SMS from you which shows your disrespect to us(Customers). Your unethical promotion has developed hatred in our mind and you compelled us to take stern decision for not dealing in future with you. Please stop sending these JUNK Messages on my said number or I will be compelled to take serious action against you. Have some morals and respect your customer privacy. Hope you will learn something if you company is not run by nuts and bolt

                                      Just a day after I got your product I called up customer services to return it because the quality was not up to the mark and the jeggings is paper thin.While ordering the product I asked your employee twice if I could return it and get my refund and she said yes it is with this garuntee that I purchased the jeggings. today when I called up your services they refused to take back the product. this is completely wrong on your part I asked to speak to the manager and he told me that he has written down my complaint and will call me I still haven't received the call. please look into this matter as soon as possible . I didn't even receive the gift voucher that was supposed to come along with it

                                        I am complaining in ur site that i hace ordered a genie pants in u channel shop cj the size of XL so u send a order in size L then we have launced the complaint in ur showing tv phone no. then i requested to change my size then ur shipping incharge told today he said it will not replace this order.

                                        You told in ur t.v. that you will replace the products if correct product is not comes to u then u said in the t.v. that it will change within 48 hrs.

                                        But department of product sending is not good nd it truely cheated and it defame the shop cj channel were product re not return when we call them to replace it they not receiving the calls they totally ignore the customers restrically say that the product will be not change.

                                        This is pertaining to the Defective Product Received from your End.

                                        Details as furnished below.

                                        The above furnished details are of my booking of Product Smart Calling Tab, Which On receipt found heavy scratch on Screen, Also the The screen Images are very Negligible, Its contrast are too low which are not Visible, I tried to Adjust the Contrast, But seems to be not changing, Also I had finger prints on the Mobile which were clearly Visible & dust accumulated.

                                        I cleaned it myself with an Dry cotton cloth.

                                        It was so surprising to have such a defective product in hand, At once I called up on Number - [protected], Where my complaint was Booked.

                                        Note : While even booking on Product, I have clearly Instructed that my earlier Number - [protected] is registered since I have purchased an 5.1, Now the Since the Number is not in Active, pls Note my New Number : [protected].where they said ok sir, You may Receive a call on the alternative Number & we have registered it.

                                        But surprisingly Nothing Happened on the Next Day, Again I called on the same Number on Dated : 15.04.2016, But The answer was the same that they had called me on the number [protected] which is non Active, Again I narrated my story.He promised you will surely get an call tomorrow.

                                        But in Vain Nothing Happens - Again the same answers are repeated on Calling Nothing is happening.

                                        Even today I had called up In agony & pain to hear the same Answers, Nearly about 20 Times a day I call them to find the same Answer.

                                        It is now to an height with the patience, now the ultimate is 24 hours from Now, Or I would press my comments about the fraud which " SHOPJ " is doing with customer sending the repaired product against the booking for New & lot more...The Experience is too worse.

                                        And also would approach consumer forum, If my case is not taken care within 24 hours from Now.


                                        It was very pathetic to see after paying an Amount, you get an repaired /Used product, Even I'm from Hitachi Home & Life solutions, I'm working as an Branch service Manager.I knew how to service a customer when he receives a defective product.

                                        We take Immediate actions on the same & the product is replaced with the fresh unit delivered at the customers step the next Day, or Refund him with DD.
