The above furnished details are of my booking of product smart calling tab, which on receipt found heavy scratch on screen, also the the screen images are very negligible, its contrast are too low which are not visible, i tried to adjust the contrast, but seems to be not changing, also i had finger prints on the mobile which were clearly visible & dust accumulated.
I cleaned it myself with an dry cotton cloth.
It was so surprising to have such a defective product in hand, at once i called up on number - [protected], where my complaint was booked.
Note : while even booking on product, i have clearly instructed that my earlier number - [protected] is registered since i have purchased an 5.1, now the since the number is not in active, pls note my new number : [protected]. Where they said ok sir, you may receive a call on the alternative number & we have registered it.
But surprisingly nothing happened on the next day, again i called on the same number on dated : 15.04.2016, but the answer was the same that they had called me on the number [protected] which is non active, again i narrated my story. He promised you will surely get an call tomorrow.
But in vain nothing happens - again the same answers are repeated on calling nothing is happening.
Even today i had called up in agony & pain to hear the same answers, nearly about 20 times a day i call them to find the same answer.
It is now to an height with the patience, now the ultimate is 24 hours from now, or i would press my comments about the fraud which " shopcj " is doing with customer sending the repaired product against the booking for new & lot more... The experience is too worse.
And also would approach consumer forum, if my case is not taken care within 24 hours from now.
It was very pathetic to see after paying an amount, you get an repaired /used product, even im from hitachi home & life solutions, iam working as an branch service manager. I knew how to service a customer when he receives a defective product.
We take immediate actions on the same & the product is replaced with the fresh unit delivered at the customers step the next day, or refund him with dd.
