I have purchase jwellary product from shop cj . But that was in dameged condition. I returned that product on 25th Feb. But you don't send me my refund. I am very dissapointed from your service. You don't give me properly response. Plz give my refund earlier otherwise I complait a case against shopcj. My phone no. [protected] plz give my refund earlier. I request you. I hope you give me responce earlier.

    This is pertaining to the defective product received from your end.

    Details as furnished below.

    Bill number[protected].
    Dated - 14/04/2016.

    The above furnished details are of my booking of product smart calling tab, which on receipt found heavy scratch on screen, also the the screen images are very negligible, its contrast are too low which are not visible, i tried to adjust the contrast, but seems to be not changing, also i had finger prints on the mobile which were clearly visible & dust accumulated.

    I cleaned it myself with an dry cotton cloth.

    It was so surprising to have such a defective product in hand, at once i called up on number - [protected], where my complaint was booked.

    Note : while even booking on product, i have clearly instructed that my earlier number - [protected] is registered since i have purchased an 5.1, now the since the number is not in active, pls note my new number : [protected]. Where they said ok sir, you may receive a call on the alternative number & we have registered it.

    But surprisingly nothing happened on the next day, again i called on the same number on dated : 15.04.2016, but the answer was the same that they had called me on the number [protected] which is non active, again i narrated my story. He promised you will surely get an call tomorrow.

    But in vain nothing happens - again the same answers are repeated on calling nothing is happening.

    Even today i had called up in agony & pain to hear the same answers, nearly about 20 times a day i call them to find the same answer.

    It is now to an height with the patience, now the ultimate is 24 hours from now, or i would press my comments about the fraud which " shopcj " is doing with customer sending the repaired product against the booking for new & lot more... The experience is too worse.

    And also would approach consumer forum, if my case is not taken care within 24 hours from now.


    It was very pathetic to see after paying an amount, you get an repaired /used product, even im from hitachi home & life solutions, iam working as an branch service manager. I knew how to service a customer when he receives a defective product.

    We take immediate actions on the same & the product is replaced with the fresh unit delivered at the customers step the next day, or refund him with dd.

      i received a prestige juicer mixer grinder Shop cj se on 18/04/2016 approx time 5:30. us product ko electric plug karne par bhi uski moter work nhi kr rahi thi. that's why on 19/4/2016 main sgop cj main complain karwai for the exchange of product after 5 days muje 1new product receive hua jese main courier man ke samne hi open kia or electric plug kia but woh bhi working condition may nahi tha. main ussi time shop cj par call kia or executive ke kehne par hi main woh product wapas return kar dia. but still my problem is same bcoz abhi tak muje mera product in working condition receive nhi hua hai please pick karwa lijie apna kharab juier mixer grinder or muje new working condition may prestige juicer mixer grinder de dijie . now i want a new prestige juicer mixer grinder or my money back .Bcoz now i can't tolerate this more.from 19/04/2016 till date 02/05/2016 main roj call karti hu but every executive tell me to wait

        I had ordered 2 in 1 slim and beauty fitness massager from shop cj from tv.The number on which i placed the order is[protected].The order number of the product is [protected].I placed that order on april 22 from my mobile phone.On april 25 i get my product at 1:00pm.I checked it and it doesn't worked so i called on the same number for the complaint regarding it but they give me another number of the head branch of company in mumbai so i called on that number and they told me to inform shopcj that it's a defective product and they will help further.Afterwards i called them many times they asks same questions what is the problem, which product, we are placing your complaint but no action is taken about it.It's really very bad & poor service.On tv they are showing that the product have 6 months warranty so they should replace it or refund me as soon as possible but no action is taken by them until today i.E.May 2, 8 days after i complained and they are not doing anything about it.

        Shop CJ called me after getting ng the complaint and they added Shop CJ points in my acct from which they ordered other same product and replaced my previous product.Shop CJ called me every two days giving the updates of steps taken to help me out and finally today my product get replaced.Thanks to consumer complaints.in for helping me out solving the issue.

          Hi, I am mailing this complaint after not getting any response from shop Cj they actually delivered a wrong product for which I paid 2200rs and when I called their customer service centre they just every time tell me that it's in process.             I had ordered Wonderchef Nutriblend set from Shop CJ on March 24th, 2016. They delivered a damaged product on 8th April. After several complaints, the reverse pick up happened on 12th April and the shop cj team promised that the product would be delivered on 22nd April. After repeated complaint calls nor the customer service team is giving me a clarity on the product delivery status nor, they have followed up on our complaint regarding this unprofessional service. I have already paid money for this product and they are not even ready to refund the amount. My order number is same as complaint number

              Shop cj are making fool of clients. Me have order a microne tandor frm shop cj on 19th april 2016 n me have got the delivery on 22nd april n the product they deliver was damage and me have contacted them again n they replace the product on 25th april but again the product was not in working condition me again contact them to refund my money and they said within 2 days action will be taken but no action has been taken me trying to contact but they are simply giving me excuses and now the limit has been crossed. They just know how to grab money from the consumer. Me have register my complain ample number of times regarding my money refund n they haven't refund till yet. Please it's my earnest request to look into the matter and revert me back as soon as possible.

                  Myself mayur randhir and i had online order one sonata women watch on 7. 4. 16, in this trasaction i had used my star cj point and balance amt. Rs. 102/- pay through online...
                  After 7-8 days when i cheched for delivery status it shows cancel-payment returned... But no payment actually...
                  On 18. 4. 16 i had call to shopcj customer care and they told me that your shipment is damaged in transist so pls order once again and pay balace payment rs. 102/- and your previous payment will be credit to your account within three days...
                  I had made a new order on 18. 4. 16, but still no product rec, no payment rec, and customer care guys are told that we are not able to do about your case and check online to resolve your issue...

                    I have ordered diamond (Jewellery) lottery by glowria on 16 mar 2016 and got product delivery on 21 mar 2016, it was a damage item and different from what i haveseen on the television. I have raise complain on the same day. And customer care executive promised me that complaint department will call me in 48 hours, but no call came at all. Then again i called shop cj around 5 to 6 times, they says the same all the time and finally i got a call on 13 april 2016, the executive asked me all the queries and told that product will be picked from my home within 7 days and i will get call. But from that day since today no one came and no call came. Now again i have to call shop cj and they says, i have taken your complaint within 24 hours you will get call from our side. Every time they are doing false promise that your damage product will be picked. Please find product details below :-

                        My order no: [protected] which i ordered on date:03/03/2016 had 3 missing items:
                        1. Item code 147828 provogue sneakers- size 9
                        2. Item code 155565 toreto traveller scarf
                        3. Item code 148905 marco wayfarer mens sunglasses.

                        After giving 4 complaints, numerous calls, still the items have not been delivered and its very disappointing even after waiting for almost 2 months. Please take necessary action.

                        This was my first time that i ordered from starcj and it was a very bad experience. It was waste of money and time. I am unsatisfied with the whole procedure and would like you take strict action. I am never going to order from starcj ever again.

                            Product faulty need refund
                            I had ordered rumaani jewellery by glowria on 14-apr-16 as per ord no. [protected]. The same was delivered on 20-apr-16.
                            However, the set delivered had one chain missing and one bangle damaged.
                            Complaint of the same was given on 20-apr-16. Till 25-apr-16 no one came to pickup the same and on 26-apr-16 pickup person came with wrong order number. As i required the product to gift someone by 27-apr-16, it is not o[censored]se for me even if it is taken for replacement by shop cj.
                            The call centers of shop cj are ridiculous in taking complaints.
                            I demand refund of amount of rs. 1098/- from shop cj and once i get my refund money i will return back the item ordered as per above order.

                              I have ordered the product on 12th of march, so far i have not recieved the product. on 17th march i recieved stating an apology for the delay & i had been told it will be delivered within 4 days.on 6th april i called again at that time they told me the reasonfor the delay was festive season and assured me that it reachwithin 7 working days so i kept calm waited patiently for the product till 23th april. the docut number given to was invalid no, so that proves to be fake number .on 25th april i called again to know the actual status the product when they asked me to cancel the order but refused to do so.On the same day i recieve a message which stated [ your order is cancelled as per your request], but i never asked them to cancel it.On same day at 11.03 pm i got another message stating that they have placed order for the same product in other order number[ [protected]] with different prize of Rs.1647.Now the question is first of all my order has been cancelled without my knowledge &top of that a new order has been placed.The next day i asked the reason for cancelling my order, they responded with horrible reason that the order was cancelled by the courier because of some issue of technical problem. I dont want the second order to be placed please make sure to deliver the first order ASAP.kindly respond to this.

                                  I received the call from number [protected] of sweta (Executive) regarding wonderchef da vinci nonstick family set as shown in your website because it was written nonstick product. But when i received this product i saw at its packing bag that it wasn't a non-stick set at all. Thats the wrong title your website gave to this product.

                                    I hv purchase combo offer advertise on shopcj channel.My order no is [protected] .I received the parcel with short period.After opening i found the matterial is worst and size of clothes is less when i call the customer care to replace or exchange them due to bad product.They denied saying that is they cant replace/exchange b'coz they cant go against the company policy.

                                      shop cj is not giving me response of my return i had called them many time no response from them just harrassing me ...And not giving my refund of rs 2649

                                        I purchased a product from Shop Cj two months before. The product was damaged so i placed a complaint several times. I have lost atleast 200 rs currency by calling to shop cj customer, still couldnot get any response.

                                        The worst shopping experienc I have ever had.
