The oleva spaghetti combo i ordered, one was different among the 5 and no mention of company tags we have been trying to register the complaint since long time using differnt links it has not yet been taken in charge... i recieved my order on 24th april n i complained the same day but it has not been registered yet!

    My email id is registered on shop cj. They are sending me unwanted smss which are of no use to me. I request the lenscart.com to delete my profile permanently as well as stop sending me smss which will not only save their time and effort but also save my time and effort. There is no option on lenscar.com to delete the profile. Hence i have to write here.

      Got the delivery of Amy Rose PO3 Coloured Super BRA which was ordered for XXL but got XL in delivery. We asked for exchange but took long time to respond and finally took for exchange on March 17 2016 but still not responded. What can I do now? You Peopke are so negligant towards customers.         Blanc pack of 3 double bedsheets set collection 3 among them 1 bedsheet is damage blue colour bedsheet even pillow covers colours are little faded even i saw some orange colour shade on bedsheets and pillow covers.
        I am not satisfied with this product company has trouble me a lot from past 1 month i am compaining about the product but no one response me properly i am not satisfied.

          I have ordered 2 set of a product called VLCC gold facial kit on 17th april 2016. But I have received only one set of product and I was told by delivery guy that the box contains 2 set of product so I have paid for 2, but the box contains only one set. I have already raised the complaint 10 times to customer support people they are telling it will get deliver within 3-4 working days but it's been more than 3 week's I haven't received any product.
          This is the first time I have ordered something from Shopcj and it was such a bad experience with these people.

            I purchase beauty kit (Artiste makeup) wide invoice no[protected] dated[protected].In above i found the product was damage (Empty). I have been complain 7 to 8 time via telephone. For replacement. But still today i have not got proper answer.
            Every time they call for 2 to 3 days for replacement but still today there is no action has been taken.

              I have purchased product from shop cj and same was not up to the mark/defective to use..I have approached them for refund

              They said that there is no refund policy.I have checked on terms and conditions page there is written for refund if product is defective o can get refund in 48 days by returning product to seller

              I called them on same day and approached but they are denying to refund my money and simply registered my complaint on that day

              But I have not received a single call from them

                I purchased a microwave as date on[protected] order no.[protected] after that immediately I received a call from shop cj executive. That I won a AC as a gift from their online order campaign. Same was display on tv with my name and chat that Kalpna Sharma from delhi has won a AC online tv channel at around 1400 hrs. But till now Iam not received any msg. or call regarding my gift.I have recordings of conversations.I tried to contact them but not received any reply. how will I claim this.

                    I have booked 1 Blanc Mattress Protector Set-Brown with Shopcj on 13/04/2016. Its almost 1 month now i didnt received my product. I have informed their customer care team they shared the tracking details & asked me to contact them. I tried the courier details it was invalid. I called them so many time, they are keep on saying it will reach in 2 days or 3 days. I raised a complaint and asked them to cancel the order & atleast refund my money.                           I placed order no. [protected] with shopcj.com on 20 march 2016. To my surprise, the product has missing items (It was cream pack for ladies) and did not have exact items as shown and advertised in their regular tv ads when the packet was delivered to me on 22 march 2016. I called shopcj customer care number [protected] to complain about this on 22 march 2016 itself, the day i got product from them.

                          Faulty product not picked up

                          I was assured that my matter will be looked into. I even spoke to one nadim akram from shopcj.com customer care team at phone no. [protected] on 16 april 2016 who assured that the faulty packet will be picked up from my residence in munirka, new delhi within two days and my full payment of rs. 1088 refunded to me within a week.

                          Bad customer service

                          But showing utter disregard to customer concerns and displaying professional misbehavior, they did not honor their own commitment. They did not pick up the product nor did they refund my money till date, more than 45 days later after the delivery of faulty product by shop cj to me.

                          Not resolving phone complaints

                          I have called shop cj customer care more than 30 times in last 45 days but they have not refunded the payment to me till date nor did they pick up the faulty product from my residence.

                          Not resolving contain on emails

                          I have even written several complaints to them on their official mail id: [protected]@shopcj.com but to no avail. They have cheated me of my money.

                          I had similar problem with home shop 18 where i placed order no.[protected] for roti maker which i returned to home shop 18. They promptly sent me check for rs. 110 as refund for courier cost and also promptly sent me another cheque of rs 1098 as refund for my product cost. My grievance with home shop 18 was resolved within 15 days and i got my full payment back from home shop 18.

                          There is one of my friends, k. K. Kadam who placed order no. 90726587 for a phone project with www.shopclues.com. He found some fault in the product, he complained of this on the next day, i. E. On monday, 02 may 2016 to shop clues. They refunded his full amount within 02 hours of lodging the complaint, and shop clues messaged him more than 10 times same day on his mobile regarding his successful refund.


                          On the contrary, my experience with shop cj is very bad.
                          So, i would give 08 marks on 10 to home shop 18 and shop clues (Excellent) and just 02 marks on 10 (Very poor) rating to shop cj.

                            This is to inform you that i Anju Trehan a regular customer of shop cj had purchased siya jwellery of amount Rs1700 in August 2015. POID-[protected], ProductName-Aura Collection by Sia Immitation Jwellery, Pruduct-Id 151142, Product Qty-1, has returned the product due to small size and asked for replacement of it or refund of amount Rs 1700.
                            Neither the product been replaced nor the amount have been refunded. I have complained regarding the subject mentioned above to the customer services of shop cj, but it has not been processed till now this my last and final request to you to look after the issue aur otherwise I'll be giving complaint in the consumer court within next five days, I am enclosing here with the attatchment of the courier recipt, received after returning back the product. Kindly pay attention to the need full and oblige.

                                  This is my last & final request to you to send me the invoice copy of swipe w74 tab purchased from you on 25th april 2016 to get a doa for return of the product.

                                  I have spoken to mr. Sanjay from shop cj today who has told me to attach my e-mail id through this mail.

                                  If no action is taken even after this mail, i will have to approach to the higher authorities.

                                  Time and again (right from 25th of may to 4th of may )i have brought to your notice that you were suppose to send me a physical copy of the product as well as you should have mailed me the copy of the invoice but it was all invain.
                                  This has dissapointed me for the the very fact that you are purposely not sending me the copy of the invoice and your representatives direct us to nothing but just a stereophonic msgs "aap ko itni dikatton ke liye maafi chahte hain' but no responses coming from your complaint department

                                  i have also time and again asked for a refund or just to take back the product and give me the model of the tab (if possible) for u but still negligible responses upcoming.

                                  This all is prompting me to take a stern step for the company (star cj) and i may be dealing this with a very serious step in a day or two.

                                      Myself ganesh lingam details given below, mentally stressed, going through agony for the worst & pathetic service offered by shopcj.

                                      This is the worst ever on-line company ever seen, i would request none of the customer should buy any product from shopcj.

                                      I had ordered "smart tab" on dated 14.04.2016, this was received under defective condition with lots of scratch in the screen also the piece has hand marks with dust which i had wiped with dry cloth.
                                      O charging the said tab, the images was dulish nothing can been seen in screen,
                                      I tried to adjust the contrast nothing seemed to be improving, the same day i logged the complaint.
                                      But no response, in vain to understand what would happen.
                                      It was so surprising to have such a defective product in hand, at once i called up on number - [protected], where my complaint was booked.

                                      Note : while even booking on product, i have clearly instructed that my earlier number - [protected] is registered since i have purchased an 5.1, now the since the number is not in active, pls note my new number : [protected]. Where they said ok sir, you may receive a call on the alternative number & we have registered it.

                                      But surprisingly nothing happened on the next day, again i called on the same number on dated : 15.04.2016, but the answer was the same that they had called me on the number [protected] which is non active, again i narrated my story. He promised you will surely get an call tomorrow.

                                      But in vain nothing happens - again the same answers are repeated on calling nothing is happening.

                                      Even today i had called up in agony & pain to hear the same answers, nearly about 20 times a day i call them to find the same answer.

                                      It is now to an height with the patience, now the ultimate is 24 hours from now, or i would press my comments about the fraud which " shopj " is doing with customer sending the repaired product against the booking for new & lot more... The experience is too worse.

                                      And also would approach consumer forum, if my case is not taken care within 24 hours from now.

                                      It was very pathetic to see after paying an amount, you get an repaired /used product, even im from hitachi home & life solutions, iam working as an branch service manager. I knew how to service a customer when he receives a defective product.

                                      We take immediate actions on the same & the product is replaced with the fresh unit delivered at the customers step the next day, or refund him with dd.

The purpose for which the tab was purchased has not solved as the particular app does not get installed in it.                                         Until five days we have tried to persue the matter n on every ocassion I HV just been stereotyped voiced answers"u will get a reply or u will attended by the complaint team " but unfortunately u don't have a responsible team to just send me an email of the bill which u were suppose to send me along with the product. Also It was ur utmost duty to send me two more copies -1for my reference n one on the box. I did receive the copy on the box but the copy for my physical reference. When I wanted the DOA to return my product, I was said to produce the copy of the bill, which unfortunately u HV neither send nor mailed me. I need to go to the consumer court for support I guess if it na falls on deaf ears...
