I have purchase bajaj food processor from your tv shopping advertisement on june-july 2014.

And i facing technical problem in it.

Warranty of the product is for 5 yrs from the date of purchase. And the warranty card received from your

Shopping doesn't have any company seal on it because of which, i cant repair it under warranty.

So please help me out, by sending me the duplicate invoice copy of the food processor through this email : [protected]@rediffmail.com

In March 2016 I purchased iBall Sprinter 4G smartphone from shop cj. Now due to some technical issues phone stopped working and I am trying to repair it through warranty but unfortunately I missed invoice of the same.

    My mother had ordered a set of 4 jeggings through your respective ecom site shopcj. Order number is "[protected]" the shipment came through ecom with the tracking number "[protected]" i wasn't awared of this site before that they do such a fraud. They show something else and send something that is totally different. In regard if someone calls them to get it refund they totally disaggree. Please do the needfull at the earliest. Else tell me the other way.

      Its my worst ever & horrible shopping experience. I bought a product(Ladies top) order no-[protected], its quite different which shown on tv. I received this and call back to customer care to return this, they register my complain and ask me that you will receive a call back. But till next day i didn't got a call back, then i again make a call in cs dept. They again register a complain. Today morning i got a call from shop cj and they said me that we will not return.Why will you not return this product? Will you guys send me anything in closed envelope and will denied to return it. I will go to media, blogs, social websites i do everything but i will make sure to receive my product..

        We ordered leggins on 4th of this month and received the same on 9th of this month, immediately after receiving the parcel i complained to the customer care that the quality is not at all good and i want to return the same, today some one called up from your office and told it will not be taken return, but can exhange, as per your tv advertaisement, there was clearly written and told with in 48hrs can complaint and there will be a return polocy, now you people changed the voice. please do the needful

          On 7.4.2016, i have seen an advertisement in tv that there were an offer going on of 3 free individual mobile lens along with mobile make intex cloud 3g gem android, accordingly myself make a call to displayed contact number and talk to your representative about free confirm gift and after got the confirmation about free lens from your representative, i have booked the same vied order no [protected] on cod basis. But when i received the packet yesterday on 10.4.2016 vied invoice no[protected] i have not find any such lens along with the mobile. Then i have make a call to your contact query [protected] and put complaint about the fact. During our telephonic discussion your representative informed that there were no such offer included in my order. I was little surprised and told him that i wants to back the mobile because its simply a fraud case which is not acceptable neither expected from such an organisation.
          Now i would like to inform you that i want to return the mobile as you are not fulfill your commitment. So please take a action either to provide my free gift or else inform what is the procedure to return back the mobile.

            I have ordered Casa Nova chopper from shop cj and same has been delivered on 29-Feb-16. This chopper was not working properly and I have submitted complaint and one of Shop Cj's reputation manger was handling my complaint and it was decided on 22nd march with Casa Nova's team that they will provide me new Casa nova Chopper set but as of now i.e. on 7-Apr-16 product is not delivered and communication from Shop Cj's reputation manager has been stopped.

            I appreciate the way of doing follow up from Shop Cj's Reputation manager, but until I have not get end resolution how I can get satisfaction as customer of Shop Cj.

            I Hope I get satisfied resolution for my complaint.

              1 month ago, I ordered a product of Gloria jewellery and I received that product defective and I requested for a exchange and they took that product after two days and since then I have registered 6 complaints but I am not getting any response and it's been more than 20 days I returnedthat product and haven't got that product back. Everytime I call them they register a new complaint and say they will call us in 3—4 business days which is really bad and I am going to complaint in consumer Court otherwise respond quickly and deliver me the right product quickly.

                Hi i ordera kurta on 3rd of march 2016 and because of size problem i cncelled thhat order on 4 th of march and they told me that they will refund within 7-10 days after two days i got a msg stating myy product isdispatch for ddelivery again call them and they again rote.compllain for a refund and told me not totak that product and i did the same afte that waited for 10 days and. Agan. Called on 15. Anddone the same thing and againtold willlget refund within 7 days again havent got socalled on 22. Nd of marchhada word with supervisor and he. Agaiin said. Sorry and wrote complain and waitedfor 12 days and today when iam callling they again mention no complainn has yet takenand. Still. My refun d has not bbeen procesed...and rediculous service no sense of talkng.please do something orel se i need to dosomelegal stuff..

                Hi its been register with my number [protected] and today i called and had word with a floor manager and he given me same info it will refund within 10 days and when i asked fora confirmation email he mention that iy willbe done with in an hour ..where i send test mail at [protected]@ starcj.com..again he lie to me and just recieve the same message to my mobile number that complain has been taken..which i am getting evry day whenever i call..rediculous service and when i called today people are abusing over phone to each other ..wahat kind of management u got???

                    I purchased jewelly from star cj on 27th oct. I found the product defected. I registered a complaint and ask for return on the same day. They have picked my product in november but didnt refund . Its been 6 mnths i m callng customer care . But nobody is responding . It is the worst shopping website with worst after sale service. Star cj is fraud. We have called them so many time each time they ask us to wait for 4-5 days for the response and make us fool. This is not a way to treat their customer. If you are selling products then you are also answerable for after sale complaints. Infact we have talked to their seniors. They are also not taking any response. As per me it is of no use to buy product from starcj . They have the worst system.worst staff.

                          I received product as dispayed on TV XXL ( but the 34 size was not mentioned).
                          When I received the packof 6 leggings, i tried only one of them all are untouched and packed.
                          In Name of leggings they told it i stretchable, but it is not.
                          It is not at all of leggings quality, they are not accepting the return since they delivered XXL as mentioned by me.
                          But why if the product is not of standard XXL as in India and not of good quality, they should accept the return and refund the full amount.

                          I have ordered from TV and Cash On delivery.
                          Today (11th April 2016) pick have been done but they have not paid in cash, they told shop cj will call me and ask account details and they will credit the amount Rs.1098.
                          Could you please look into this? I am really frustated with shop cj now, the way they handle their customer, . How any times shall I call Customer care? I am losing money calling again and again, could not you follow up with your customer?

                              Order no.[protected] was successfully placed on 3rd feb.2016. But fortunately i had given option of cash on delivery. On 6th feb i do get an sms that they have cancelled my order at my request which was not so. I called on[protected] and asked the reasons for cancelling the order and i was told that it was a mistake. The same order was confirmed on 8th feb 2016 and on 11th feb i get an sms that they apologise for the delay n also increase in the cost of the above. But hv not received the same.
                              Again i placed order on 11/03/16 no.[protected] it was the same story as above and till today no delivery of the product.
                              Just imagine if i had to pay for the same in advance what would have happened. Is this the service being provided by star cj????? awaiting prompt n remedial action from star cj/shop cj.

                                My order number is[protected] the size said was the free size but it was very small i'm not able to wear and the quality is very poor the elastic is not proper and this product will not benefit anyone, the complaints team called me and told they will not take back my product and give the money back, the person spoke to was very rude and just telling we cant take back the product and refund you, he was very harsh and said do what every you can we cant refund your money. The person who took my order said that if i have any issues you can call back for return. I don't want to waste my money and i need my cash back. Please help to refund my money as soon as possible.

                                  I ordered it fro your television channel on my mobile number-[protected].
                                  They giving the wring information about it as they said it is unbreakable set but actually it is a plastic set.Even they said you can return it within 48 hours after received the order but now they also difuse my returns.Even they said they are giving me Voucher codes schemes of Rs1000 as holy festival scheme and i knew it's terms and conditions confirmed from their customer care phone numbers before giving the order but now they also changed their terms and conditions too as they are not stayed on their words.They are frauds and try to make fool me infront of my family.So please help me to return my order and give my money back to me and these types of channels should be banned.

                                    I had ordered lotto shoes from shop CJ on 2nd March 16. The user ID is[protected] & order no is [protected]. Post delivery, I found shoes size small & immediately called up call center to change the same. Call center assured change of shoes in next 4 working days but exchange did not happened till today. I had called shop CJ call center for more than 6 times & always a false commitment been made. Its biggest BLUNDER of my life, that i bought product from shop CJ & i will ensure nobody buys product from shop CJ to whom i know

                                      I have ordered for the maharaja juicer & grinder . They delivered me that one after delay of many days.They did not allow me to open before making my payment . After paying the amount, when i opened it i found the damaged product . When i complaint about it to the delivery man then he said me to register my complaint to the given number on phone. But perhaps they were not taking my call from the registered mobile number on his tollfree number.But they received my phone when i called them from another number. Then they suggested me to call on their std number .There they registered my complaint on 12/3/2016 and promised to solve my complaint within 4 days. But still i am waiting for their forward steps to resolve my problem. But now i am being forced to move toward consumer forum to get the justice.

                                        I have ordered for an intex phone from shopcj, after watching their tv ad on 17th march, have received the product on 19th march (My order no. Was [protected]) and did not find it upto the mark, so i called shopcj customer care on 21st march morning to return the product and they told me to contact intex. I called up intex and they told me to talk to shopcj only. I then again speak to shopcj customer center and had also written an email, in the evening of 21st march, i received call from mr. Vishal who bluntly told me to talk to intex only and that they cannot return my money. My concern is why should i speak with intex, when i have purchase the product from shopcj. They are very unprofessional and hardly make returns and refunds. They are cheaters and thieves... Never buy product from shopcj
