dt 03/03/2016swipe Konnect 5.1, on vewing the add from TV which is
reached yesterday on 08/03/2016 order No-[protected] I had given
order being motivated with the camera features of 8 mp rear camera,
but it is regret to write that I am extremely depressed when I found
the rear camera is so harassing that it cannot take a clear snap from
a distance of 1 meter and giving a blurr picture, I cannot understand
wheather the particular phone is defective or the particular model is
defective, so I wish you will sincerely sensitise this issue and will
provide me a effective service as soon as possible'

Dear Sir,
I am a customer of your phone model V1 Smartphone speaking from PURI, Orissa for getting justice regarding service of the phone .

That I had purchased the phone on 28.02.2016 from ShopCJ (online marking company) . I may mention here that I was an avid fan of SAMSUNG MOBILE and had purchased many phones of that brand from the various store . Although my intention was to buy Samsung mobile, I changed my mind by viewing the new model and though Lava is an Indian company, our emotions are there. lets make a trial, I eventually bought the phone . It was meant to be gifted to one of my fastidious relatives .

That the phone showed defect on same day when I receive the phone as its Applications are showing defect, cant be downloaded in that phone. A new phone giving such defect within from first day my buying had to force me to repent my decision of shifting to LAVA . Willy-nilly I handed over the phone to your service centre, Puri and got service request form on that date .

That i requested for a DO as the product gave defect from first day, but to no avail . All were seemingly busy and not in a responsive mood . They handed over to me the SR after procrastinating for around 5/7 times everyday and making me telecommunication with LAVA service and ShopCJ in every hour.

That since then the rest seems a historic fight with the service centre seller to get a new phone as DO. They told me to have patience. Needless to say that till date, I am yet to get the phone .Now that phone is in your service centre of Bhubaneswar.

Is this the service expected from a phone manufacturer to a customer at this era of competition when each day a new manufacturer coming to the scene ? Should I call myself a proud owner of a Lava mobile or talk to my friends that I actually hold phone of a National company whose service is up to the International standard ?

I request you to make immediate intervention and provide me a solution and justify my intention of switching from Samsung to Lava .

I enclose to this mail the scanned copy of purchase bill and service request sheet to corroborate my talkings in the aforesaid lines.

Sir, maine 11/2/16 ko videocon Z42 nova 3g mangya tha (vidyawati ke name par), 28/2/16 ko kam krna band kar diya . Phone ke piche camera ka lens bhi toota hua aya maine aapke customer care no. Pe call ki to mujhe phle ye kaha gya ki hum apna delievery boy bhej ke change kr denge aisa nhi hua sir main bohat pareshan hu pls. Help me m pareshan hu

Mobile intex 3G cloud candy gorilla glass was broken but was not changed by service centre although it was in the warranty period.

The service centre owner told me that intex and starcj are making fool to people by making so warming publicity, if you want we can repair but you have to pay for that.
Plz take strict action against starcj and intex for mentally harassing me.

We have booked a order on 22 Jan 2016 for bedsheets while watching TV and won the jackpot of rs 51000 rs. It was also announced on TV also that asha bajaj has won the jackpot.
But even after more than 50 calls we did not get the phone call or gifts.
What is your stand?
Kindly provide answer so that I can proceed further.
When you will deliver the gifts?specify date.

We have ordered a sunflame 4 burner gas from shop CJ and it has a manufacturing defect wherein one burner plate is unstable due to which we are not able to use it. After lodging several complains they route to the company (sunflame). And, as per them the replacement product is not available . Why should we suffer in such cases. It's been more than 25 days. Are these products not quality checked by the companies ???
I need a proper attention and appropriate action against them. This is not done.

I am very disappointed with the quality and service you are providing. 1) it reaches us in 10 days where it should be 4 days as committed. 2) The product is received in broken condition.
Complain lodged at customer care on the 3rd and still there is no response from the star CJ team.
I need refund for the amount as soon as possible. It seems like you are making a compromise on the quality standards.

I have purchased I ball handset through Shop CJ, received on Feb'24. While operating the handset found display and camera problem so i went to I ball service centre and took DOA letter and sent to [protected]@shopcj.com on Feb'26.
Today is Mar'04, but still i have not getting any calls from complaint dept.
In between i have called so many times to shop CJ.
It shows shop cj complaint service very poor and don't buy any material from shop cj. They are doing fraud with Customers.

Shop CJ has very poor delivery/shipping process and the worst possible customer care cell. Customer care emails are never replied by them and telephone also has to be kept on hold for 5-6 minutes and if your are lucky you get a response. I have a pending order [protected] which has not been even delivered through 15 days have elapsed. For NINE days the website shows product shipped OR they reply "You will get it in two days"... but still I not received the same and two times they give me wrong docket number and wrong courier details. When I asked care executive person for cancel my order and refund my money they cheat me with, saying our system is hang please call on this number after few minutes we will help you but when calling again there is a new person for serve me their extreme service then tell him all stories again from first, I do this job maximum 5 times but not any one help me.

this is to inform you that i have placed an order on shopcj of super spun double bedsheet buy 5 get 3 free on 28 feb & when recd on 1 march, found that they have send
5 piece double bedsheet of super spun vivero brand (good quality)&
3 piece double bedsheet of super spun easy home brand (poor quality)
when i complaint through mail on 1, 3, march no response but got call from senior mumbai dept that we cannot change so i told for any item all 8 bedsheet should be of super spun vivero only but why have you send 3 free double bedsheet of super spun easy home whose quality is poor.No response and cut the phone.

Refund towards my purchase of rajasthan royal Kurta which was sold unethically is not done yet..pick up done on 2 Feb reverse pick of product ...company took the product not refunding money ..my mobile number is [protected]

Hi, I have booked one subject matter on 18th Feb 2016 with order no [protected], on receipt of the goods we opened the box and checked the item, IT DID NOT WORKED AT ALL!!, immediately within 5 minutes of receipt of the same from courier we called and booked complaint, no number was given to us and it was said the order number itself is complaint number. talked even to two of your persons at call center and we were asked that the complaint would be resolved within 2 days, , , , , nothing happened till date. we even had talked to maharaja helpline number on con conference along with your staff, it was assured to get the material REPLACED within 2 days, nothing has happened till date.
we have paid full money and now are helpless as DAMAGED NON WORKING MATERIAL HAS BEEN SUPPLIED TO US ALSO ONE PLASTIC JAR IS MISSING, WE REALLY FEEL WE HAVE BEEN CHEATED, EVEN your call centre person has asked to go for legal .. do we need to go to consumer forum ?? please advise

Dear sir, i have ordered a makeup kid on shopCJ since it was in offer, 15 days back and i got that product..But the item which is given in that kit is local brand item on which Artiste lebel is attached..This is not fare..They are cheating the customers

Dear all

i had purchase online mobile phone i ball company on dated 16 jan. 2016. After twelve days there was occurred a problem in handset. Then i complaint to customer care. They told send the mobile at muktsar branch, but no action can be taken at muktsar. They told there is no imei no bill and without imei no, iball company cannot take any action.
Now i am fully harassed. Please take any action as soon as possible and replace my handset.
