I had ordered a beauty miracle kit for Rs. 999 at my friend's address. But due to some reasons, I immediately cancelled the order within 5 mins of placing it. And hence I didn't inform my friend about it. I kept receiving calls from shopcj fir the next two days asking me the reason for cancellation. I told them that I no longer needed the product. 4 days later, the product arrived at my friend's address and since the parcel had my name, she thought I have ordered something and paid for it. Then I spoke to the customer care and they promised me a pickup and refund. The next day, the product was taken away and I got a receipt. But it has been around 5 days since then, but I haven't got a call or a mail regarding the refund. And I have been trying to call up the customer care, but they do not pick up. I WANT BACK MY MONEY!

    Hello,

    my registered number is [protected]

    I order one 3 burner GAS Cook TOP costing Rs. 5839/- Against order Number :[protected] on 27th Dec 2016,

    Order Delivered on 30th Dec 2016, We check product on 31st Dec, 2 out of 3 burners found defective, no flames coming out also product quality was very bad. We immediately logged the complaint in customer care which is within 24 hours of product is delivered.

    Defective product is collected on 5th of Feb 2016, We are following for money refund till now, Today is 27th. Every time we get standard answer, We have registered your complaint and we will get back to you in 24 hours, but all in vain. No call back or call.

          Shop cj is the worst website. They deliver cheap products of footpath and when contact on customer service they use harsh language. Shop cj is even not refunding for cancelled order.

                Humne 1 smartablet order kiya tha.
                Hume nhi btaya gya ye 2g hai.
                Aaj ke 4g generation me 2g ki kya value hai.
                Camera quality very very poor.
                &tablet Touch proper not working...

                So hum sirf ye chahte h hmare is 2g tablt ko 3g ke sath exchang kijiy.

                Bahut baar calling ke baad bhi shop cj ke Customer care se response nhi mil raha hai.

                      Dear Sir/Madam,


                      I had ordered Kawachi Magic Mop Floor Cleaning Easy Magic 360 Degrees Spin Mop on Thu, Feb 4, 2016 at 4:41 PM. Till today (Sat, Feb 20, 2016), I have not received my order. No proper response from Shopcj side.

                      I am really disappointed with their poor service. After multiple follow ups with their CSEs, i have got only below bad experiences (sometimes funny responses) and have lost my money in making calls to them (I guess, they do not have any policy to call n help frustrated customer to resolve their query.)

                      1. No proper response from customer care executive. committing time to customer and not following up that time. This is done by sr executive also (Mr. Naveen Singh, he said he'll call me back and didn't get back to me. Conversation happened on Sat, Feb 20, 2016, at 1.30 PM, Please check the call recording if Shopcj have this facility.)
                      One funny reply i got from one of the CSEs that product will not be delivered to your area. (LOL) Today i came to know that i am living in forest where Shopcj cannot deliver the order( but Firstcry, jobong, HS18Flipkart can do that.)

                      2. No transparency in delivery of product. They said product is delivered but do not have simple shipment ID or by whom the product is received. Strange but true!

                      3. Only customer has to follow up 1000 times. Not a single response from yourside. They have committed time that u ll get call from our department in 4 working days, 24 hours, 2 hours, 10 mins. Not a single call from their end.

                      4. No reverse call arranged from their side. When customer asks for reverse call as customer's money is going, no reverse call is made after giving assurance to customer.

                      5. Keeping customer on hold on call and no transfer of call to seniors

                      6. All time seniors are busy.

                      This is a clear sign of cheating with the customer. Kindly look into this and take appropriate action in the interest of customers. Shopcj should not only return my order price but also return money wasted in making calls to them. They should understand that customer is king and not their servant.

                            I'd to post this complaint only after continuous follow up with Shop CJ customer care on phone number[protected] for approx 2 months. I had ordered 91 Piece Bhalaria Stainless Steel Dinner Set on 20th December, 2015 which was delivered on 26th Dec’ 15. The compliant on quality standard was lodged on 27th Dec’15 and a request was placed for complete refund amount of Rs. 5, 749/- which wasn’t attended for 15 days uptill 11th Jan'16 and pickup of product happened only after continuous follow up with customer care on the above number. Pickup was finally done for the above mentioned product on 11th January, 2016 and till date I haven’t received the refund amount of Rs. 5, 749/- inspite of continuous followup with Shop CJ team. Docket number by GATI courier pickup boy was provided which is being shared with Shop CJ customer care executives multiple times which they take it as an excuse each time and attribute towards delay in processing of the complaint. Unsure, what is causing such delay or direct me to a person from whom I can get my complaint processed.

                            I understand, as updated by the customer service executive that this issue has been escalated to the escalation team manager and I’ ll receive a call shortly i.e within an hour, then a day then within 2 days which isn’t attended till date Feb, 18th 2016.

                            Kindly look into this issue at the earliest and redress the same. So far I was a regular customer and watcher of Shop CJ but today I’ m 100% dissatisfied with Shop CJ shopping channel and it’s customer services and lost all trust and hope which I’ ve shared and advised all my colleagues at office, social circle, friends & family with this bad experience which I’m going through.

                            Details are as under summarized;

                            1. Product Name – Bhalaria 91 piece stainless steel dinner set.
                            2. Date of order – 20th Dec, 2015 (last year)
                            3. Date of delivery of Product – 26th Dec, 2015
                            4. Date of Complaint lodged for refund – 27th Dec, 2015 (last year)
                            5. Product pickup date- 11th Jan, 2016.
                            6. Docket Number (Provided by GATI Courier Service boy) –[protected]which I only have).


                            Since then continuous follow up for refund as none bothered to ask for account details for refund .

                              I have purchased artificial jewellery through SHOP CJ TV channel on, December 10th 2015 and received around 20th December 2015, there was defect with the product, stones on the ear rings were missing and bangle size was not matching, requested to replace and the same was reverse pick-up on 25th December 2015.

                              Since then I have called customer care number of times but till now no response from their side.

                              Request you to resolve at the earliest.

                                I had ordered Reebok Style Republic Super 10 Collection, I had the products delivered to me on 03/02/16, but I found out they had delivered the wrong color of shoes (Blue/Black) and I had ordered for (Blue/White), which they said they would replace after i placed an complaint with them.But the replacement was also of the same color (Blue/Black) which was delivered to me on 09/02/16. Since then I have been calling the customer care and I have been told some from complaints will call me and i have not received the call not i have the Replacement/Exchange

                                    I had purchased 6 leggings of Rs 1049 from www.shopcj.com vide order no.[protected] in January 2016. I registered complaint on 15Jan for refund.
                                    On 24 Jan i was assured over phone that parcel will be picked within 5-6 working days.
                                    Neither the company representative came to pick nor they responded my query till date despite several calls made to customer care.

                                      i booked the jewelery set product from shop cj of rupees 2198.
                                      my product name is Diamond festival with sterling immitation jewelery collection .
                                      product was delivered on 19/9/15, my Complaint date is same as of delivered date.
                                      1) the product we ordered had 8 pieces in it, and had one pair of bangle.i asked for 2.4 size in bangle but they delivered me 2.6 size which was too big so i asked to replace on same day i got delivery.
                                      2) on 25/9/2015 product was done reverse pickup, and they delivered me another set on 4/10/2015.
                                      3)but once again they gave me wrong product, this time 4 set were missing in set instead of 8.we called again, they said..you can get it exchanged, once again reverse pickup was done on 7/10/2015.
                                      4)i was informed that within week i will get fresh piece but got no response for a week, so i called them again.they said its already been dispatched.waited for again week but dint received any product.
                                      5) after waiting long i tried to reach them and called daily on customer support, they dont take any action and just say that you will get it in 7-10 working days!
                                      6)till today its 15/2/2016 i havnt received product. wenever i call them they say they have registered complaint, and complaint department will call back within sometime, every time they reply it will solve but no response.
                                      7)shop cj person are always saying that complain is registered but they are not giving complain number and neither they call back nor they are replying that when my amount will be refunded.
                                      shop cj number is not toll free, it take long time to explaining there executive whole issue as every time they want whole history and whenever i asked them to transfer call to seniors my call, they either disconnect it or keep on hold for long.so having no option we have to keep call as ther fone are chargeble

                                      kindly HELP ME I need compensation for this inconvenience caused to me. I need my order amount paid that is 2198 + compensation for calls made to them & inconvenience AND harassment caused to me by calling them and wasting MY PRECIOUS TIME in calling them.

                                      I have booked an electric tandoor from shopcj in previous month but I have received a smaller size item against which I accutaly booked of large size. On complaining I got the complain no [protected] dated[protected].
                                      The next day a courier person from Tanvi express has reached my home and pick the item through docket no[protected] dated[protected]... But till now I have not get refund.
                                      Hence I am attaching herewith My bank cheque copy and request you to kindly deposit the money in the attach given account no.

                                        Order no. [protected].
                                        1) the product we ordered had 6 pieces in it. they delivered only 2
                                        2) we complaint the same day, they didnt register
                                        3)we called again, they said..you can get it exchanged
                                        4) got no response for a week
                                        5) called 5-6 times on customer support, they dont take any action and just say that you will get it in 7-10 working days!
                                        6)they say they have registered or complaint today, 12 days after the guy took back the product
                                        7) they did this with us 1 yr ago also, and we ordered after that, in january 2016. and they did the same again!
