I have ordered a beauty miracle product kit worth Rs. 1048 which I paid online. The order number was [protected] on 22nd december 2015. The product I received was faulty and damaged, thus I requested return and refund. For return I have lodged request same day in night and again I lodged request 2-3 days after, when third time I lodged request then the courier person came to pick on 6th Jan 2016.
I got confirmation call from Shop CJ stating that they are processing refund by either cheque or transfer to my bank account.
Till today I have not received any refund nor I received any response from them also during this duration I have called 8 times to customer care number which were mentioned on website every time they ensured a call back in 24 hrs but that never happened. Also an executive committed that I will get refund till 21st Jan then they extended this date to 23rd.

I am totally bugged up by them, I have never expected such kind of attitude from a reputed brand.

Through this platform I humbly ask shop cj people the reason for delay and I request them to process my refund immediately.

    called many time to shocj at [protected] at least 50 times but they will say just2-3 days wait but they are not providing my money
    a person of mobile number -[protected] have taken returned delivery and said that your money will be returned in 2-3 days .
    but now he is also not responding.

    I also complaint at this site http://www.consumercomplaints.in/ at 21/1//16 and ensure to me that problem will be resolved but till now know response.

    step 1: i complained of delivered product at 18605001860 at least 10 times then they returned it at 6/1/16 by a person of phone number-9990627626 step-2 -person (mobile number-9990627626) said that your money will be delivered in 2-3 days or maximum 7 days of working. step-3 -after 3 days i called him but no response i also called to shop cj at 18605001860 at least 30 times and also 9990627626 at least 10 times but they are saying wait wait step-3-today i complained in consumer comlaints, in kindly solve my problem step4: i also complaint to http://www.consumercomplaints.in/ at 21/1/16 it was said that they will contact me step6: again call to sho cj they give time till 27/1/16 but know response till kow

      Shop CJ Order No.[protected]

      A defective product was delivered on 9-Jan-2016 for which I duly booked a return complaint on 10-Jan-2016. No action was taken and post that after making repetitive calls and registering still more complaints the product was finally picked up for return on 20-Jan.
      I have not received a call so far for refund because the mode of payment was COD.
      Even after registering multiple complaints they are not providing refund. Kindly can you pls. help is getting the refund of Rs. 1250

        The Product was delivered on[protected], and i have booked a complaint for return of the product on[protected].
        After the call of complaint i received a message of complaint confirmation.
        till date no person has arrived at my home for pickup of the product.
        I have tried calling many times and no resolution of my complaint is taking place.

          I Purchased prestige company OVEN(OTG) through shopcj on 06.012.2015 which is received on 12.12.2015 and then we requested for product Demo. After makes so many calls, one person came for demo from prestige on 23.12.2015. When the demo person switched on the oven, then immediately he got electric shock and finally the service technician confirmed that it is manufacturing defect product and suggested us to return the product immediately .Accordingly the service technician gave us a complaint letter to submit to SHOPCJ. Then immediately i have forwarded the scan copy of complaint letter on the same day (ie.23.10.2015) to "[protected]@shopcj.com" . Since then we have been calling to shopcj customer service center([protected]) to arragen for collection of the product and return the money Rs.3800. But Shopcj customer care people are telling that you will received a call soon like that they are escaping without resolving the issue. Already 1 month completed to receive the product.

          i purchased (oven) OTG through shopcj. we thought it is microwave oven.but we unfortunately ordered OTG(OVEN).so we want to exchange it by taking microwave oven.so we call customercare for this problem, they said they don't have microwave oven .so we asked him to give money .he said ok...they are telling that you will receive a call soon like that they are escaping without resoling .already 7days completed to receive the product .

            My order number is[protected], in which I had to receive the following: 4Burner Black Gas Stove + pococina 6 Pc Cookware Set+ 24PCS S.S (BLR).

            But I received a defective piece of 4Burner Black Gas Stove(the rings below the burner were RUSTED) and 24PCS S.S (BLR)(only 22PCS were provided, 2 pieces were missing).

            I had received the product around 28th December and I complained about the defective product and the missing PCS. I was delivered a different stove but the product was again defective, the rings below the burner were defective and rusted. And I never received the 2PCS of the gift missing products. I raised a complaint again now to cancel the product and requested to return my money, I raised a complaint on 6th Jan 12th Jan and many more, I havent received a call back yet, and I am really frustrated. They have not even taken back the defective product and have not refunded the money, I cant use the defective product and I have lost 6000 money for this. Please help.

              I have placed an order on 03/01/2016 for a nutri glow facial kit and the poduct delieverd to me on 05/01/2016 and on the same day i have registered a complaint that product was mis match, and the executive has submitted my complaint and told me that i will recieve a confirmation call about the same and it will take approx 7-10 working days to pick up the product from my mailing adress. but no one has attended to my complaint till[protected], so i called them again to take a follow up and at that point of time i have been told that it was registered wrongly by our executive, so i am registering your complaint again, so they registered my complaint once again and today when it is[protected] i have not recieved any call back and when i am trying to contact the customer care no, i have been told that you need to wait again for 7-10 working days, and there is no senior person to take the call forward.
              please provide a solution to me else i have to take this forward to consumer court, as it is already 20 days passed i have registered my complaint and there is no one to listen that complaint

                    I had ordered kawachi cordless floor mop G3 from the website on 14 January. The product received by me yesterday only. The product is defective. The dust tray falls wholly in the dustbin. In demo they had shown that it will partially gets opened when we press the switch. I had tried to contact them. They answered that please contact kawachi costumer care. I had called the kawachi customer care also but no response received from their side also. Kindly take some action against them as the product is defective.

                      I booked a videocon mobile phone on 13-01-16 from shop cj of price 3168 after one day I received my delevery . After receive I open my packet I saw there is no any mobile in that packet.there was six glass in that packet.then i called to shop cj service regularly.and complained on his email.                                 I had ordered a set of 5 Rajasthani Kurtis, size XL, from SHOP CJ, .Invoice NO. SPR003435, Invoice date 31.12.2016.total Amount pain was Rs. 1, 798/-
                                I received the courier on 6.01.2016, at 8pm, After checking I found out the size mared were XLbut when I tried them, 2 were tight, 2 were loose & 1 was too long almost reaching the ankle, So I called next day and requested for a return pick up, The Customer Care Executive told me that I would receive a call in 48 hrs and within the next 3-4 days the pick up would be done and after it reaches, I would receive a call regarding my bank details and my amount would be deposited into my account
                                Since I did not receive any call, I called Shop CJ on 12th, again on 14th &16th, Today when I called again I was told that I had changed my mind & cancelled the pick up .HOW CAN THIS CUSTOMER CARE (Sayyed Ali) DO THIS ???? ARE THEY ALLOWED TO JUST CANCELL ORDERS AND HARASS THE CUSTOMERS ?Today I spoke to 6 Customer Care Executive, asking them to put me on to a Senior person, But after holding on to the phone for nearly 2 hours, I was not connected to ANY SENIOR PERSON, I spoke to Nagesh, Anand & Manali to name a few, but all of the 6 only put me on HOLD & then disconnected after deafing me with their Hold on promos. PLEASE TAKE PROPER ACTION AGAINST SUCH STAFF WHO ARE SITTING THERE TO HARASS CUSTOMERS

                                With Reference to my earlier mail, I am sorry to say that no action has
                                been taken yet, I called Shop CJ again today and asked to speak to a Senior,
                                I got to speak to Mr.Matin, and got to know that my Complaint was cancelled
                                without my knowledge, How can they do this over and over again ? Again he
                                has registered a fresh Complaint and promised that I would get a call
                                within 48 hours .
                                I just don't understand how many more 48hrs I have to wait for just a
                                Return Pickup ?
                                Wonder what is going to happen for the refund ?

                                  Hi, I am Harish Chand Jain. I had ordered a dryer hair at around september, 2015 on COD. I had recevied the product but porduct was damaged. I returned that product. Till now i haven't the product OR Refund.I have file around 20 complaint & around 10 mails to shop cj customer care but they don't listen. They always gives us a new date. Can you guys help to get my money from the shopCJ. They all are cheaters, such a fake company who always try to stole the money from the local public.

                                    HEY TEAM, My name is priyanka Sharme.I place electrolux microwave This is my order no [protected], , while placing order on phone i asked him that if i am not satisfied with ur product then i can returned that order or not then they said yes mam, yesterday got this order with missing mixer grinder and even i dont recv all 32 pcs dinner set, , there is only 2 pcs dinner plate is missing on this, , , and the big esssu is that they shows in tv that i can baked cake, , , make cookies, make tandorr, , but we cant make this things on it, , this is normal oven not a micro oven so i dont want this product so i want to do return, , , , but today i called them 4 times they said yes mam we r keeping ur order in return process but still they dont do, , , i think i have to complaint on police, , , if they dont returned my money then i will do 419 and 420, , , i am a lawyer i cant leave u easily, , , so mean it

                                      My Self Baljit Kaur Mob. no .[protected], [protected] Order No [protected] Order Date[protected] As per my Order My Booked Reebok Shoes but Item Delivered by Shop CJ Shoes of Loto. After that i cancel my Order. But No response from your side. Your customer care said that some one came to my home & pick the order back. but till date no one comes to me. to pick the order Amount Rs. 2999 is paid my me for this order.

                                        Pl. Refer Bill No. [protected] dated 6/1/2016 & Complaint No. [protected] dated 07/1/2016 . I say that I have placed the order of i ball COBALT 4 Android Smartphone (MAH), but your company has cheated me & delivered 2 pack of Beauty Mirakles (Finest Gold Cream) of Rs. 345 each = 690/- and Invoice is showing correct order but product has been delivered by sending wrong delivery/other product, other than my order. I have paid Rs. 6, 068/ for i ball COBALT 4 Android Smartphone (MAH) and you have delivered 2 pack of Beauty Mirakles (Finest Gold Cream) of Rs. 345 each = 690/-. I am making complaint to your costumer care by my mob. no. [protected] since the wrong delivery received by me dated 7/1/2016 but till date the delivery of correct product "i ball COBALT 4 Android Smartphone (MAH)" has been not delivered by you for which i have paid Rs. 6068/-. Despite of passing 12 days your office bearers are avoiding to solve my complaint. Its a serious cheating & breach of trust for online business. In the above circumstances, I finally request you, kindly send my correct product & take return of your wrong product within 24 hours otherwise I have no any option save & except to Register a Criminal Complaint/ Cognizable offence (FIR) of Cheating & Breach of Trust U/s. 420, 406 & 34 I. P. C. against your company at your risk, cost & consequences, which be pleased note. After expiry of 24 hours i will published the said matter in News Paper & Social Media at your risk, cost & consequences, which be pleased note.
