I was called to Customer care many times but not satisfactory response I got. So, you are requested to kindly refund my money if you aren't able to delivered my shipment.

      I received Intex intex 3G cloudy candy android mobile with order no # [protected] by paying 3400 rupees on 14th February 2016 at Bhagalpur.

      The phone is not working properly as its very slow and you cant install multiple applications and within a month it has started hanging. I called CJ customer care several times and they asked me to visit the nearest service center which is not available at the address provided by the customer support team of Star CJ also the number of the service center is not valid.

      I have been going through this for 10 days without any resolution. I am pissed of with this kind of response and making fool of people like us by showing classy ads on TV when you dont have that kind of product.

      I need a refund immediately as I dont want any replacement because I have lost trust and if no service center is available why I should have the product.

      Make an arrangement for Immediate refund as I dont want any more hassles and CJ teams is worst.

      Hi Team,

      I got a call from your team and the Intex team as well regarding my issue and I was redirected to the service center for Intex in Bhagalpur area.

      I was provided that number by the CJ as well as the Intex team. Firstly it was a mental and physical harrasment to get to that address because the number that was provided was never answering and finally when he got a call from the Intex team he reluctantly said yes he will wait to hear from me.

      I tried immediately to reach him while the Intex rep was online with me and that time the service center guy named Chandan Kumar agreed to do the needful and check my phone for the issue.

      Once done I tried reaching him to get the address so that I can meet him but again he was not answering my call finally after several attempts he picked and helped me with the address. But the greatest twist of this entire 70 mm movie was that the so called or claimed authorized service center by the Shop CJ or the Intex said that he is first of all not an authorized service center for Intex and secondly he is just doing it for the sake of courtesy. Also the work that he told will be done after 4-5 days as he is closed for couple of days. Also the phone has memory issue from the beginning and it cant be repaired but he will try some software updates and see if it works.

      This proves that no 1. the mobile set provided to me is a defaulted piece or is of wrong configuration or the second the Shop CJ team and the Intex team is playing fool of me by giving false or wrong information abou their service centers which is not in existence.

      I need my money back which the CJ team says is not possible but they have to make it possible as I have been going through this mental and physical harassment from you guys. Either get my money back or a different mobile set of a different company and I am ready to pay the extra amount.

      If any of the above is not possible let me know as I am completely fed up and I will file a harassment and Fraud case against all of you including your so called service center.

            Multiple times I called up on call center and every time I getting response from your team member that complaint has been register and team will contact with you but till date I have not received neither any call nor complaint number. Today again I have called on your center and asper CCE call was not responding by Service center.

              I have ordered pack of 5 Spaghetti, it was delivered after 2 days from the day ordering.I was having Size issue for which I placed replacement request, the merchant had already collected those parcel on 1st of March and from that day onwards there is no response from SHOP CJ.I have been calling over there from so many days.It was told to me that it would be replaced within 2-3 days, after that when i Called Shop CJ customer care they told me to wait for another 7-10 working days, but even though there was no result.I called after 7-10 days and asked them to refund it but one of the executive told me to wait till 16th March, anyhow it would be done.I confirmed him again and again and finally now its 17th of March and I called them again and ask him for refund and requested him to connect me to his Head but he told that I would receive call from him or other executive to take details.But No Calls Yet...Very poor service

              Its the worst site ever, now not even my call is being connected I tried calling from another number which was directly connected but had a disgusting experience, i would like to mention employees name Kushal, Manish, Mandeep & Anup. I called 4 times in last half an hour as all this people kept me on hold for more than 5 mins and went somewhere saying that I will connect my call to senior.But all this 4 people Vanished somewhere after putting on hold.Please do take strict action against the SHOPCJ employee as well as company.I would lodged a complaint in court as well for so rude and unethical behaviour of SHOP CJ employees as well as company..

              Hi, I am sowmya, I received a prestige 19ltr on 3rd march, which was completely damaged. I am asking them to take a product back and return money, they are not responding properly, very poor service.

              The team from backupservice team will call and they are telling that you can take legal action and shouted on us.

                            I purchased a new magic mop from shop CJ and it was delivered me on 29/01/2016 which was in defective condition than according to the terms and conditions of shop cj I registered my complaint for return the product within 48 hours of delivery without using the product.
                            The Shop CJ executive said me that when the pick up will complete than you will get your refund within 7 days and the product was picked up approx 1 month (26/02/2016) later of my complaint than I got a call from SHOP CJ executive regarding my refund and executive said that your amount will be refund through NEFT before 10/03/2016 but still the amount is not refunded to me.
                            Than I contacted again to the SHOP CJ on 11/03/2016 and the executive said me that we are registering your complaint and you will get call from SHOP CJ executive within 24 hours but I didn''t got any call from SHOP CJ till yet.
                            And they are not give any responses to me of any call and email.
                            So I am requesting to consumer helpline to help me in getting my refund amount with compensation because the Shop CJ is not following their own terms and conditions and I have all the call recordings in which I talked to SHOP CJ executive regarding my complaint.

                              I ordered a Sunflame Glass Top 4 Burner Gas Stove with Eight Piece of Non Stick Cookware and a 12 piece Microwave Dinner Seton 12th March'15.
                              Against my above order I received a Prestige Non Stick 4 Burner Gas Stove which was an incorrect order by all means and also highlights gross negligence on the part of Star CJ Alive.
                              As the order supplied is not what I had ordered and is an incorrect one I have requested to recall the consignment that has been delivered to me and refund my money(Rupees 6389) .

                                    These people are very unprofessional. never order anything from them. they even book and cancel orders at their convenience without the customers consent. when you call their call center no one is ready to assist they just keep transferring the calls from one department to another. I had a very bad experience with these people. They promise to call back which they never do. They make false promises. they have employed a bunch of fools as customer care executives who don't even know whats the offer running in their website. They never reply to your query rather they are busy talking to each other over the call without even placing the customer on hold. very very unprofessional and unethical in their code of conduct. DO NOT BUY any products from SHOPCJ.

                                      I have purchase a phone of Zync X208 Dual SIM Mobile Phone but this phone is Already Use, I have seen phone call in this since 2013, also cruces in body cover. when i call to customer care they tell long procedure. That’s why i am frustrated i purchase product from shop cj so this is the responsibility of them to exchange this product. Or refund my payment.                                         My order no is-[protected].this product delivered to me on 13.02.16 and same day I registered complain regarding this product I found defective, After my complain they pick product from my address at 18 .02.16.
                                        From that date to till I will not get any call back for refund or further process, when ever I call them they asking still your complain in process. From call center I will get different different statement but no one provide me correct info regarding refund one further process. I feel cheated .
