The product was purchased on diwali in November and today the mobile has stopped taking charging.we are connecting the charger but it is not accepting the same.we have tried changing the charger.but it is still not taking it.kindly resolve this issue

    I had ordered a Magic jewel set on 3rd Sep'15. The product was broken. They took the product for the replacement/refund. Till date 14-01-16 I have not received A replacement or A refund. I have called 40 times to launch and tract the complaint. Still they say, the backbend team will call back. @#$%$#@@%% guys. Star CJ sucks like the pig fart.

        I have purchased a Nackless sets 2 months ago with was defected. i have complaint for replacement. the courier boy take defective goods form me before 48 days ago and i have called your customer center right now and customer center person told me that you will recd. replaced items with in 10 to 12 days. Now till today i have called your customer center no. more than 10 times but there was no response from your side. even yesterday i have called your customer center no. Ms. Megha was pick the call and she say that my superior was called within 1 hours but till i have not recd any call from your side.           I recently order in shop cj regarding videocon infinium z42 nova android smartphone on 4/01/16. My order no.[protected].I receive the product on 5/01/16 but invoice is not receive.I immediate inform to the shop cj executive regarding not receive the invoice with product, they said that the invoice is sent to ur mail id but i check not received, Next day i again call to the executive mr.mukesh they speak very rude to me they didn't know how to speak with customer and to listen the importance of the customer.

The problem is that its Scan & Copy Buttons are not working ... so please, kindly repair the printer as soon as possible.

              Hi, i have ordered VLCC facial kit, which had a massager free with it on 3rd Nov. In 2 days, i got the parcel without Massager and facewash... AFter a long follow up, i received a facewash but till date i am following with starcj. Every time, i call up, i am being told that your complaint is closed because we don't have massager in stock. After a lot to argue, complaint is reopen but as usual no response is there. StarCJ is a BIG CHEATER.

                I placed an order[protected] for Wonderchef Tea maker with STARCJ on 10/11/2015. The amount was paid by Credit Card and the same was reflected in Credit card statement. The product was neither delivered nor there was any communication from the STARCJ about the product. 25/11/2015 I sent email to [protected]@shopcj.com (Customer Care). They replied that they would be resolving the issue. Nothing happened. I again sent a mail on 30/11/2015, 9/12/2015 and 17/12/2015. No response from ShopCJ. On 29/12/2015 there was a call from ShopCJ informing that the product will be delivered within 3days. On 4/1/2016 I called to find out the fate of the order. They told that it would be delivered by 7/1/2016. Again on 8/1/2016 I called. This time they called to wait till 9th Jan. Again I called on 10/1/2016, the customer service guy says that he has no information on the order ‘as it was booked from internet’ and forward the complaint to Sales personnel. The same reply I received from customer service half a dozen time so far. After clear two months, number of e-mails, telephone calls, still I do not know the fate of the order. There cannot be any excuse for ShopCJ to keep silence even after 2 months of placing order. They should have refunded the amount by now if they cannot supply the product.

                  Had ordered Electrolux Microwave oven from shop Cj on 8th Nov, 2015, received on 10th Nov, was not upto the mark, registered complaint many times, then they collected it from us on 20th Nov, 2015.since then, we have been calling them every other day but still no refund and moreover, have not received any call from them.

But when I checked the parcel after received of the courier it was found that it is a VLCC Cosmetics products which costs ₹800. After that I have made several calls to SHOPCJ. But there is no response from their side whether I'll get refund or get the product replaced.                                       I have ordered slimming beauty and fitness massager belt on 17 dec15 during watching Advertisement on tv.Order no. is [protected] and after one day on 19 dec i got the product but its not working immediately i complain on shopcj customer care they said delivery boy will come and receive the product within 48hrs but nobody come till date then i again call they said call on brand customer care and take service letter from them then only will help you but brand customer care no. are also busy and some time not in service their no. are [protected]/[protected].Till date i am calling again and again every time they are giving excuses and said will call you again but never replied and not redressing my problem nor they are exchanging the product nor refunding my money.I am very disappointed with shop cj customer services and seriously they dint have any right to be there in ecommerce industry with their low standard, pathetic and poor customer services

                                        I have ordered Electric Tandoor from Shop CJ web portal on 23rd of November 2015. Product code for the same is 151465. Order number is[protected]

                                        Company's courier delivery partner cheated both o[censored]s. On 1st Dec 2015 Tuesday, He denied me to deliver the product saying 'it is a exchange courier give me original first then I will give you exchange one.' I reported same at Shop CJ end on same day, executive didn't understood gravity of the situation and false promised me to deliver new product.

                                        After 5 days when nothing happened, I called at Shop CJ customer support on 6th Dec and asked the status. On inquiring executive told me that product is already delivered, I made complaint regarding cheat of delivery boy. On that complaint when I called delivery boy he confiscated that product is at his place and is open because it is exchange product. He didn't have any satisfactory reason why product is opened at his place. I complaint same at Shop CJ end where ShopCJ executive told me not to except the product on 7th Dec. Due to fear of getting caught executive gave lame excuse and didn't give us any return confirmation. We informed executive at Shop CJ for the same, they gave us confirmation of not to worry much. From that 6th Dec to 8th Dec, I kept calling at ShopCJ for status of my refund but no body responded in proper manner. I kept on getting false promises that someone from complaint department will call me.

                                        Finally on 9th Dec, by luck or chance one executive at ShopCJ called ShopCJ Head Quarter or Refund department who talked to delivery person. Executive got feedback from delivery person that product was damaged and will be returned to ShopCJ. Executive accepted that reason blindly, I tried to explain him how a delivery person knew package damaged if it was never delivered or opened by customer. On 9th Dec, I was again false promised that within 4 working days I will get my money back.

                                        I waited till 15th December assuming some actions would be taken. But when I inquire once again on 15th, junior level executive told me problem is pending because I haven't provided bank details. I told that person about online payment I made for order. On which he was confused what to answer, he just made new complaint and gave me false promise for getting call from complaint department.

                                        After trying to explain my problem for two days (16th and 17th Dec), on 17th Dec a refund department attended my call. First reason they gave me was product is not received at your end. I informed him that I never received your product so whether it is reached or stolen should not be my concern, after 15 mins of explanation he again false promised to return my money to my account in 4 working days.

                                        I am trying to reach refund department for the status of the same for last two days (21st - 22nd). Junior executive doesn't allow me to talk to refund department unless I tell them whole story and after listening whole story they simply tell me we are transferring your call to senior / refund department, but call will go into endless ring mode, where no one is there to attend our call.

                                        Please let me know whether ShopCj has any interest in attending refund request or not. If so then give me call on asap.
