Shop cj alive is a shopping channel which is very fake. They have lots of poor quality porducts which are selling on high price. According to their quality the cost is too much high. The products are not have any brands. They tag the normal product with brand and sell them with cheating. I purchase six sari but his quality is very poor I call shop cj but he replay me product is not refund & change.

      i purchased GLORIA ARTIFICIAL JEWELRY at 5/12/2015 and returned at 6/1/16 due to defect in product.
      but till now i did not receive my returning amount i complain 10 times in consumer complaints.in but it was said it will solve but no response.

      shocj person are always saying that complain is registered but they are not giving complain number and neither call me that when i got my amount of returned GLORIA ARTIFICIAL JEWELRY amounts.

      i followed following steps.

      step 1: i complained of delivered product at [protected] at least 10 times then they returned it at 6/1/16 by a person of phone number-[protected]
      step-2 -person (mobile number-[protected]) said that your money will be delivered in 2-3 days or maximum 7 days of working.
      step-3 -after 3 days i called him but no response i also called to shop cj at [protected] at least 30 times and also [protected] at least 10 times but they are saying wait wait
      step-3-today i complained in consumer comlaints, in
      kindly solve my problem
      step4: i also complaint to http://www.consumercomplaints.in/ at 21/1/16 from manoj.[protected]@galgotiacollege.edu it was said that they will contact me
      step6: again call to sho cj they give time till 27/1/16 from manoj.[protected]@galgotiacollege.edu .

      step7- i call in feb 2 times but shopcj person's are not responding
      step-8: i also called from my husband's mobile but no response my call.

        i book the jewelry product form shop cj of rupes 2999.
        my product name jewelry dhamaka imitation jewelry collection .
        my product date is 16/5/15. my Complent dat os same.
        then shop cj aarenj picup of my product from ECOM EXPRESS PRIVATE LIMITED.
        my product returned in 23 /6/15.
        everytime shop cj told me we call you in under 1 hr in 24 hr, 48 hr.
        i'll trusted them and waiting for call.
        but after 1 week after 4 to 5 day again i'll call shope cj so agen they told me the same answer that they call me for refund my money.
        but now date is 11/2/16.

        the shope cj a not refund my money .

          I ordered Nutriglow 3in1 Jewel facial Kit on 1st Jan'2016 and it was delivered the next day on my above mentioned address. But the product was damaged so i immediately called the customer care and informed them the same, they told me that reverse pick up & refund will be done within 7-10 working days. To my surprise, nobody came for the next 7 days and so i kept calling them & asking them the status of my request. And as there number is not toll free, every time it took 8-10 minutes explaining them the issue and whenever i asked them to escalate my call, they disconnect it. After so many calls, at last the order was picked up on 12th Jan and shockingly the courier guy from parcelled.in had some fake mobile number [protected] in the records. Now 2 days after this i called customer care ti ask them the status that the product must have reached their warehouse but still they had the same attitude and kept disconnecting my calls. In total i made around 500 rs call to them. Now after showing them some hard attitude, they called me on 25th Jan for asking my bank account details but when i asked for compensation they rudely disconnected the call & same happened today on 27th Jan. I need compensation for this inconvenience caused to me. I need my order amount paid that is 1148 + compensation for calls made to them & inconvenience AND harassment caused to me and my family on new year.

          As told to your social media rep also send me Wonderchef Picasso set with refund of my order amount as compensation. Do let me know asap as my husband has already consulted a lawyer for a consumer court case.
          The time that you have taken to respond and the harassment that you have caused to me is beyond any repair. You are offering a freebie that you give with electrolux microwave oven, is it what you call compensation? So either compensate in cash or be ready to face a case in consumer court soon.

          First you need to understand the meaning of the word compensation, it is what you offer customer free of cost for service let down. Your customer care rep Azim doesn't know how to talk to a harassed customer and he is quite adamant to give me useless coupons. Why would i pay to use those coupons?

          ITS BEEN MORE THAN A YEAR THAT YOU HAVE NOT RESOLVED THIS ISSUE.

          You have only one option to compensate me in addition to the refund amount : Wonderchef 4pc non stick cookware set with Recipe book, spoon and spatulas in orange colour (aired today on television at 2:30 pm).

          Reply with your final decision as i will wait only for 2-3 days and will forward this complaint to law minister and consumer affairs ministry.

          Other e commerce companies process the refund immediately after receiving the product but you don't know how to calm down harassed customers and you are provoking me to take action against your useless customer care.

          So reply asap and make sure Azim doesn't call as he is quite ill mannered.
          No, i don't want any coupon or points as i don't want to order any more from you. You can only compensate in cash, otherwise be ready to face the consequences.

          I am very clear about it that what a compensation is. It should be minimum 50 to 100 times the order value. So, you need to pay at least Rs 50000 or give me good quality products worth Rs 50000 if you cannot compensate in cash.

I have complaint and I received response from the company. but now they are not taking any action. as it happen on 28 dec.2015. they told me that they will take action within 15 days .

                            I received a gift at my Mumbai address ordered by my mother from Jaipur through Shop CJ. It is a Microne Electric Tandoor. As soon as I used it the fuse of my house got out and we had to face lot of difficulties. I put it on power plug. I did not like this product hence I called on Star CJ call center on 29th-Jan-2016. They directed me to call Microne Service center who said they can not help in cancelling the order you have to call back at Shop CJ. I once again called the call center, they said you will receive a call in 48 hours. When I did not receive any call then I called again on 1st-Feb-2016, then once again I got the response that I will get a call in 24 hours and product will be picked from my place and order will be cancelled. Once again I did not receive the call hence I called back again yesterday and today.

                            So far there is no solution, this is pathetic service. Please help me.

                              I have ordered a pink colour medium size long gown on 25 th December but I received another dress in 3XL size. After complaining many times that product has been picked up on 16 th January.                                   I cancelled the order due to late delivery. Since last months i called customer care for 6 to 7 times for refund. Everyone one was saying you wil get call back from our customer executive within 48 hr but i never get a call from shopcj. I am too frustrated now i want my money back.                                     I placed an order for Maharaja whiteline juicer mixer grinder vide docket no.[protected] on 30.1.2016. I received the product on 1st Feb 2016 at about 6pm. However the product received is of low quality and when I tried to remove juicer from the motor I t could not be removed. Hence it was taken to the shop I t was informed that product is repaired one and there are scratches below the mesh. This proves that product is damaged one . This amounts to deficiency in service and fraud.You are therefore hereby called upon to replace the product. The complaint is made within 5 hours from the receipt of the product i.e. well within time. Advocate Deshpnde.

                                      I have ordered a beauty miracle product kit worth Rs. 1048 which I paid online. The order number was [protected] on 22nd december 2015. The product I received was faulty and damaged, thus I requested return and refund. For return I have lodged request same day in night and again I lodged request 2-3 days after, when third time I lodged request then the courier person came to pick on 6th Jan 2016. I got confirmation call from Shop CJ stating that they are processing refund by either cheque or transfer to my bank account. Till today I have not received any refund nor I received any response from them also during this duration I have called 8 times to customer care number which were mentioned on website every time they ensured a call back in 24 hrs but that never happened. Also an executive committed that I will get refund till 21st Jan then they extended this date to 23rd. I am totally bugged up by them, I have never expected such kind of attitude from a reputed brand. Through this platform I humbly ask shop cj people the reason for delay and I request them to process my refund immediately. Regards, Karuna Shrivastava

                                      The process was not at all good, the executives involved in process were talking contradictory to each other. No one was clear about the exact process one says that amount of refund has been transferred but some error happened IT team is checking it. The other one said it is processed and confirmed that too in back to back calls.
