I had ordered a combo pack of a pair o[censored]&V shoes, M&H floaters, Numerouno slippers, a sunglasses, a side bag and a pair of sports t-shirt from SHOP CJ shopping channel on 20th Nov, 2015. The order no is [protected]. What I want to state is that the delivery made today morning was totally unexpected. The total ordered goods were not at all averagely okay. I am delivered an previously used and totally ragged and patched floater also in place of two t-shirts I am sent a single piece with wrong size and color, its not end here, I am also sent wrong size of shoes and different sunglasses. This kind of wrong delivery is really unexpected from that company and it is not at all bearable. So it is humble request to take proper steps to this matter and make the right delivery as soon as possible.

    I have ordered a diamond jewellary set after receiving the product i found it defective, The customer care worker had took the product back on 02/10/2015. since then it has been approx two months past but i didnt get the product delivered back, several times I have contacted customer care executives but they are not suggesting me any proper remedy to get my product back . Its my worst experience with shop cj i want my money back on my account asap please reply soon so i could proceed further with the return policy LALIT MOTWANI

      Complaint# [protected]...i had ordered a glowria jewellary set on 25th oct...the product i recedived on 31st oct n since it was damaged ..some of the daimonds were removed i complained to get it replaced...the tat given to me was in 3 days my product will be taken back n in the next 10 days new set will be given...i habe called them multiple times spoken to their supervisor n the complaints team and all assure me this same tat...however still no body has called me back n the damajed product is still with me even on my email complaint i am only getting auto reply that complaint is taken n working on it...truly a pathetic online shopping service

        I ordered a semi stitch dress from shop cj which is not a complete product, one of its sleeves is missing and it also has no dupatta as said. I made so many complaints from the time I received the product on 30th OCT with the product code 153866 and order no is [protected]. Every time I made complaint I was told that I will receive a call back within 2 days but till date I did not receive any call. I ask them to replace it or refund it but none of it was responded. It is very sad to have so bad customer service and now again I made a last call on 24th NOV and asked them to refund my money but still there is no response. I am fed up with the customer care whenever I ask to connect me to their senior the call was always dropped by them. Finally when I asked them to get their senior to their desk the call was kept waiting for 30 mins and then drop again. I am very upset I want my money refund and they should take their incomplete product back.

          I Placed an order No : [protected] on 24th Oct from SHOP CJ Website and as this Roti maker was to be gifted to someone. I made an online Payment in ADVANCE (That was the biggest mistake i guess). This material was not dispatched even after 15 Days. I filed a complain on 6th Nov. Customer care guys told me that complain department will call you in 2 days. I did not receive any call. when i call to customer care. they keep my call on hold for more than 30 mins. and don't respond properly. so i cancelled the order on 17th Nov. But it has been 10 days that i have cancelled the order still i have not received my payment back. And again customer care guys are not answering properly. They keep my call on hold after taking all details twice. They don't even provide any number of complain department. Shop CJ's customer care guys not respond to any complain. Shop CJ's complain department NEVER call Back or Solve any Complain I Guess. Is there any policy of SHOP CJ. IS THERE A REFUND POLICY IN SHOP CJ. IF NOT, PLEASE TELL ME CLEARLY THAT YOU WILL NOT GET YOUR PAYMENT BACK. I WILL AT LEAST NOT FOLLOW UP AND WASTE MY TIME.

              I purchased a bed sheet set, based upon looking advertisement on Television on 12th Nov .

              My order number was [protected] dated 12th Nov.


              This product was delivered to me on 17th Nov.


              After receiving, we found that colors of these bed sheets are not fast as was shown in the TV add, so just for testing purposes, we tried to check one bed sheet on 18th Nov and found that color was getting removed in water.


              On 18th Nov at 8 PM, I had raised my complaint through SHOP CJ toll free number [protected], and told to return product and on next day someone called and told me to call at [protected]. After calling at that number, no one picked calls


              Again on 20th Nov, I again contacted at your customer care number [protected] and told that no one is picking at number [protected], and then my complaint again registered.


              I written mail and on 20th Nov and reminder given today on 23rd Nov

              I had received a call on 20th Nov that you can not return product as you have used ?? But I made clear that I just washed to check whether colors are fast ?

              And again Requested to arrange to pick up your product and return my money back, as I did not like product and did not find product quality same as mentioned in the advertisement ! But she dropped my call !


              I request you to consider my case with SHP CJ and provide me justice !!

              Any online shopping site should not show false add on TV just for selling their low quality product's easily !! This must be stopped

                      I ordered a combo offer from SHOP CJ TV advertisement but when I received the order, It was not so good as shown in the advertisement . The shoes are not properly finished, There are threads coming out of them.

                      Also I have issue in the size of t-shirts, The large size of t-shirts is not even equal to medium one.

                      I called the SHOP CJ, but it was very disappointed for me when one of their customer executive said that the order can not be taken back if it is delivered.

                      How ever I again called them up and then they told me to send the pictures of the product to their mail id, I did that too.

                      Even After Sending the pictures I didn't got any response from their side.

                      I again called them up, then they told me after checking the email at that time that you will get a call regarding initiating the refund process by asking my bank details.

                      I request you to please help me get my refund.

I complained and the product have been returned on 26.09.2015. Pursued more than eight times for sending product for which i had paid money but exchange product have not been received till date. While pursuing customer care, every time they are telling the case is under process and shall revert back in next two days.

                              28th Oct 2015 around 3:05 pm I placed a order for VLCC Slimming Gel of Rs. 999 + Delivery charges. I applied the Discount voucher 001897, so that the final order amount was Rs. 948. I opted for online payment through State Bank of India from my mobile. The payment of Rs. 948 has been deducted from my SBI Account & the SBI Transaction Ref. No. is IG0AXJOAF8 (Times of Money Limited - [protected]IG0AXJOAF8). But i didn't received the SHOP CJ Order no.                                 Despite repeated reminders, the company has so far failed to either collect the broken product MAGIC BOX BY CREATION PLAISIR vide order no. [protected] or refund my Amount..This matter is pending since 9/09/15 and so far no action has been taken by the company MS. SHOP CJ despite furnishing assurances of resolving the issue within 48 hrs of the complaint. I have now started loosing patience and am contemplating legal recourse for redress all of my grievances.

                                  I HAD PURCHASE DINNER SET FROM SHOPCJ Which is defective and in very poor quality of product when i receive same day i had place request of refund. Dated 20 Sep. it's more than 1 and 1/2 month goes they poeple not refund.

                                  1st shopcj's customer service is very poor. They people always disconnect my call's
                                  They said we have arrange call for you and 1 of our senior call you within 48 hrs, which is not come yet 1after 45 days.
                                  They commit reverse pickup and refund also.But till today they are not picking product. When i call they said 1st we pick product then we process your refund.

                                  Till today i have not receive any solution

                                  i do not remme you gave me refund or not.

                                    I ordered american jewellery set on[protected] and i recieved defected bangles so i complaint for replacing it and on[protected] jewellery had picked up and after one month that is[protected] i don't recieved the replacement jewellery.many times i ring to the company but i don't get any satisfactory response.now i want you to replace it as early as possible. you can contact at [protected]. so please resolve my complaint at the earliest

                                      Below complaint raised with STAR CJ/SHOP CJ team both via email and call but didn't get any response from them...Please have a look.

                                      Dear Shop Cj,

                                      I would like to inform that, i have order a product [ Kawachi Floor Sweeper Latest None Electric Vacuum Cleaner Broom Besmirchers Dith Dustpan (Green) ] on[protected] [ VIN/STAR CJ NET/[protected]/0 ]
                                      amount of rs 990 but didn't get any confirmation of product order and details so i called on your customer care and confirmed and they said your money will be refunded back on your account within 24 hours ..till i am waiting for the reversal of the amount.

                                      BELOW TRANSACTION DETAILS:
