We have ordered Top Gear Luggage Travel Bag - set of 5. We have ordered red and black color but we have received grey and dull red color. From last 10 day we are coordinating with customer care for the same. we have received reply from one of your representative that the red and black color is not in the stock hence they have dispatched different color. We liked any product then only we are placing order. You are not having rights to take decision your own. Yesterday your representative confirmed us that they are going to take our issue on most priority basis and today when we have again called that time another representative replied that yesterday they have called us in the afternoon and we confirmed that we are accepting that color. This is totally lie, why we should accept. today he is telling we are not going replace the product. It means shop cj is only lieying customers, they are so irresponsible. they are not taking care about customers satisfaction. This is our last shopping from Shop CJ. From today onwards we are not going to placed any single order on shop cj even we are going to inform same to our friends, relatives and neighbours. VERY VERY BAD EXPERIENCE WITH SHOP CJ

    Dear Sir / Madam, My order no. is #[protected] I have purchased a combo of 10 Double Printed Bedsheets ( BlackPepper Pack Of 10 Double Printed Bed Sheets) form www.shopcj.com.When I opened the box there were 2 packs (5 bedsheets in one pack and 5 in other one). I was told that these bedsheets were made up of cotton but these bedsheets were made up of 100% polyester. These bedsheets were of zero quality.One pack was in horrible condition. It was opened before I opened the box by some one else and the plastic polythene was scattered in pieces. Two of these bedsheets were Torn from one side and some other bedsheets have dark stains on them. In 1 hour of delivery of the box, I have registered a complaint against it and registered a refund request. They told me to wait for 7-10 working days and we'll call you and pickup your box from your home and refund you through your bank account. But its about 45 days and there is not a single call on behalf of them and no response. I have paid ₹3098 for this. When I call customer care, they always say that we have registered your refund request and you will receive a call from our representative in 3-4 business days. It happened for nearly 10 times. No call from your company is being received by me. Sir / Madam kindly do the needful. I'm in an extreme dangerous problem.

      Hello, I had purchased from Rebecca Mattress protector from the ShopCJ & mattress delivery received to me on[protected].When i opened the carton the quality of Mattress is ordinary.             This is regarding my order- [protected] which was placed for Silco Silver Plated 9 pcs Cup Saucer Set With Tray on 09-Dec-15. However received on 10-Dec-15 but instead of Cup-Saucer there as Bowl set with Tray. Immediately I logged a complaint against and the executives promised that I will receive a call for the replacement. Here I am still waiting for their call also there is no response from anyone. I don't understand how come product is dispatched without verifying and could deliver to customer without checking. Really disappointed.

                    Dear Sir, I have ordered product named Magic Box by creation Plaisir Immitation Jewellery through Star CJ online shopping on November 17, 2015. My order no is [protected]. I received this item by Courier today at 2:40 pm after paying an amount of Rs 848. After receiving the box when I opened it I found the jewelries inside it was defective. All white colored diamonds are coming out from pendent and earrings as well. I immediately called customer care at your place[protected] and at star cj as well[protected]. I have been asked by your customer care executive to courier the box at your address and by star cj executive that there unit will contact me soon. After this I got call and they assured me for replacement of product till 4th November 2015. But no response till now. I want my refund not replacement. I contacted many times to customer care but no response and rude behavior. Which makes me to get frustrated and annoyed.

                          Dear sir, i have placed order online on Shop CJ [protected] on 1 November 15 one bed sheet combo Superspun Snzzzz Dreamz Pack of 5 Bedsheet sets Season2 item delivered without blanket which is shown online at shop cj site at the time of placing Order. This means customers have been cheated. When confirmed by me from Customer Care executive he is telling now that there was no offer like that. I was shocked to know this.This is pure cheating.                           SHOP CJ online cheating...left with no option file case in consumer forum !!
                          Based on the online shopping ad from shop CJ I have placed 4 buronl gas stove sun flame brand. It is being told couple of times it is automatic ignition but found to be non automatic and quality of the product is not good as they displayed in the TV.

                          Till now I have complained 40 times to shop cj customer care no has responded back to us and every time there will be new story from them and false commitment. They promise they will take back the product but no one turns up. this is happening from last 15 days.. we have fed up of calling customer care everyday.

                              Dear wanna be customer I recently ordered one bhalaria make dinner set to gift someone form star cj live and gets the order in 3-4 days...i checked dinner set and counted all the utensils but unable to check the serving bowls (dongey) as it was set of three and has been jam packed into one another to save the space and this was my mistake, you cant trust the one who makes the policy of returns valid for two days only. Some time don't gets time to check the products due to some reasons. (Online line buyers do there shopping only because they have less time to go in a market so they choose online shopping.) Now the time came when we start unpacking the set to check the quality of the product and found 2 out of 3 DISH SERVERS (dongey) dented and scratched badly. So we decided not to give this set on marriage occasion. I did a complaint but got disappointment as they said its over 8-9 days now and they replace only when you complaint with in 2 days. Iam really sorry for our self's as we choose "STAR CJ LIVE". We will definitely do not shop again from this company neither recommend other to buys down market (*free )products which they offer with the main purchase. Star CJ is not worth of gaining our trust.                                 Sir, I purchased above said ordered item on 27/07/2015 vide invoice number[protected] dated 29/07/2015 vide order no. [protected] and Docket number[protected]. The order was placed by seeing online show at Tatasky on 27/07/15. They declared free selfi stick and protecter of mobile in there show. but when on 29/07/2015 they delivered the item the freebee were missing. i paid cash on delivery Rs. 6499/- (actual cost of product was 6999/- they adjusted Rs. 500/- in this product because one year back i purchased 3 Tabs from them and one of tab was missing with its free bee which they had declaired were worth rs. 3000/-. For this I made several calls and reminders and spend more than re. 2500/- upon phone calls also, so at the end they adjusted res. 500/- against that issue and agree to deliver my new product @ 6499/-)

                                But this time again i did not find free bee with the purchase . upon my complaint they agree to replace with other set. As such they replaced their product on 29-30/07/2015 at my office address. when i went home I opened the packet and checked the mobile was not accepteing the sim, after wards it took a few entries only visible where are on sim there were more than 500 contacts ans it was showing less than 50 only. I tried to pair it with other device to transfer my data but failed. Within 15 minutes it was so hot and radio active rays were so active that my fingers started trembling. I immediately informed shopcj customercare and also told that this is very harmful set for health also and i am unable to keep you talk for a long period because it is very hot. Bettery may be blast. I immediately packed it in its packing and requested for immediate reverse pick up AND FOR REFUND OF THIS PRODUCT. THEY ACCEPTED AND ASSURED TO COLLECT BACK SOON. BUT THEY DID NOT CAME INSPITE OF MY VARIOUS PHONE CALLS AND MAIL MESSges. ultimately they send their messenger and collected the set from me on 17th-18th August 2015. I also handed over him all its packing and free bee etc. he demanded for original invoice and i also gave it to him After this I requested for immediate refund. Which they acknowledged vide mail msg on 19th August. I again send reminder and they again cleared vide mail that my refund is under process and it will be get by me within 7 to 10 days.

                                But since today I had made 100s calls and more than 30 reminders but not received my refund so far.
                                One day there was heavy rain while going to home from office and due tyo rainy water the papers kept in my purse were almost spoiled. One slip(related to pick up of above said product)was also in these spoiled things, I thought NOW IT HAS NO USE BECAUSE THE ACKNOWLEDGEMENT OF REFUND RELATED MAILE HAD ALREADY GOT, AND MORE OVER WHILE SPEAKING TO CUSTOMERCARE DAILY THEY ADMITS THAT THEY HAD RECEIVED MY PRODUCT AND WERE APOLOGISING FOR DELAY OF REFUND. SO THAT ROTTEN PAPER I THROW AWAY WITH OTHER SPOILED PAPERS.

                                ONE DAY WHILE COMPLAINING AND REMINDING ABOUT MY REFUND I TOLD TO THERE COMPLAINT ATTENDING PERSON THAT YOU PEOPLE HAVE TAKEN MORE THAN THREE MONTHS TO MAKW REFUND AND NOW I HAVE NO RECORD OF MY RETURN ALSO BECAUSE I HAD HANDED OVER EACH AND EVERY THING WITH COMPLETE PACKING TO UR COURIER PERSON.

                                THEY COUGHT MY POINT AND NOW AGAIN AND AGAIN REPEATING ONLY ONE LINE '' PRODUCE YOUR PICKUP SLIP TO GET REFUND''

                                THIS IS TOTALLY A HARASSMENT. BECAUSE THE TORN SLIP WAS THROWN AWAY AFTER TWO AND HALF MONTH PASSED FROM PICKUP ?????

                                AND SINCE 19THAUGUST THEY ARE ACCEPTING THAT THEY HAD GOT BACK THEIR PRODUCT.
                                THEY HAD TRIED TO TEMPERED MY RECORD IN my zone OF THERE SITE. BECAUSE THERE RETURNED WAS SHOWING FOR MORE THAN 2.5 MONTHS AND NOW THAT CORNER DELIVERED SHOWS.
                                THIS IS A BIG CRIME ALSO.

                                sir kindly help me by providing your help to take refund .
                                I also told them that i have some calls recorded which describes that you people have received back your product and processing my payment.

                                so far my complaint is pending and not resolved. Shop CJ person who contacted me and taken my ATM number's detail to refund RS. 6999/- of returned product value. In stead of refund he had withdrawn apox. Rs. 21000/- from my account and now i have rs. Appox. 300/- only in my account. I contacted various times to shop cj so far they have not replied nor refunded my Rs. 28000/- If this site is valid please response atleast??????????????????????????????????????

                                Sir as soon as i lodged aforesaid complaint, within few seconds I received a call at my mobile. calling person told his name Vijay from Shop CJ, as Sr. manager. He took my ATM Cards detail forcefully by convincing me that he is ready to refund my money rs 6999/- immediately in my account. and fraudulently grabbed my whole money i.e. about 21000/- from my account and also tried to withdraw amount from my other card's account. He withdrawed 6 transactions and transferred money. I immediately contacted at the number provided by you through msg. went o bank and police station also. It looks that the culprit was near YOU when i provided my detail. Kindly help to sort out my problem and help to find out the robber. I have no money and my father is admitted in hospital with multiply complications. For god sake help me . I approached you to obtain my refund and lost all my hard earning money. An early action shall be heighly appreciated.

                                  I ordered to Shopcj for a Videocon Infinium Z41 aire mobile. Order id [protected].When I opened the courier packet and saw the mobile it was totatly defective. They are taking no action to replace the product or refund my money though I have made many calls /complain to the customer service of Shop CJ, instead only once they told me to get a DO letter from the local service centre. When i visited the centre, they said that the display and some parts are broken and they cannot provide any letter for broken item. Now I have to pay and repair the mobile.So my request to you is this Please take necessary action against Shop CJ.

                                    Dear sir, i have placed order [protected] on 1 November 15 one bed sheet combo Superspun Snzzzz Dreamz Pack of 5 Bedsheet sets Season2 item delivered without blanket which is shown online at shop cj site at the time of placing Order. This means customers have been cheated. When confirmed by me from Customer Care executive he is telling now that there was no offer like that. I was shocked to know this.This is pure cheating. Please ensure that I am getting my blanket at the earliest as promised in the adverstisement online(shop cj)

                                    Smart tab-- sd card not reading and Bluetooth not working

                                    Yesterday(date 31/5/2016) I have received SMART TAB and charged for 4 hours.

                                        I ordered Avenger Mink Blanket from star CJ - Order No - [protected] on 18/11/2015 and received on 20/11/2015. Got a defected blanket when opened the blanket for which i registered a complaint on same day (20/11/2015) and they gave an assurance to replace the product. But when i called customer care again for status on 24/11/2015 then customer executive told me that your complaint closed. From 24/11/2015 i registered two more complaint for replace the product but they closed the complaint again and again.
