Dear sir I have booked a order by "SHOPCJ" on 20 August 2015 and they said your order delivered in four working day but my ordered delivered 1 sept 2015 when we check it product quality so poor and sunglass breaked, I complaint him they called me on 03 sept 2015 When I get my money back he said no money back and no product change policy in Shopcj.     I have purchased the Ramson dinner set of 101 pcs on 28 July from shop cj and my name was announced at that time for the 1st winner of 100% cash back this programme was shown live on the TV and they also contact with me by phone but I didn't get the prize money and no other information regarding this the product was delivered to me and I didn't get any money back they told me that they inform me about this plz look after this complaint and inform me about this as early as possible .

      Order number : [protected] Had placed order for 4 burner Prestige gas stove with 2 other gift hampers. But they have sent 4 burner Sunflame gas stove with 1 non stick set. Received the product on Sep 2nd, since then calling to customer care and filing a complaint over call. Number :[protected]. Every time I call they say complaint has been registered and nothing happens after that. All I need is original product or my amount to be refund.

      Worst and fake shopping forum.

      Shopcj shows some product on televisiion and cheats people with delivering fake/wrong product which has very minimun price in open maket.

      Almost 4 thousand rupees they have cheated me.

        we regret the delay, our team is working on the issue. However we cannot mark complaints as "Resolved".
        nothing has been done about my complaint only they call giving assurance saying that they wil resolve my complaint soon but in vain ...now the complaint is nearly 9 months old

        breakage of magic mop holder in first use.

        Your magic mop holder got broken as we use it. Its bristtles got broke and stuck in the mop head.

          Dear sir/madam I have ordered one 7 inch smart tab against COD vide above subjected order no on 2nd August 2015, I got the delivery on 7th August 2015 at evening... Once I got the delivery & found that the tab was damaged so imd. I have reported to company and company has assured us, they will take the delivery very soon and I will get refund, after passing almost 30 days niether I got refund nor no one has came to us to collect the tab so it means company has not interested to resolve my concern.             I have ordered i ball andi enigma+ of order no. [protected] dt. 06/04/2015, i received it but i found many problem in the phone then i return it to shop cj on dt. 12/05/2015 and after return their representative person told me that within 10 or 15 days you would got your refund but till date no refund i get. I have complaint many time, many time e-mail also i send. Doa letter, invoice copy also send in e mail on shop cj id.

              I had ordered a 4 burner cooktop from prestige which also offered free gifts(8 pieces non stick cookware+schefields slicer+Joyo's 5 piece serve set). this order was placed on 20/8/15 with order no. [protected] and the order was delivered on 21/8/15 however on opening the box it was found that the main product, the 4 burner cook top was missing. i immediately called the customer service and the service was pathetic, nobody was able to understand my grievance. i spoke to Mr. Rakesh and his so called team manager Sudhir, both were bunch of incompetent people. they raised a complaint but when i called back i got to know that they had raised incorrect complaint for missing of free gifts. this is ridiculous and not acceptable. then i again spoke to Mr. Mohd, who raised the correct complaint but I havent got any call from the complaint team so far. i have paid approx Rs 6300/- +shipping of Rs 100/- and i havent rcvd the product yet. i need an immediate resolution, i dont need refund, i need my product ASAP.

                I had purchased magic mop through Star CJ.During purchase they promised warranty is 6 months from delivery date. My mop is not working well. So I registered a complaint. During complaint registration Star CJ executive told me my product is under warranty. But after some time this people told me that my warranty is started during my order placed date and not delivery date. This is an unacceptable. I got my product after 20 days from order placed date.So who is responsible for this 20 days gap for warranty period issue. This people are not supporting and don't have any knowledge about process. Very cheap after sale service. Please do not buy any products from such an untestable brand. I am going to file case against Star CJ in consumer court for misguiding customers

                          I bought a Intex Cloud 3G Candy phone from Star CJ's SHOP CJ for 2999/- which I received on 13th Aug15 under order number [protected]. I switched on this phone and it had a blank white screen. I called the customer care ([protected]) on 14th Aug15 (Rahul) to inform them about the faulty piece and this rude guy says "maybe you dont know how to use the phone". I told him i have been using phones since more than 10 years and asked for replacement and he asked me to take it to service center and denied to replace it. I called them back again on 15th (Ekta) explained the whole story again and she said it wont be replaced and to visit the service center and that 15th and 16th the service centers are closed due to holiday and to call back on 17th. On asking why I should suffer and visit the service center for a defective product you sold to me she dint have any answer and asked to visit service center the nearest one is 26 kms away from my home. When called on 17th I had to explain the whole story again to this guy named Pramod. He asked me to contact the service center and show the phone their. When I said you have sent me a defective piece and it should be replaced. He said I should visit the service center and they cant replace it. When I called their service center in Swargate, Patil Plaza, Shop no. 49 on 17th they asked me to bring it on Saturday (22nd Aug15). When I went to the service center on 22nd I was told I have to pay to get it repaired as they wont replace it as the complaint was not logged within 7 days. When I told them I have called the customer care 3 times and lodged a complaint and they never informed me about the 7 days otherwise I would have come earlier. He said you had to lodge it with us before 7 days. When I said i called you on 17th so you asked me to come on Saturday. He denied it and asked do you want to get it serviced by paying and they wont replace it. This is a FRAUD Star CJ is running by selling faulty products and not even replacing it and giving wrong/no information to customers. I want justice for this. I am a 67 year old man and they are making me run around and not helpful at all.

I received the dinner set in best condition but the free gift in bad condition. The free gift of wellberg 12 Pieces Stainless Steel induction Base cookware with the New Reev 110 Piece Stainless Steel dinner set . I am sorry . I am not inform you in 48 hours as per your policy. Because when i receive the dinner set that time i got a message that my uncle is dead in a road accident. we had to go out of station .so we did not open the set at that time. I received 4 out of Wellberg 12 pieces Stainless Steel induction Base cookware are in terrible condition . I apologize, kindly look into my matter and please replace the free gift of wellberg 12 Pieces Stainless Steel induction Base cookware . We have not use any piece until now.

                              I had purchase Jewellery item having work order-[protected] from star cj in April 2015 through online and we found that material was not in good condition & damage.
                              So, i returned this material to star cj via courier on 16 May 2015 but in spite of repeated calls and several complaints on mobile, but till date no refund was sent by STAR CJ. Does it really take so long time to refund a customer of a nominal amount of Rs.3299/-. We requested so many times to STAR CJ on mobile & they asked again & again that they resolve the problem within 48 hours but no response received from May 2015 till date. Now i haven't any more option to chase/request for money.
                              I am very disappointed with the service of STAR CJ, as I returned the product before 04 months ago & in last week I spoke with Sr. Executive Miss Akruti in this regards and she assured me that she will solve the problem within 48 hours, but no reply from her nor she picked up my phone calls.

                                    Mixer was ordered from shop cj.it was delivered on 22 July 2015.it was totally damaged. Full amount was paid for the product. The complaint was filed in shop cj. Their people towed away the mixer. Now they have not refunded the money. Even if we call the customer care no response from them.

                                        Hi, I have purchased prestige Induction cook top with kadai, sauce pan they have given me 1 year warranty, fraud people they are that induction cook top stopped working in 1 month and the kadai set they have given is also so cheep in quality, people please be very very careful while purchasing such product from STAR CJ
