I bought an Intex cloud pace andriod smartphone(order no : [protected]) for Rs.5968 which was delivered to me on 05/10/2015 with which i was promised Rs.500 gift voucher. On the outside the details were mentioned about the gift voucher but on the inside there were no coupons. I want the gift voucher or else it may seem like SHOP CJ is trying to cheat. Hope i will get what i deserve.

Myself rajeshwari shetty had purchsed product from shop cj and received the courier by ecom services further the product being excessive size i called and told shop cj customer care to change the product and provide smaller size its almost a month and still no one has collected or come for pick up the product my order no [protected] ecom service shipment no no[protected] my contact details : [protected]

Maine star cj se iboll ka 2gb ram wala mobile phone Rs.6999 ka kharida tha lekin mujhe vlcc ka Rs.1399 ka paiking ke ander mila pack ke bahar sahi ditels tha .Mujhe company me compalain kiy 29 din ho gay leki mujhe mera saman badal kar nahi mila Name.dheeraj Mob .[protected]

I had placed an order on 25 Sept 15, 9 clock in morning for intex phone cloud 3g candy android smartphone.But Order no was not Created & flashed and amount deducted from credit card.
No notifications received .
Inspite of several calls to company, No response given from their side.
I am not able to understand what problem is..
My payment made to company has reference no.STARCJ54719.
But still they are not replying...

I have bought online a Prestige juicer mixer grinder from Shop CJ On 5.9.2015 for Rs 3000. The machine did not even start when turned on the first time. I contacted Shop CJ and Prestige and informed them that the juicer machine was faulty and did not work. shop CJ asked me to contact Brand customer care Prestige to send their engineer for inspection which I did. I have been making phone calls and sending emails to both Shop CJ and Prestige but they have not resolved the issue yet. I have to leave for the US after a week and I have been repeatedly telling them that but no action has been taken as yet. I am fed up with the whole issue and want a refund immediately.

Hello I had ordered ideal home ladies shaver. but I don't like it means it does not work properly on some areas. I had called in customer care but na unhe baat karne ki tamiz h they said aap ideal home ke service centre mein call kijiye.but why should I call them order maine star cj ke through place kiya h. na baat karne ke manners h jab order place karo to beggers ban jate h or paise wapas mango to akad dikhate h product wapas lene se hi mana kar dete h..I m sorry to say but please close this pathetic channel. and I want my money back.

They are showing something & selling something else. Totally bad quality products. when we are asking them to return it, They are denying. I purchased a dinner set from shop CJ on 23rd Sep, 2015, It got delivered on 24th. What I find was different from that set which they display on TV. The quality was also not good. It was of 2000 rs + 99 rs for delivery charges. I called them, the same time & asked them to return the dinner set. They logged a complaint & said they will contact me within 2 days. Nobody called. I called on 25th Sep, they asked me to send the photos. I sent it, but nobody responded over mail, I send reminder main next day. Then I called them they said, the dinner set cannot be returned even if I dont like it. I requested them to replace it with any other dinner set of different quality. But they refused & cut the call. They are not supportive. They are fraud, Please dont buy anything from shop CJ or star CJ.

On 7th Aug 2015, I have ordered 3 pcs non stick cookware + 1 cooker and 2 free gifts after seeing a TV add. On call it had been promised to deliver the product in 2 days. But after calling number of times and almost complaining every day the product got delivered on 24th Aug 2015 and that to having a major defect (non stick kadhai was bend and one free gift was missing). I have made a complaint on the same day i.e, 24th Aug 2015 and again they promised to replace the complete order and will provide the missing gift as well in 2 working days. I made number of calls again and complaint so many times, then almost after 15 days they delivered only the missing gift, but order was not replaced. Finally, I got frustrated from Shop cj and made a request to return the whole product and give my money back. But till date that is 30th Sep 2015, nothing has happened. Nither my money is back nor they have replaced the order. Shop cj customer care people always promised to resolve the things in 2 days, but nothing happens and customer frustration level get rises. What kind of rubbish is this. They are actually cheating people. They are making people fool. I want some really really strict action against them.

I have ordered vlcc product from star cj . My docket no.[protected]. order number = [protected] and Invoice number =[protected] after I recieved
the product delivery I found the massager was not working and requested them to replaqce, i interacted with Ms bhavana #[protected], [protected] and [protected], after several complaints they failed to replace the product till now I am waiting for them to call and replace the product, star CJ once they promote the product they wont do proper support to the customer. and about the gift coupon worth 5000/- I went directly to avail the service they told me to call and take appointment, if we call Jayanagar Branch people dont recieve the call and if they recieve they tell shedule is busy, I called last time on 19th Sept to avail service the manager told concerned person will get back and took our number, this thing they did several times and after requesting that the validity of the coupon is 25th sept, they told they will extended the date and they will call back, and now they are telling they can not do anything they want us to get a letter from STAR CJ, Jayanagar VLCC Center is offer such a pathetic service I want someone should take action against the authorities and help us to avail the servicess which I deserve VLCC Jayanagar Number which we contacted is [protected]

Actually i purchased Kurtis's combo pack on 5th September, but all Kurtis were defective.so i was complaint on 6th September that pl z refund my money against that product. i was returned but i didn't get my money back yet. Nirma Singh [protected]

I order indo western kurtis on shopcj, n they send me very very poor products its not at all like shown on tv...n when I call to redund or exchange they refuse n not responding proper I called like 10 times...fake policies and fake products only happends on shopcj please dont buy anything from this site, they r cheater and selling cheap product, bad bad customer service fake products, useless product ...

Shop CJ is a cheating company selling defective products through TV channel.They had cheated me twice by delivering the TAB and smartphone which were defective & the brands which were not ordered by me.

I lost Rs.7000/- for the same & begging this company for a refund of money FROM MONTHS but they are not bothered to return my money even though the mistake was done from their end.

They will only call to take my bank account details over phone but they are never giving my money back.some body please help me to take legal action on them.

PLEASE DO NOT BUY ANY PRODUCT FROM SHOP CJ ITS A FRAUD COMPANY GOVERNAMENT SHOULD TAKE STRICT ACTION AGAINST SUCH TV CHANNELS FOR CHEATING THE CONSUMERS OPENLY.

It's been a month I returned a product to starcj (they sent me wrong product) ... And after almost evry alternate day call they r unable to refund money !! Fake products+fake policies+ and money eaters = starcj Can anyone tell me whr can I lodge complaint against them so to get my 5889/- rs back.

I bought a Foldable Spin Mop from Star CJ but they delivered wrong product which is a very cheap version of mop. After calling customer care and submitting written complaint it has been 17 days and no action has been taken. I called-up their customer care minimum 10 times for this but the only thing they do is to apologies only and say that I will receive call from their complain department but no luck. I again called to follow-up with them and asked to transfer the call to their complaint department but they always dropped the call and never picked-up. This has been my worst experience with online shopping and SHOP CJ is on the top in worst customer service in the country.

I have purchased a mobile (Item code:-149176) from your firm STAR CJ alive of Amount Rs:-4, 999 on date 29/4/2015 with order number:-[protected] Docket No is:[protected] but at the time of receiving i have found fault in it so i returned this product on 26/5/2015 through Ecom Express Private Limited with Refer No[protected] but still I have got no response of refunding amount of Rs:-4, 999. I have made too many phone calls to your firm for last 4 months and for which i have paid a lot of mobile bill for this but still i have not got any positive response about my amount which made a lot of harrashment to me. I have purchased Juicer mixer grinder from Star Cj. As soon as I started it for the first time, the plastic of the product started burning. I have already called them on the customer care number thrice and they gave me a complaint number[protected] saying they will contact me back and replace my product or give us any kind of service possible. They haven't called me yet and when I call them, they keep on saying they will call me. What should I do? I have wasted my Rs. 3000 for this. Please help me with this.

Shop cj is very very very...so on bad, fraud, cheater channel, no one should buy anything from them, I bought a intex3G candy android mobile phone when I open it and use I was shocked that they have selling this bad phone, so when I call them to return their customer executive said u have to go to intex service center we can't do anything in this, we are not responsible for products, I call them again and again but the give me same thing

I had purchased i ball slide d7061 tab mobile phone from shop cj online on 17 september 2015. The day i have purchase this phone the phone is not working properly. 1) it s not detecting the sim card. 2) and it is not possible to listen the calls. I have spoken to shop cj customer many times on this number [protected] and[protected], after that i did complained on this number - [protected], this number was taken on my complaint, my complaint number is[protected] and they told me that he will contact me but but yet not contact me and my complaint was not noticed, pl. Ordered a 101 pc ramson ss dinner set from shop cj. They delivered and charged 6148 rs. But there was manufacturing defect with rust on several utensils as well as dents . Told to return the product with 15-20 times call on their customer care number but even after 15 days no one came to pick up the product.Kindly solve

Order no : [protected] dat : 26.08.2015 the TV ad showed microwen and gift items as : travel bag, slicer, dinner set, tiffin box, 8pcs kitchen set. the order was delivered on 28.08 along with a dinner set only. i called and placed a complaint then they delivered other gifts except slicer. when i called to complain on this, i get to hear different things - once says there was no slicer shown on the TV, one days we have delivered the slicer, when i asked to check and come back to me, one person with loads of ego and attitude called and spoke to me in a rude manner, as though i would lie for a slicer. No matter whether the deliver the slicer or not, i would request all to stay away from these cheats.
