When I plug in this iron, its whole plastic body started melting itself, which is very pathetic. To quote, this is my very first purchase from SHOP CJ and I am very much upset with result and the response of your customer service team. I had purchased Videocon Infinium Z30 Pace android smart phone from Shop cj online on 1 aug 2015. The day i have purchase this phone the phone s not working. 1) It s not detecting the sim card. 2) Sum times when it is detecting the sim the set is getting hot very soon and it is not possible to listen the calls. I have spoken to Shop CJ customer many times they conveyed me that u have to show to videocon service centre as they will not replace the phone until the videocon says the phone is not working and they spoke to m as if i m not a customer. I have spoken to Service centre of videocon in hari nagar he refuse to entertain the phones of videocon. Since last 15 days i m just calling customer care of videocon and no response i m getting. Purchased bed sheet from Shopcj.com . complete cheated with us. did not send the item was displayed, Colour and print displayed in the website was different, Quality - not at all usable even almost 15 days we kept in calling in the customer care number - they say their Complain Team will call back within 2 days but there is no call from their end. Complete fraud business - Going to consumer forum - lets put them behind the bars.

I ordered set of 6 bedsheets+ towels from SHOP CJ @ Rs. 2999 +shipping charge ON 10-Aug-2015. My Order Id is [protected] The products delivered was not as per their TV presentation (Airtel Dish TV) and requested them to take back as the fabric used was very poor in quality within 48 hours of receipt. In advertisement it was showing 100% cotton but it is polyster mixed fabric They initially promised to take back in case of product not meeting your expectation or different from what has been shown on TV. Now they have refused to take back back but also talk rudely that the product can not be taken back. One Person saying that you do whatever you want to do but we will not refund the money. Secod person accept the complain after did long conversation and told that authority person will call you to resolve the issue. 3rd person(authority person) called and said that we don't have any refund policy. We can not do anything for you. This amounts to cheating and I am afraid not to buy any thing from them. SHOP CJ is cheating with their customers by wrong advertising, quality product and RETURN POLICY.

Dear Sir, I Placed an order bearing order no. [protected] on 2nd July 2015. While placing this particular order I was offered a voucher worth Rs.5000/- by SHOP CJ but when I received the product there was no voucher inside it. I registered a complaint regarding this on 4 July /28th July/1st August/13th August 2015 & so many times verbally on SHOP CJ Customer care number and it was told everytime that I will receive my VLCC voucher within 15 days. Today is 13th August 2015 and still I haven’t received my Gift Voucher. This was the First Time I ordered through “SHOPCJ” and I am highly disappointed seeing their services. I placed order for sangini diamond jewellery but when i received it was damaged ..when asked to give refund they said they will not but while placing order they assured they will refund of d product is damaged...one of d most disgusting people i hav been thru...iska owner nd employees ek number ke kamine suwar hai...itne joote maarne waale hai in haramzaado ki agli baar aisa fraud kisi ke saath na kar paaye...i request all o[censored] take sum legal action nd pull d company in court...nd make his owner behind bars...cheater no .1...suwar

Today i.e 12.08.2015 shop cj has broadcasted on their show an offer for 20 liter microwave of electrolux brand with offers of free hand blender and 28 pcs dinner set and it is said the option is available on (On call with cash option only & On internet on their website shopcj.com with CREDI CARD option) but when opened their website the offer for hand blender was not available when contacted customer care[protected] on dated 12.08.15 at 11:46pm the customer care executive could not give any satisfactory response and hung up the call without providing any response. same add is on air for last 3 days now.

I bought shoes from star cj...! At the time of placing order they said that they will exchange the product if there is any issue...! They didn't told that they will not refund...! Now the size of shoes which I want are not available with them...! I said them to refund the money...! But they r not giving me the refund.., .! At the tym of order & on the show they say very big big things ...! But in reality they r fake...! Don't buy a single product from shop cj...! It's all fake n they will fool u...! N they r not giving anything for less..., ! They will sae it's best deal...! iss se sasta aur kahi nahi...! Abhi nahi toh kabhi nahi...! Its juz a way to fool people...! Star cj should be closed...! Fooling people...!

On 14 July 2015 I order a product by watching a TV add of ShopCj. The product includes (Juicer+Toaster+Bolier) worth Rs. 1999/-. I deliver a product on 17 July 2015 but it is a Microwave safe 80 Pieces dinner set. Immediately i called to the ShopCJ on Ph No. [protected] and specify that I want to return the product. They said that within 2 days it will be returned. On 19 July 2015 i register a complaint and expecting a product return within 5 to 7 working days. I called regularly on 26 July also same things from their side that product will be returned wait for 2 days. Even same answer on 4 August also. Today I had called there and said I want to talk to your senior person and three times I wait but only call transferring and no one is there to receive a call. Finally today only I had called one more number and re - register the complaint. The number details are : 91 [protected]. I want my money back. Kindly look into the matter and do the needful

Dear Team, This is Archana Singh, I have booked “the body care diamond facial kit” on 17-Jul-15 Order no. -[protected] in starcj website. As per the add which was reflecting in starcj web site (attached snap shot for your ref) along with the kit they have offered few staff free (1 body care eyeliner, 1 body care scrub, 4 body care lipstick, 4 Body care nail polish, 1 face massager machine) with reference of the same I have booked one 1 kit. But when i have received the product there were all the product as per the add except massager machine for the same I have logged the complaint with starcj customer care on 22-Jul-15 for which he has assured me that i will get my missed product and get a call from your support team within 2 working days. But when I didn't receive any response I called again on their customer care no. and he again logged a complaint for replacement and assured this time i will definitely receive a call from support team which I received on 7-Aug-5 stating that there was no such product with kit. When I mentioned then why it was reflecting on added then she had demanded for snap shot which is attached (on demand) where massager is clearly reflecting along with the all free products. Team in the end, I just need either complete product or my money back. Hope to hear quick and positive response.

I have purchased from STAR CJ, where i made online paymnet using my SBI bank Credit Card on 8th July & the product were delivered on with free gift of Tawa & 3Nos bowl, with Three burnur Prestige gas stove and when i opened the product it was damange & burner was hanging & not fixed. After I rasied complained on 15th July2015 the damaged free gift part has been exchanged but gas stove was as it is & i am told it will be delivred within 5 working days. since then kept calling them hell lot of time and they did not responded in proper maner. Since then i kept on calling for exchange of gas stove & getting answer that your produvt is being despatched from Gurgaon & shall be delivered 5 to 7 working days but till 8th of August the problem is as it is.I think no one should purchase any things from STAR CJ and they informed me it will done in 5 days..that is on 6th of August the produvt will be delivered but toady is 8th August nothing has been done from STAR CJ.I have called on 15th July, 16th July, 26th Julu, 27th July.Keep on infroming but on 26th july i am informed by Mr KESHAV that your product has already been despatched on 27th july & hope it will be delivered on 4th or 5th August .When i contacted today on 8th of August again i am told by Mrv Kushdip that you will be contacted by our office within 2days & he diverted phone to his senior Mr Rakesh & Mr Rakesh said that within two days your problem shall be resolved.This is my last chance to STAR CJ & we request all the viewers that do not purchase ant thing from SRAR CJ otherwise same problem will be faced by other colleagues. First they texted me that delievery can't done on due date after some days they message me that on u r request order had been cancelled. Then when i complained about it they told that the product can't be dispatched to u r address. What the hell... they just giving reason. My order was cash on delievery. So its there intrest that whether they want to provide or not.?? What about customer??

i have purchased magic mop in dec 14. my order no was [protected]. now mop is not spinning. i have called all the given

contacts. first of all this is very strange that there is no service center in agra. furtherly customer care replies this mop is not

repairable. they advised me to buy new MAGIC MOP STIC. which is so costly about 800 rupees. furthere more the prosedure is so

torchorable, that is i have to signed a cheque which will send to company and after clearence of cheque they give me a stick.

this is accountable that there is no online payment ?????????? is this type of behavior is fair ???????????? definitly not

So, i returned this material after 15 days to star cj via courier. from april month to till date, we are frequently chasing from star cj about refund case to us but there is no healthy response from them.Now i haven't any more option to chase/request for money. I have purchased one Electrolux Model 20G Microwave through Shopcj against invoice No.[protected] dated 22/07/2015, issued by M/S NSA TRADEX P LTD., received by me on 25/07/2015. The engineer of the company visited today to install the same, He pointed out that it carries warranty for 12 months only. Whereas in advertisement on TV the seller declared that the product being ordered carries 3 years warranty. I contacted the seller through their helpline number. Though they verbally confirmed that the product carries warranty for three years but are not willing to give anything in writing. The engineer who visited to install the Microwave advised that all products which carries warranty beyond established norms are affixed with a sticker on its body to confirm the warranty period, which is not there in this case. It is requested that the suppliers be advised to replace the product if supplied wrong or get warranty extended from the manufacturers in writing.
