I ordered a product Nutriglow facial kit and they sent a wrong product. After caliing 5-6 times I got to know that they did a wrong entry in their system. They placed a wrong order from their side and now are not ready to replace. With no fault of mine I have been given a wrong product and with repeated requests to replace no action is being taken. This is the most ridiculous thing a company can do to its customer. The company can resell the product but it is of no use to me. It is a total loss and I have already spent so much on calling the company number, each call takes minimum 30 mins. This is a genuine request and the company should understand because nobody has spare time to just keep following up with the replacement request. This kind of treatment would only increase negative feedback and word of mouth to others. I myself had few other things in mind to order but with this kind of attitude I will never order from your site again and discourage others as well. Please resolve my problem at the earliest Order no- [protected]

    Dear Sir, I have ordered a Microone Electric Tandoor on 18.10.2015 and the product delivered me on 23.010.2015 in the evening., but after opening the box it is found the handle of the Ist lead are broken into three pieces . I immediately lodged complaint on 26.10.2015 which was registered. No Docket no was given . only a Tel No[protected] was provided to me . I was contacted with the number and the Executive told me to call me back within 24 hours and replaced it., unfortunately, neither any call nor any person contact till date .However, I once again ring today and noticed a missed call ( [protected]) in my mobile No-[protected] came and unable to attend the same due to busy otherwise.and on call back the no, found no response.. The article is useless to me until replaced it properly, Now you are telling me complaint must be done withing two days of delivery which is not the condition of the other telescoping company, it must be 7 days . . I have shopped many time from you now I have a ridiculous experience width you, but during order you will not apprise the condition to the customer . Anyway now I will never purchase anything from Shopcj and request /pursue my relatives /friends and acquaintances not to purchase anything from SHOPCJ/STARCJ who are CHEATER and don!t send any message in my Mobile in future.. I will TWIT this in Facebook..       Hello, I am Abhishek ([protected]) and I had ordered Magic Mops on the 25th Oct'15. I was assured that the order will be delivered at my place within two business/working days. On the 26th Oct I receive a text message saying I will be receiving the order before 7:00 pm on 26th but it didnt get delivered. The text message also had the delivery boy's name and number. I have been trying to reach him but he didnt answer my call. Today on the 27th Oct morning I called to ask the status and complain about not receiving the product yesterday but I was fine since on the first order placing call I was told two working days. Today morning I am told the product will be delivered in the next 2 hours but today entire day I didnt receive the product. This is the first time I am placing an order from this channel and if this is the type of customer service then I doubt how post sales customer service/support would be. I have cancelled my order.         I have ordered a laundry hanger from star CJ online shopping. The product was defective & damaged. It's been two months now no reverse pickup has been done nor my money is re-funded.         My complaint has been resolved. Star CJ called me 02241286000 from this number & asked for my bank account details and after two weeks my money was credited to my account.

        It's been two months nothing has been done. Nor starcj has called for reverse pickup neither they resolve my problem. Starcj is worst online shopping.

          Dear Support, I have purchased a Magic Mop against the following details: Order No: [protected] dated 21/04/2014 Docket Number:[protected] Invoice No:[protected] Item Code:[protected],[protected],[protected],[protected] each 1 qty. Initially, for around 2 months I was very happy and satisfied with the product. But all of sudden we realize that the junction point cap which connect the handle with the mop is broken and so it was not rotating any more. I talked to customer support and they provided me a new one. But unfortunately, this cap also broke within a month. We gave a positive feedback to our friends and relatives, they also purchased this product. But they doesn't face this problem. However, we also ensured that we are operating it properly. This time customer support denying to replace it. I am not asking this cap free of cost, I am ready to pay the price of it but still they are not ready.             Hi, I had ordered Nutrigold Facial Kit from Starcj on 10/10/2015. But they delivered a hair color kit. Have called them 4-5 times and have wait for more than 30-40 mins each time, trying to explain people at each level and making them understand that they delivered wrong product, and till date there has been no response from there side. They say that they registered a complaint and will call back in 2 days but have never returned a call till date.               I Shreedhar Patankar, staying at 72/9, Nagin Nagar Chawl, Sitaram Jadhav Road, Lower Parel, Mumbai – 400013 had order Tablet (IBall- Slide D706) from you Shopcj.com after seen ad on television on 17th October, 2015 by 9.00 pm on phone. My Moble phone no. is [protected]. After placing order for I Ball - Slide D707 blue colour Tablet Phone for Rs. 4999/- Courier Charges Rs. 69/- Total Amount Rs. 5068/-, I get confirmation by SMS. My Order no. is [protected] and Invoce no. is[protected]. I received I Ball Tablet phone on 20th October, 2015 at 7.00 pm after paying Rs. 5068/- by My Wife Mrs. Aaishwarya Patankar.

              I open packet at home and on I ball tablet phone. It was working ok for 15 to 20 minutes, so I switch off the phone. But after 10 minutes, when I againg switch on the tablet phone, but it did not switch on till the time. It is like dead phone. So, it faulty piece, and I want my money back. On 20th October, 2015 at 9.00 pm at called at ur toll free no. [protected] and lodged complaint. The person attaining call said that our complaint department will contact you and you will get ur amount back. But your complaint department did not made any phone to me.

              Please contact me and tell me the procedure to get my cash back.

                  I Kanchan Koul had purchased a Sunflame 4 burner gas from STAR CJ with Order No: [protected] which was dispatched through: CJKX(SF) with Docket No:[protected] and Online Tracking :[protected]/88 was provided. Following Items should have been received a) A gas burner unit b) A manual juicer, c) Cook and 3 piece serve set d) 500 Worth gift wouchers e) 3 piece tool kit f) A tiffin set But I did not receive Juicer unit and gift coupon were also for 400 only…. I had informed about same to their STAR CJ customer care team on same day I received it ie 16th of October 2015……till date no action has been taken……………… This is second time STAR CJ have cheated me……………….. Kindly do not shop from cheats…….. I want strong action against these cheats……………….. As I have called several times to their Customer care team………….they are every time giving lame excuse that they will contact……..till this time I not received any call form STAR CJ……….. I want my dues back………..according to the deal……………..

                      Hi im padma vimal. I received a call from mob no-[protected] .caller said she is calling from shop cj and giving offer of 8 weaves bedsheets for Rs2999 with two gold plated coins and a rs 100 coupon. she also sent images of bedsheets form her whtsapp no as mentioned above to choose from. I selected bedsheets from them. when i received order n opened, it was totally different and of inferior quality bedsheets. And when i called back they didnt receive my call. I am cheated by some fraud in the name of shop cj.. please help and punish such frauds

                          After receipt of the order, , the product is not working. When complaint, asked the product to pack properly and keep for return. But the star CJ official rang up and asked to contact the service provider and gave the telephone no. But the service phone no. There is no response for fifteen days.Again I complaint, STAR SJ official said they try conference call and give. But it is not materialised as informed. Hence request for replace.
                          Till now not receiving proper response from Star CJ.
                          Order No.[protected] DATED 9/9/15.
                          Within ONE WEEK RECEIVED THE PRODUCT AND THE SAME DAY GIVEN COMPALAINT WITHIN HALF AN HOUR OF RECEIVING THE PRODUCT.
                          Then every week I had given complaint after waiting 48 hours.
                          Please look into the matter and solve the problem please.

                                  Dear sir / madam, I ( mr. Kedar paranjape ) am order both side pan with red color. Rs.1999. As shown in t.v. add with 3 gifts. . I hv place the order 18 to 20 sep.15. Approx. I hv received wrong order on 22 sep.15. Paid full amount. That same day i hv complent regarding wrong order place to resi.                                     Has I took prestige champ juicer mixer on 30 -09- 15 I order n next day itself I got product but when I tested it, it was defaulted piece it was not working than immediately I call on there customer number they gave me a number n they where not picking up the calls. I have called several times on customer no. They were just giving excuses n also they didn't gave proper information than one they a girl from the customer care she told mail on [protected]@rshantilal.com than I mail they told me that u take to service center than if it will not working properly than we will return money than I took n now alsothe motor is not fitted properly n again I called them than are telling we back ur money. I started headache because sometimes are telling money back n some are telling u will not get money u have take to service center but why I should take again n again to service. I have not single time also It was already default piece. Do something I want my money back.

                                      I think shop cj should close his company because they don't give proper services from the day I have purchased the product from shop cj it has become headache. First of all they are sending default piece than after that when I started to complaint about the product they just fooling me by giving wrong information from 4 or 5 days n afterwards someone told me to mail on the [protected]@rshantilal. com than they told me that take ur product to service center n I took also but the product still like that only n i again mail on that email than I told give my money back they are saying that we can't give money back n I have been not purchasing for first time from Internet that they saying that we can't give money back. u Take action on behalf of my complaint company

                                        Kindly note that as per my order No, [protected], I received the courier on 8th sept, 2015, but due to size was larger I complaint after two days to change the correct size and pick up the product back and give the exchange Till date I have been repeatedly calling in a day twice but SHOP CJ customer service has not taken the complaint to exchange nor any call received for pick up they are going on telling all false answers they in two days our desk will call and pick up. Understand Shop CJ is fraud online services kindly take this up in priortiy Rajeshwari Shetty [protected]
