I Shreedhar Patankar, staying at 72/9, Nagin Nagar Chawl, Sitaram Jadhav Road, Lower Parel, Mumbai – 400013 had order Tablet (IBall- Slide D706) from you Shopcj.com after seen ad on television on 17th October, 2015 by 9.00 pm on phone. My Moble phone no. is [protected]. After placing order for I Ball - Slide D707 blue colour Tablet Phone for Rs. 4999/- Courier Charges Rs. 69/- Total Amount Rs. 5068/-, I get confirmation by SMS. My Order no. is [protected] and Invoce no. is[protected]. I received I Ball Tablet phone on 20th October, 2015 at 7.00 pm after paying Rs. 5068/- by My Wife Mrs. Aaishwarya Patankar.
I open packet at home and on I ball tablet phone. It was working ok for 15 to 20 minutes, so I switch off the phone. But after 10 minutes, when I againg switch on the tablet phone, but it did not switch on till the time. It is like dead phone. So, it faulty piece, and I want my money back. On 20th October, 2015 at 9.00 pm at called at ur toll free no. [protected] and lodged complaint. The person attaining call said that our complaint department will contact you and you will get ur amount back. But your complaint department did not made any phone to me.
Please contact me and tell me the procedure to get my cash back.
