I had purchased an instant whitening cream of vlcc from shop cj for rs. 999 which was as per their show on television. I placed the order online and paid 999 including the star cj points that i had. But when i received the product it was slightly different and the bill amount was rs. 649. I immediately call up shop cj and they asked me to send a scanned copay of the invoice to their response team which i did on 11th july. Unfortunately there was no response from their end. I sent them a reminder mail once again on 16th july. Again no response. I then call up and spoke to one ms. Kushboo who was supposed to be their supervisor / she told me that she has taken down the complaint and promised me that she would call back in 2 days. The 3rd day i called back again and spoke to another supervisor and what do i get - the same response will call back in two days which was the 21st of july. Today is the 27th. I called again. Wow, the same response. Taken down your complaint and will get back in two days.

This is the only response that you can get out of shop cj (Star cj earlier) . I would definitely want the company to be taught a lesson, as i can see that this is not the only case. They should not take the customer for granted. And this should be a lesson to all online shopping sites. What is the best that can be done to stop this fraud from happening again and again.

    I have bought a tablet from star cj alive. But it's touch screen is not working. I have lost it's bill. So i requested for the duplicate bill. Every time i call customer care they say your complaint has been registered we will send you the bill through 1 - 2 working days. What kind of thing is that. For sending a mail they need 1 - 2 working days. More ever i have called 3 - 4 times every time same thing they say your complaint has been registered but since i have not received any bill in my mail. I have asked the company address they refused to give me the address. I thought it is fraud company which is cheating people in didderent - diffferent ways.

      I ordered a Vlcc product on 7 July which I received on 10 July with incomplete product then I registered a complaint in the company and they told to call in 5-7 working days but still not any call comes to me by them, and I daily call in the company but they are not taking any serious action and refuse my complaint daily, now it's 24th July and not any respond by them..so it's my request to take strict action as soon as possible or solve my problem..please

        This is regarding ShopCJ Order No.[protected] and the purchased Item name: Electrolux 20L Grill M/OG20M. I've placed the order with ShopCJ on 30th June 2015 and it was not delivered in first go rather the message on delivery is specified as 'CONCERNED CUSTOMER/PERSON NOT AVAILABLE' which is definitely not true. I had to chase a lot and then finally it got delivered only on 11th Jul 2015. After delivery within 2days I've noticed that the microwave just gets on but does not get heated at all. So it is like a show piece. I've complained to ShopCJ and they have given me Electrolux customer care no. saying they need to visit and certify that the microwave is not working by giving a service letter. Without the service letter from Electrolux, I was mentioned ShopCJ will not be able to register any complaint nor process replacement/refund. I've called Electrolux customer care and registered the complaint no. ref# EHYD[protected]. They mentioned that within 24hrs the technician will attend but the technician never turned up within 24hrs. Later took the technician no. and called him to check when is he going to come and also tried to let him know that on the weekend one day alone we might not be available at home. By that info, the technician took advantage to skip and not to attend our complaint. When I called back Electrolux customer care, then I am told that technician registered saying customer not available which is again not true. I had to keep chasing for the technician to visit and give me the service letter saying the microwave does not work at all. With lot of chasing finally I could get the technician to visit and give me the service letter on 22nd Jul 2015. After that I've e-mailed the same to ShopCJ asking me to process my refund as they have given me a defective item and also called the ShopCJ customer care to check on it. I was told within 24hrs they will get back. No one got back even after 24hrs and when I call on 23rd Jul (today), at first instance I am being told that it will take 4days to get back to me. When I shouted back saying why there is no acknowledgement at all for my e-mail and just like that they are passing days so that I do not get the refund. After questioning so much I am being told that return or refund will be processed only within 2days of the delivery and hence it is not possible to refund. I have lost my patience and I have shouted back saying I had called them to complain about the defective item within 2days of the delivery but no one bothered to register it nor acted on it till now rather than just passing days by re-directing to Electrolux etc. After all the shouting, I am being told that they now registered the complaint today for the first time (never before though I called many times) but no reference no. They say they will get back in 1 or 2 days. I'm not sure still if my refund will be processed or not as they seem to be just like that dragging it and passing the ball w/o any action. This kind of customer service of ShopCJ and Electrolux service centre is really ridiculous and frustrating.

          HI, I have shoped from STAR CJ, where i made online paymnet using my ICICI bank Credit Card, Homemate laundary hanger and when i opened the product it was damange. I rasied complained on 23rd June 2015. since then kept calling them hell lot of time and they did not responded in proper maner. As per rules and policies product should be picked up wiht in 5 to 7 days but i was picked up after my lots of call, it got picked up on 14th July 2015.AWB NO [protected] by express bees courier product ID 150629/143378 Since then i kept calling for refund and they informed me it will done in 5 days. but now since its 23rd july and they replying me that product has not been reached to warehouse and thus they cannot refund money. I have been told many times that complain department will get back to me. But no one calls back. Can you please suggest how to deal with it. Thanks sejal singh [protected]

            I ordered a product on 15th June 2015 & got its delivery on 28th June 2015; but it was not the product I had ordered for. I contacted Shop CJ (Star CJ) and asked them to take the product back and refund my money; but till today (23rd July 2015) there has been no response from their side. They do not reply to the emails and every time on the phone they have only 1 answer that we will call you back within 2 days and resolve your problem. But there has been no call from them. I want my money back.

                          I had Placed three orders on the 13th of may 2015I have received order number[protected] . Whereas I have not received the other two orders bearing order number[protected] and[protected]. First time i had called, i was told that you do not have stock of the bedsheets and as a reason i will receive a refund, after that I have been calling your customer support for almost two months now only to get a answer that i will receive a call from the concerned department in two working Days. The last time i called I had spoken to a supervisor who said that I will definitely get a call in FOUR working days and the issue will be resolved its been more than a week since i was asked to wait and no response from your side. Do i get my refund or do i Go to a legal cell to get the issue Resolved? I would like to hear from the team within 24 hours or I would be forced to approach Consumer Court

                            I bought a phone on 25/6/2014 and after using one month it got damaged and i have sent it to company's(Star cj) service centre by courier and it is yet not delivered. I tried to contact company from last 8 months but not any responce given from company.If i call in customer care of company then says we not give you your mobile and they abusing. I called call centre many times but no action is taken against my request. I am sending you an attachment of bill from which i bought mobile

                              I had booked Electrolux G20 microwave oven at Shop cj on 12th June 2015. Product received on 21st June through Tanvi express courier. While I opened the container box I found the product was damaged. It's right side was converted to curved shape. It's door was locked, not opening. At first I contacted the manufacturer Electrolux. They promised me to send their technician within 24 hrs. After that I phoned to Shop cj same day the product received. Their representative told me to contact Electrolux. I had already contacted them. After 4 day's their tecnician reach my house. But looking at the damaged condition he denied to provide any service. He advise me to contact Shop cj for replacement. Then after I contacted Shop cj several times. But no proper answer from them. Last week they said we are replacing the item. But till date no replacement was made.                                 I inform u that, i m priya ransore .. i m not satisfied with your product.my product no.is [protected].when I ordered it..I take feed back from your service center.I bought set of 7 saree from STAR CJ . I called back the customer care and they told to send the mail to [protected]@shopcj.com but till now i didnt get any response from them. all customers of star CJ i would like to inform you all that the products shown on tv and the products that are supplied to you are completely different to what u order or see ...I found white dark line ..on my product..and also its.quality is soo cheap .u can see in below the image. I m not satisfied from this. I do first time shop from shop cj .I had never expect such type of response from u..please kindly request u I want my cash refund..I can't use it..and I don't want replacement...if we want refund u must do that as u cant force anyone to keep the low quality and cheated...even i had taken feedback when i ordered from your service centre and he satisfied me...then how can u do this... I request to your executive...i want my cash back please do needful...

                                  Dear Team Shop CJ I order Lotto Combo footwear (Size 10)in that you provide 3no of shoes 1no of slipper and 1 no of floater (Kitos). Expecting all 10 no size footwear are in same size (and it is different in size that you should be mention in advertisement or while order). But only brown color shoe (Kindly see in attachment ) and slipper is perfect 10 no size rest all footwear are smaller (Though it is a 10 no ). very next morning I request to your executive for replace with either proper 10no size or bigger size and if both are not possible please refund my money. and he also gave commitment that i will get 11 no shoe but unfortunately i get same small size shoe. After all communication with your executive i don't get the proper salutation. And last your executive ask to send this mail. Kindly kind the attachment for above and do the needful your prompt and positive action shall be highly appreciated

                                    I got the salona bichona set of 5 bedsheets which I had ordered(Order Number [protected]). I got surprised to see the product which I ordered is different from the received product and the bedsheets were of very cheap quality. I had sent an email regarding the same of 12th June 2015(Date of received). On 13th June 2015 my order was marked for returned and refund. Till date( 4th July 2015), Product is not picked up and as per custom care service refund process will starts after pickup of product. I had called the Customer serivce more than 20 times but every time I got response, Product will be picked in 48 hours and amount will be refund in 7-10 working days. Its almost 22 days and I am still waiting for Product pickup and Customer care service response is very bad, they put my call on hold and disconnect after some time. My Complaint number is[protected]. I must say this type of Disgusting service and Disgusting Customer service, I have never faced before. So beware of Shopping on ShopCJ.

                                      I had purchased hot plate from shop cj brand Sheffield and now it is not working Sheffield technical person also visited but still is not working. Now I wish to return the product but neither Sheffield nor shop cj are responding positively to my issue shopcj is very rude and flatly refusing to refund our product saying that they had 2 days return policy but since 2 day itself we were following for faulty product and nobody responded positivity every time I had to waste half an over for getting them on line and explaining the problem to shopcj but they are adamant to take back the product

                                        By yr inv. No.[protected] we have recd. Material worth rs. 2999. 00 men 3 nos. Of shoes+sandle+chappal+tshirt&sunglass. Kindly i have placed online from tv screen. U have onscreen showed 1 blue shoe (Lotto) 2nd green colour (Sports shoe) 3rd track shoe. When i recd. Material i surprised to note that the shoes are same colour than i contacted ur representative on phone & checked the same & informed to change the colour & size also because size also wrong. 1 blue shoe (Lotto) is perfect. But today i recd. One call from yr another representative that they will not able to change the colour of shoe. Why u cheating to us. I have only one son why i purchase two same colour shoes. & why u shown on tv screen & on website different colour. So i[censored] unable to change colour give me refund of the same otherwise when u have stock of (One green shoe) u will forward the same. Kindly take matl. From my home. Also replace & change the size of chappal, sandel & other shoe.

                                        ON RECEIVING THE SAME WE HAVE OBSERVED THAT THE SIZE OF THE ONE SHOE IS PERFECT I.E.LOTTO BRAND. OTHER SHOES & SANDAL, CHAPPALS ARE IN BIG SIZE. I HAVE COMPLAINED UR REPRESENTATIVE & THEY HAVE ASKED ME TO CHANGE THE SAME BUT NOBODY WILL COME TO COLLECT THE MATERIAL. KINDLY REPLACE THE SAME IMMEDIATELY AS EARLY AS POSSIBLE.

                                        IN ONE SHOE THERE IS A PROBLEM IN COLOUR ALSO WHICH WILL ALSO REPLACE IN ANY OTHER DIFFERENT COLOUR WHICH U HAVE. YOU HAVE SHOWN US GREEN (i.e.sandals colour) IF THAT COLOUR IS NOT AVAILABLE U WILL REPLACE THE SAME IN ANOTHER COLOUR INSTEAD OF BLUE. I[censored] HAVE EARLIER TV RECORDING U WILL SEE THAT DAYS TELECAST SO OUR PROBLEM WILL SOLVE IMMEDIATELY. WHY WE ARE TELLING WRONG TO U. IT IS THE MISTAKE FROM YR PART BUT UR PEOPLES ARE NOT ACCEPTING THE SAME. NOW WE REQUEST YOU TO DO THE NEEDFUL IMMEDIATELY.
